They state they are open 11-6 Mon- Saturday.Thats false they open & close when they feel like it.I went there today at 4:15 it was closed.closed

I would like to leave a great review for employees Cayla and Tim at the patterson store for helping us with our issue and resolving it promptly. They were very cortious and profesional and are the reason why we have Tmobile.

The very friendly staff and the one who assisted me helped me very well, good job Edgar M.

Instead of apologizing for not helping my grandmother with an insurance claim, they sent her away to do it on her own and lied to me about it. Then (even though I was on speaker and heard the conversation) proceeded to tell me she declined to have them help because she didn’t want to give information over the phone when they helped her call. They never called. I called customer care from another state to tell the store to help, which they did, and they still told her to go call on her own. The woman is 72. If she could do it easily on her own I would have had her do it. However because this was not something they could make a commission on they just passed her off. I love T-Mobile and this was an utter fail on all parts of the store level. Reps to managers

We have been T-Mobile customers for over 15 years. We frequent the stores for the T-Mobile Tuesday offers as well as updating our phones or buying accessories. We have been to this store about half a dozen times in the last year and each time the associates greet us, are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Ive come in here for different reasons this year and theyve always been helpful and friendly. While I was purchasing a new phone the staff found out I was a veteran and they told me about a deal for adjusting monthly rates for veterans. There was more traffic than I had expected, can get busy during peak business hours. Easy and friendly staff.

Exaggerated coverage maps and false advertising that they are faster than competitors; the reality is further from the true.14 days return pocily is a joke if you cancel their mediocre service you loose money but you’ll be better off with someone else.
