They are the worst with customer service. I have never been treated to badly. The pharmacist had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. They really need to check their people. If they dont want to work they shouldnt be there.

The worst customer service ever! The associate looked like she hated being there and wasnt ashamed to let everybody know. Terrible! Management has to step up here, customer service is everything, come on.

Worst pharmacy experience!! Don’t use drive-thru. The pharmacy technicians are rude, especially Samantha who used foul language.

DO NOT COME HERE GO TO WALGREENS! This entire staff has had hundreds of complaints because they are all rude and incompetent people who hate their jobs and have miserable lives and bring all of it to work. All of the woman that work here have bad attitudes and their lead pharmacists changes every other season. They should be closed!

Been with cvs for several years and have put up with their horrible unprofessional customer service! Before Covid hit, the staff was exactly the same, extremely Rude! There are two women that are especially rude with attitude! My family and I have had enough, we can no longer stay with cvs. I spoke with store mgr and with pharmacist Michelle to no avail! No one cared that the staff is horrible with customers. I understand having a bad day but bad year after year!? My neighbors warned me to move to another pharmacy but I hesitated. I can only surmise that these women feel comfortable speaking to customers any way they please with no consequences!? How did they get this job?? If you ever need a prescription..Do Not Go To CVS Patterson!!

Called for pharmacy and was kept on hold for more than 30 min and that is not an isolated problem. I have waited in line for 20 min just to find that my prescription has not been filled from a previous evening drop off and have had to wait another 20 min for a fill. the customer service is not good. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Go somewhere else for your Flu Shot, I had made an appointment for my flue shot and once I arrived I was told tom come back in one hour because Pharmacist was going to to take her lunch. Why make an appointment?I informed them I had made an appointment and all I got was Well. you can come back in one hour No apologies, nothing. Bad service. I will give them a negative start if I could

I was told my girl’s prescriptions would be ready at 7pm. When I arrived at 7:15pm, it still wasn’t ready. They then said it would be another 15 min, which was incorrect again. Prescriptions weren’t filled till 8:30pm. I used to love this CVS pharmacy. Something changed about 6 months or so ago. Short staffed?New management? Every time I try to go here now the wait is way too long. Trying to keep sick toddlers from tearing apart their store while waiting for their medicine for an hour was way too much. I’m going to ask our insurance if Walmart is an approved place to go for medicine. Tired of being understanding of this CVS pharmacy.

As a 30 year truck driver and first time ever delivering here and I will be honest.....this place is just like most grocery warehouses.....wait for 30 minutes or more to just get to guard shack to check in.....glad where I live we do not have a cvs or I would tell my family to not do business with them

Pharmacy service is horrible and I just put one star because don’t let me put my review bad service... they told me if I need the medicine buy it over the counter...

(Doesn’t deserve 1 star) Pharmacy Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I could never go & pick up my meds without ANY COMPLICATIONS, they never update my file & its a constant thing! Pickup time they say is never right or when i do FINALLY get my meds time on bag says hours BEFORE. Ladies over the phone are BEYOND RUDE! Definitely wouldn’t RECOMMEND!!!!! Save yourself some time!

So I don’t live in state I live out of state and I went with my mom today to just do a little couponing because it’s a little fun to get out of the house and I used my card for my purchase but then when my mom went back in because she forgot to purchase something the guy treated her rudely and told her she couldn’t use her own cvs card when I used my cvs card which was rude because she was being treated very unfairly so my mom came out super sad because that was her favorite store but she was really disappointed at the way she got treated I called back to adress the situation but the lady was just as rude. If they don’t want to deal with coupons they shouldn’t work there or they should at least check the name on the card before the jump to assumptions and I will be contacting corporate to adress this situation

Parking lot needs addressing. It is an eyesore...unclean..out of control weeds...lets reflect some community pride!!!.

I frequent this store about once every 2 weeks or so for prescription pick ups and the VERY rare in store purchase of regular carried stuff, (shampoo, snacks, etc).The store is always clean and I have never had an issue with their staff. I have had the staff approach me and ask me if I need help about half the times I have been there.They do seem to be understaffed once they get busy as I have seen the lines at the check out counter get pretty long. Usually they page and open another counter at the photo area.Seems like a pretty standard operation for a Convenience Store/Pharmacy.I dont recommend buying non-pharmacy items there as there is a Walmart literally right next to this CVS and they sell the same items for several dollars cheaper.4 of 5 because the staff has been helpful to me every time I have needed them, and the store is clean.

I like to take advantage of when there are things I need and they are on sale. I like the offers out there. You save a lot if you know how to combine the stores offers with coupons from the newspapers.
