Old hag with a small arm and a terrible yellow dyed hair yelled at my 6 year old for trying on some clothes, she said she’d call the police for entering the fitting rooms, that’s just unacceptable, she walked in while he was changing and started to yell at him. I called management and hopefully she gets fired for walking in on my child changing and yelling at him just for trying on some clothes. I apologized to her but she continued to yell and harass us. I know Walmart isn’t very nice to their employees so they might be somewhat rude but this is just disgusting, customers can not be treated as such.

Huge Super store. Friendly staff. Frozen foods and meat selection are plentiful. One stop shop! I visited this store 3 times during my week stay in Grayson. Very conveniently located. Only a 10 min drive. Will definitely return.

The walmart employees are very nice and respectful but the service is slow and has poor management of operations by the upper level managers. My visits always consist of miserablely waiting to be helped with something in almost every department under many circumstances meanwhile watching several groups of employees just standing/loafing around not doing anything.Too many low level employees with no responsibility lacking passion for the job and not enough employees equipt with multiple skill sets of service.

Made a special detour to this supercenter because there is an EV charging station in the parking lot. While waiting for my vehicle to charge, I went inside and was amazed at how big the store is. One stop shopping is here with friendly staff and appeared to be cleaner than other Walmarts.

I see employees coughing and giving change without sanitizing, that right there makes the whole building unsafe. Wheres protocol when your life is on the line? Covid 19 alert

The store itself and the staff are very helpful! Its clean and staff are respectful. The have alarge section of things to buy. I did knock a star off as they dont answer the phone on weekends. They state this nowhere are I was on hold for 40 minutes. I did call back on Monday and they were very helpful and respectful. On weekdays they do answer the phones much faster and with the same respect and politeness as in store. So helpful. When I lost my phone it was returned, and the customer service counter was fast and polite both times I visited. The produce was so fresh, and the store was very clean. Would visit again!

Walmart gave our Walmart Grocery order to someone else. Then, 45 minutes later, they came out with our order minus three of our items. Unfortunately, Walmart not giving us our full order is the rule not the exception.

Its a Walmart, what more can you say? The haircombs are locked up and theres hardly any associates ever where you need them, and even if theres one around they have no keys. Other than that, it has a decent parking lot, and is culturally even and calm

They have almost everything, and at good (lower than most stores) prices.

We do the order through app and pickup since we dont have a lot of time to go shopping. A lot of our produce comes through bruised or rotten. I have gotten cuties twice in a row and both had multiple cuties just rotted in the bag

The people in customer service that were scheduled today at around 9:50 am - 10 :10 am need to humble themselves and learn to stop being so rude to people. It is called customer service for a reason. If you are going to be rude to a person because they speak Spanish maybe you shouldn’t put that you are bilingual in your resume. This is the 4th time this happens at this Walmart. I will be reaching out to corporate and calling the store because there is no need for this rudeness. Next time just ask to work in the back.

Really easy to find the things you want especially if you ask the staff. And even if they dont have it theyll check for you.

People are wearing masks and generally observing safe distances. Store is not fully stocked by any means but carries a reasonable selection. There are some delivery services but I have not checked them out yet.

Love love love the grocery pickup. Been doing it for almost a year on average every 3 weeks. Had one bad experience where they were painfully overwhelmed & behind. Otherwise a couple of glitches (pizza placed in the back of a pickup on its side in the middle of summer, egg carton with 1/2 the eggs broken or missing). Im an essential worker with daily contact with people & live with someone whose high risk so this is a win win. We get our essentials & she gets out of the house with minimal contact with anyone outside our circle.

I had a really small quick question tried calling the location in Los Banos, merced, Gilroy no one answered the phones, but when I called the location in Patterson these ladies in customer service were very polite and very quick to answer me And help me with my question thank you.

I lost my cell phone and asked if they can look on there security cam for break into my car where I thought I left it, they were more than happy to check but there cam didnt reach to where I was parked. I later found it in a bag. I must have dropped it in a bag while walking to my car. So great customer service.

A long wait for someone to unlock a $2 item, then them having to look for a security container only to not have one that fits and let me go check out without it. Its like theyre trying to make the experience as unpleasant as possible.

I have been shopping our super store since it opened. I am pretty sure I am in there no less than twice a week. Its a great store but only gets 3 stars because.....1. Pre covid they never had enough cashiers2. Covid era Walmart......same cashier problem... they now stock during the day which makes shopping inconvenient and risky....

