I went to this store looking for engine oil cooler lines. I shopped at a competitor and received 2 lines that had to be ordered and both were opened previously and returned, but they were identical lines in different part number packages. This store had 2 of each part number in stock so I was able to match up the one I needed with the help of Ruben and be on my way back to the competitor to return the one I didnt need. This job couldnt have been completed on time without the parts in stock at this store, or Rubens patience and assistance in grabbing the parts so we could match them up.

I Needed a brake light. They were awesome. Had me bring the car out front, they actually put the light in for me... Do you know what I wouldve paid if I went to a dealer...Thank you Matthew and your helper. ( I forgot his name ) ... And thanks for the laugh...

Went for a muffler. Very reasonable . Plenty of parking. Workers were very knowledgeable and helped right away

They are decent people during the day but at night they dont know anything. But the person I dealt with Matt with two ts very very nice I will deal with him again if I need to

Went in to check my engine light code, at first they couldn’t “go to customers cars and that I would need to do it myself” I was fine with doing so, but as I go back inside to receive the print out, one very nice man it will just be a minute, which again I was fine with. He asked DIANE if she could give me the print out and she proceeded to tell me “well she can come down here and get it” very rude and unprofessional all about a piece of paper.

I go to OReillys, employees standing around doing nothing and not one could ring me out...Everyone standing around taking...waited for awhile at the register and then some women came over with an attitude...Im so sorry I inconvenienced you on a Saturday in the middle of the day...My mistake to think you wanted sales, wont happen again...Like I said go somewhere else. Youll get better service. This wasnt the first time socializing was more important than the customer...

There is no better customer experience when it comes to cars I think we all dont know what the hell were doing but Ill tell you this place will definitely make sure you do. Friendly staff friendly service what else can I say I will not go to any other autoplace ever. Love you guys

Convenient and has always had what I needed for basic car work and cleaningUpdate: out of the 5 employees that i saw only one was wearing a mask. The guy that rang me up had his on around his chin, the guy talking 2 ft from him didnt have one on. The 2 employees that came in as I was checking out didnt have them on at all and were dealing with a customer that wasnt wearing one. Wont be going here again until after the pandemic if ever again.

Please remember to put American speaking individuals in the stores. It took me forever to get my water pump it seems like you had to speak Spanish to get to the front of the line this particular store needs more American speaking staff. The man behind the counter gave me an attitude. Very rude I will be going somewhere else from now on I have two cars Im constantly doing work to them. Thats the price for having older nice cars. but at least if Im going to spend money I shouldnt have to deal with somebody elses problems.

Absolutely hands down the nicest AutoZone we have ever graced. The customer assistance was off the charts helpful and accommodating. The store was clean as can be. I wish I could have caught names but everyone we encountered in the morning of October 29th 2019 were lovely people (totally worth a raise, haha, I was not asked to say that I just really had an amazing experience).

Absolutely miserable experience. Poor customer service. You cannot pick up a ln order paid for online in-store. They treated me like I was a thief. Then when I contacted their district manager, she was unpleasant and rude as well.Go to Advanced. I have never had these problem with them, they have better prices, and they are much much more pleasant.

It would be unethical to clone the manager & staff . I highly recommend this location ! Even if it’s an extra 15 to 40 minute drive . Bought a radiator from auto-zone, after installing it, turned out bunk. Leaking profusely... Was going to buy another one last minute and do the return in the am. This store wasnt willing to stay open 1 additional minute to help me out. I dont support companies that dont stand behind their products. After this replacement Ill be going to one of the other guys. And Ill advise all my associates to do the same.

My go to store its in my neighborhood and actually has a few people that know cars vs a lot of other places these days that just hire cashiers and dont really know cars ... and for those who dont know autozone has a 24hour location ...it is a long ride so do be sure to call ahead and make sure its the right part .... which is the only part store chain i know of with a 24 hour store .... 😎.. go stop in get some parts or vehicle related items
