Poor customer service. I asked employee(female) if they have sneaker cleaner,she said no. Then I asked her to talk to manager(male) he said we have it in the box but he doesnt want to open the box🤔🤔. I guess he didnt want to open the box since it was 7pm and they were about to close the store but I think its not a good service if you have a product to sell, you shouldnt say no to your customer.

Prices are wonderful. At first I purchased 5 pair shoes for $160, then a couple days later I purchased 9 pair of shoes for $195. Name brand shoes at that. You cant beat that no where!!!

V.I.M. IS A GOOD PLACE TO SHOP 4 UPDATED CLOTHS!!!!

Most employees are rude and disrespectful as heck. Store is almost never clean the girls who work there never want to help me with anything let alone answer questions. Plus Ive never heard of a fitting room being closed at 4pm on weekdays and closed on weekends! To me its stupid and Im sure they lose lots of business. Guy in front at security is creepy, and there return policy is a freaking JOKE!!!

Yesterday I went to buy some shoes. I stopped there where the packages are delivered. But since no one was coming. I said Im going to eat something and Ill be back. At that, a savage came out telling me to go inside where the packages are, and I told him I hadnt gone in. There was a witness who saw that it was like that. He had video to watch why he didnt rewind the video. I did not make a fuss because I did not want to make my day bitter and I have just had a gallbladder operation.Then I came back and he told me the same thing, it made me want to call the police because they are slandering me. I went in to buy the shoes for my son, there was no Nike or size 7 1/2. I was going to pick up my bag at the entrance. Was. Another Indian or Pakistani man. He didnt tell me anything I assumed they saw the video.Nervous and tactless people shouldnt be working there. Another person in my place denounced them I did not want problems. It is not necessary to accuse without evidence even if one is not from their countries so low and wild. It will be that in those countries they do not go to school that is why they hate Latinos. They still use Carretas. I was always a customer every year I went to buy but with this they do not deserve a single Star.I do not think to go back to buy anymore. I came back Yesterday because I wanted to buy shoes for my son soon.I ask the owner to suspend or change that individual. That happened. Yesterday, September 11, around noon. And the bag that I left at the entrance was green.