Over crowded and understaffed I went in looking to buy a amp kit so I could wire a sub in my mazda. As expected they are stored behind the glass so I had already expected to be waiting around awhile. What I didnt expect was to be standing around for almost 40 minutes waiting for a representative to come with the keys. Sadly enough 7 or 8 employees had walked by me only one actually stopped and asked if I needed assistance. The others had avoided and evaded the 3 customers nearby and myself included. I called on my phone to ask for assistance and the women who answered the phone barley spoke English and had no idea what I was saying and put me on hold. Sadly enough I needed this kit and couldnt find it anywhere near by for a decent price so I waited. But even if I have to drive the extra 10 minutes to find a less crowded store or pay a little extra its well worth bypassing this place and going elsewhere.

Ordering stuff online is the only way to go. Theyre pretty good about filling orders and the substitutions are usually better than the first product you ordered. They always get out to your car quickly and are very polite. Im not sure Ill ever go inside again lol.

The store used covid-19 routine mask required. The store was clean and employees were happy and helpful. It was my first time visiting this particular Walmart, but I definatly will go back again. The only problem I had was that they were stalking shelves at rush time boxes in the isles people working causing many isles to be closed it was only 4 P.M. its all for the best I suppose. Great job Walmart employees of Patterson CA.

Same dreaded experience, so theyve managed to provide the vast majority of consumers with a one stop get everything u need here and nowhere else shop! Yould think with all those registers some group of Walmart geniuses concluded they might assist in the speedy departure of some frustrated shoppers?... I think someone forget to tell them they dont run themselves and they definitely dont look like any floor decor Ive ever seen!!!

Prices are pretty high on Thanksgiving items, but I was able to find everything on my dinner list. Crystal is also the best eggnog.

Its big. Clean. Stocked better than most. Only downside is the floor layout plan wasnt thought through enough so you have to do a lot of walking, hunting, searching and asking.

Very large and hard to find things on a first visit. But good array of options. Went in for 3-4 things, came out with 10.

After a long wait, we had to look for someone to come and unlock a shelf to get an important medical supply and on top of that, when we finally found someone, that employee was not happy to help us☹️

This is a Carls but it is just good. Been stopping by off and on for the past 25 years when working in Produce or driving by and want a good western.

The only problem we have with this place is their staff. Im not speaking for ALL of the employees... But a lot are HIGHLY unprofessional. Theyre either too busy on their phone at the door or just have really s****y attitudes. These individuals have even mouthed off unnecessarily. I have yet to contact Management. I have NEVER experienced such ridiculous behavior from any company in my 30+ years. I use to tell my staff one thing when they received a complaint about attitudes (which was only twice maybe). .. McDonalds is always hiring. If youre not happy here, dont work here.OH and beware if youre one of those take your time and look at everything kind of shoppers, as I am... Be prepared to be treated like a criminal. Whatever company Walmart uses for loss prevention... Pathetic. I believe one of the tactics they are suppose to follow is to not look like LP/AP and appear as a typical shopper. Umm... These guys... Are sad. And they take their job WAY to seriously. Ive seen them run after someone and scream they were gonna call the cops (because well... Thats really all they can do though some would like to believe they are the law) and the cops came (obviously regrettably) only to tell the person to just play along so LP/AP could turn their ego up one more notch and then let the individual go. Even asking if they wanted a ride home. Calm down guys/girls. You are eyes. That is all. Oh and a voice to the real ones that get stuff done. Cops. Cops even think youre too much. Step of your pedestal. NOT EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO LOOK AROUND AND SPEND MONEY AT (not YOUR store, so stop saying its yours)... WALMART, IS A THEIF. If you were good at your job...(i.e. reading body language... etc...) You JUST MIGHT make it to a job respectable people, respect. Im rambling. I guess having worked retail and being an individual who feels people should be kind to one another ... Seeing people who arent capable of such simple acts and those people having jobs... Scheduled a pick up order for 3 pm today. Didn’t get a notice that it was ready until 5 pm. My wife went down to pick up the order at 5:15 pm. It’s 6:30 pm and she’s still there... if it’s ready, is it just sitting there waiting for someone to bring it out or is it not actually ready? On top of that we ordered 2 cases of “AHA” water and they fulfilled one but said the other flavor was out of stock.. why not just substitute for 2 of the same flavor? This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Anything after 12 pm you’ll be waiting a long time. Ridiculous.

Had almost everything that I wanted the only thing I was disappointed about cuz I was there about 8:00 at night and I had trouble getting up and the isles because they have stuff blocking some of the aisles especially over by the meat department and the self checkout with only take debit or credit cards I only use cash so I had to wait in line for one of the few cashiers that was available
