They have three 48 inch Thermador ranges listed for sale that have been sold several weeks ago. They are still listed on their website and on ebay right now. I asked why their website wasnt updated and was told they havent got around to it; that they are too busy.Its misleading and unfortunate. The warehouse was fun to visit and they had some great, discounted prices on the products they do have. I just didnt appreciate the dishonesty.

Shop is certainly a warehouse, but easy to navigate and view appliances.Staff is very friendly and helpful.Loaded my order into my car and offered extra cardboard for protecting appliances during ride.

To expansive and not muxh to offer

Great deals and great customer service. Ian is very friendly and very knowledgable about the products. Got a great deal on a Bosch fridge and range. Had a slight issue with the range (turned out a wire had just became loose) and Ian sent someone to fix it right away. Also glad I paid to have them deliver both appliances. Delivery guys were very friendly, quick and careful. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be shopping here for future appliance needs.

Purchased a gently used high end range from them online. Transaction was quick and easy, prompt delivery across two time zones, extremely well packed -- no damage. A month later when we went to install the unit, there was a part failure. Ian was able to diagnose the problem over the phone -- when local appliance repair person arrived, he confirmed the failed part. As this was a high-end Italian range, the part and repair were not cheap - over $600 in the end. Kitchenguys refunded EVERY PENNY -- didnt have to ask, or haggle, they immediately offered to reimburse the entire amount of the repair; part, delivery, labor, tax... and they did, promptly. I dont think they made much, if any money off of this transaction in the end -- maybe lost.These guys obviously know what they are doing, and are consummately professional and completely honest and trustworthy. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.

Once again, great product at a great price. We just made our second purchase from the Kitchen Guys and will be back as we progress with our new kitchen installation. Ian is great to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
