Don’t take your car here. “Lous” just up the road from them; now that place is worth 5 stars

If youre a single woman looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic THIS IS IT! A friend referred them about 3 years ago and every time I shop around I always end up coming here. I can read people very well and can honestly say they are honest and straight forward. I would give them a 10 star if I could.

Took my Jeep in at the beginning of February I told them let me know what needs to be fixed on it to pass inspection. They called me and told me I needed all sorts repairs and quoted me a price I said do it. I had a tie rod brake pads brake rotors brake lines 3 new tires a front end alignment a muffler canister and a catalytic converter put on it. I brought my Jeep back at least eight times during the month of February because the check engine light kept going on. I got told the wells were bad they would fix it I got told it needed a new O2 sensor which I fix I got told it needed another O2 sensor which I fixed then I was told there would two more that would no good. I never received an invoice the pandemic at I just took it to have other two O2 sensors replaced the mechanic I just left said that it also needed upper and lower ball joints front axle and not the catalytic converter that was put in by said mechanic above would not work on a Jeep and that they should have known better. Now I have forked almost $2,000 into my Jeep because Juan told me it would pass and I am now having it junk. They are nothing but fraud I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and getting legal representation.

I have been everywhere in RI almost dealing with mechanics and I have always had a problem - from the price to the quality of work.Then I came here, good prices and really good mechanical work. I seriously recommend this location to everyone. If you want to fix your car once and get it done right. Come here

Excellent work very reasonable prices

I brought my car in to fix a break problem and a wheel sensor. They had my car for 8 hours and did nothing. they Said nothing was wrong with it all they did was put air in the tires. On my way home the same lights on my dash came on and today lost all breaks. I have been bringing my cars here for awhile never had a problem. Will not go again now.

By fare the worst place i have ever been. I brought a car to them that need hub bearing fixed told them what i needed done . they told me that wasnt the problem noise was coming from cv joint . i told him to fix it aslong as it takes care of the noise . i go to pick up my car and has same noise i brought it in with. i made him come for test drive he tells me yea i guess its the hub bearing . and wanted me to pay agine for him to fix that . i have talked to many people in the area and all have horror stories from going there. guy that runs it is a thief.

Do not bring your car here I bought my car here for a wheel bearing problem they said they changed it and a couple of months after it got damaged again I bought to another location to get it fixed and the new place told me that the wheel bearing piece was never replaced for a new one

Good work at reasonable prices and very nice staff

Juan the owner took my truck on sept. 2016. He said my lifters needed to be replaced. After two months he tells me I need a timing chain kit. He had my grey f150 in his lot until February 2017. He could not fix the problem and kept coming up with excuses as to why. He changed my coil packs which were recently replaced and some other parts that had nothing to do with the problem. When I asked for my money back after 5 months he got pissed off and gave me 500 out of the 1100 that was spent at his shop. He also stated that its his shop and he can do what ever he wants,, the look on his face when I told him he was being recorded smh. My truck has been parked ever since he layed his hands on it. To the ppl of this beautiful country,, its places like this that do not deserve to be in business at all. I tried calling the police they said its civil. Im screwed now because I am out of a job and out of money. He has random ppl working on the vehicles so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I hope and pray he doesnt ruin the life of another person. At this point I wouldnt even let him change my oil. FYI my obd scanner also went missing from my truck. All I can do at this point is inform you on my experience with this shop. May the Lord be with anyone that leaves there vehicle at this shop. GOD BLESS!
