I called on a Tuesday looking to replace a mirror on my tri-fold medicine cabinet. I gave the measurements, 17 × 26 × 1/8. They said it will be ready tomorrow. It was ready when I arrived & cost less than $18 . Its not often I have to replace mirrors in my house. So I think the price for a custom cut mirror was very good. Thanks Patterson Glass!

Created an appointment (2-days prior) for 9:30 am and no one showed up. Called Around 12 for update and said they will be there in 30 mins. No one showed up. Seems like they cant hold an appointment. This is under the new ownership. Would not recommend.

I was told that my screen would be back today delivered and placed in my window. They simply didnt show up. No call no nothing. They just did not come. I have tried 4 times to get my screen replaced. Every time it was the wrong size. They didnt even measure the original before they threw it away. When I showed up at their store on Tuesday at 9:30 am the doors were all locked with the OPEN window flashing and no note. Nothing. Hrs are SUPPOSEDLY 8am to 5 pm. Unless they dont feel like showing up apparently. Horrible service!

Wasted 2 weeks trying to install a windshield. They did give my money back, but what a waste of time. Look elsewhere for service. Dons Glass in Turlock took care of it and did it right the first time.

I was referred to Patterson Glass for a windshield replacement, and Im glad that I did it with them. Good customer service the ladies are willing to respond my questions, I ordered my windshield on Friday and the following Monday the had it. I truly recommend Patterson Glass

Used these people for windshield replacement. Lady at counter ordered wrong windshield and main installer threw a temper tantrum right in front of me. When the installation was starting, I asked if they would give me a ride and they did. When they called me to tell me the car was ready, I asked if they could pick me up and they said no that I would have to walk. I had to walk four miles, in the heat to get to the shop. I believe they didnt pick me up because I didnt tip the driver when he dropped me off. All in all it was a nightmare experience at Patterson glass. I highly recommend going out of town and interacting with people who know what they are doing.

Dont get your tint done here, guy says he has 14 years experience, he hacked up my rear window, didnt even cover all the glass with tint, he uses a black marker on the glass itself to fill in all the inperfections he leaves behind, he calls it his cheater pen, dont let him cheat you, get your tint done by someone else who wont half ass thier work..
