Im not sure why people gave some bad reviews. It was mt first purchase there and I had a great experience from the polite customer service to the delivery people. They were able to deliver my couch next day.As far as the actual store. Its in an old Mill building, and I didnt think it was dirty at all. I strong recommend this place. They also offer layaway.

Went there last night looking for a bedroom sofa. Place is disgustingly filthy! Ive never walked into a furniture store that was so awful. Furniture is of cheap quality at major furniture store prices. The dust most likely from the old worn out carpeting sent me home with severe allergies. Im all set with this place. Ended up purchasing a nice sofa from Raymore and Flanagan. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. These people certainly dont care about cleanliness and appearance.

Awful customer service! Poor quality furniture and gave me two damaged couches before providing me with one that was not damaged ( took over a week)! The manger was unprofessional and never responded to my complaints and just sent the couch out without a confirmed delivery date or time! Would NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUT FROM HERE AGAIN !!!

We were here before and had a decent experience, unfortunately we made the decision to come back and not only did they sell us something they could not even sell, they werent going to even tell us we were not getting the bedset until we called the store as it had passed the delivery window! They then proceeded to lie to us and tell us that we were going to get another bed brand new and not have to pay the difference while they made us wait an extra 3 days to have the bed delivered when we called Monday they then said that they never said any of that and that we should just come back and get our money back and then they told us big deal who cares just take your money back and go somewhere else as if we have not been waiting for a whole week and some change for a bed that was never coming in the 1st place.

Worst custumer service ever. I paid for delivery the guys was so lazy to try thru the door. Their excuse is that it didnt fit. I helped my husband bring 2 sofa to the third floor. Will not recommend. And I still had to pay them $75 cash

Nice selections. Staff was helpful. Really big inside. Bought a couch sold as is had a rip in it so it was sold on clearance. When it was delivered I found that the store had patched up the hole for us. Really nice.

Bought a sofa from furniture depot (providence location), paid for the sofa in full. The sofa was to be delivered several days later. The day before the delivery, they call me to tell me they sold the sofa and delivered it to someone else. I waited for this sofa for several days, and they wait until the day before its supposed to be delivered to tell me they sold it. On top of that, to get the refund I have to drive back to the store--during COVID. Completely unprofessional and unethical. The real reason they are saying they sold the sofa is they are backing out of the deal. I would never do business with this company again. There are several other furniture stores in the area, I will be shopping around because I do not want to give this company my business.Edit:I left my phone number for the manager Carlos to return my call, he never did.Also, after getting my refund I went to an adjacent furniture store (part of the same complex) and got a sectional sofa delivered to my house the same day! In fact, it came approximately 3hrs after I ordered it (crazy) and the delivery fee was approximately 1/2 of what furniture depot charged for a delivery date that was several days later.

These people are the absolute worst. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. I took the day out of work when my furniture was supposed to get delivered and THEY NEVER SHOWED. Literally lost a day of work and was confined to my house After numerous phone calls theyd still said they were on their way. The following morning I called and they said if I could wait till noon that someone Would go to deliver it. I waited. The headboard came broken. They had to come the following day with another headboard, they brought the wrong size. 3 trips over the course of 3 days.Here I am not even a month later with a broken drawer on my dresser. I personally went to the location to arrange for a technician to come an fix it. To no surprise after setting up the date, THEY DID THE SAME THING AND STOOD ME UP AGAIN. Another day taken with empty promises about them being on the way. These people are the most unprofessional, selfish and cowardly group of people I have ever dealt with in my life.I have TURNED AWAY SO MANY PEOPLE whove asked me where I got my furniture. Told them that its not worth the headache and frustrations!

Worst store ever! We will be filling with the Attorney General, sketchy employees and horrible customer service! Waited all day, speaking with the worst employee ever trying to find out when our furniture would arrive Because all they originally said was “Wednesday “, “keep in mind we had already removed our Mattress’s and living room furniture from our home”, they had given us a time of 1-6 and assured us it was on the way. At 8:45 pm we heard from a very untrained employee who said “they forgot to put our furniture on the truck.” But she kindly offered to bring it next Wednesday..... an entire week later...... yup she expected us not to have mattresses and living room furniture for a week. I told her this was unacceptable! If I couldn’t have my furniture by tomorrow I wanted my money back today. She spoke to her boss and he told her it could be here Friday, still unacceptable considering my wife is ill and I have a bad back, there is no way we could sleep on the floor until Friday. I will go tomorrow and buy a new mattress from a real furniture store and have someone pick it up for me so we can have our beds. So for the night it looks like we will be sleeping on the floor.

I went to buy a night stand for my daughters room. I decided to pick it up and take it home myself since it isnt too big. Juan from the pick up area was very kind and helpful in giving me advice to make sure I wouldnt damage it taking it inside my house. Great Service!

I purchased a recliner. I get home to discover its the wrong item. When I returned to store to resolve the issue, I was told I would have to bring the chair back to get my correct item. Clearly, it was my fault and now I have to do most of the work to rectify the problem. No. I was told my correct item would be delivered Friday and guess what? Nothing. Im certainly reporting this store for bad business practices because this is ridiculous. And have the nerve to tell me they dont do refunds... but its okay to give people the wrong merchandise? Im highly disappointed

Furniture depot has beautiful furniture but the sales rep that I had did not inform me of the total in return policy. I was told they can exchange but no Refunds. I called today to tell them that I did not find my mattress very comfortable and they Said they have a no return policy. Thats not what I was told as far as in exchange. Also the sales rep continued to tell me that I should have seen the sign when I walk in .i didnt and to know it is his job to inform me of every sale and contingency on the sale he did not. It may have been partly my fault for not asking 100%. But it definitely is more the sales reps job to inform the customer of they return policy before they buy it. He told me it was on my receipt well buddy I signed the receipt already which means I could not return it you should have told me before I signed. I will never buy again.

I waited a month for my order to show up, than was told its not going to be available any time soon, pick something else. Product is still available online. Bate and switch. Found something I liked, got a lower price from employee, than spoke to manager about that item - got same price, but was told by the manager its a huge $300 discount price! when it was not. Buy only whats in stock, make sure to double-check your order, and do shop around: I found that Bobs ad R&F outlet had very same items for the very same price (actually R&F had it for less, bought from them), but they dont pull any shady sales gimmicks, and they actually do have customer service!

Dont let the location out you off. Staff was friendly and did some selling but it wasnt overbearing. We picked up a couch and love seat and got help loading it in our van. The crew even offered to stay late to allow me to take two trips if both items didnt fit

I walked into the store and customer service was great, they help me find exactly what I needed and a timely fashion. Also Millie, the sales associate was very helpful in explaining the right layaway plan I needed to be able to receive my furniture faster . As a customer I left very happy, I recommend to go to furniture depot in Pawtucket to find the best prices all the way around .

Found Furniture Depot online. Purchased a Chest of Drawers for my granddaughter. Pleasantly surprised with the selection after going to several other furnithure stores. Very pleased with the quality and price. I will shop here again.

I purchased a sofa, love seat and fireplace stand and was lied about insurance for the fireplace stand. I have been calling numerous times for an explanation about my fireplace being damage before a year of purchase and as of today I cant get a hold of a manager I have giving my name and number plenty of times and still no called back! I bought a bed on Decemberm 26th, the board broke February 16th, and now I have to go to the trouble if contacting the insurance, this is unexceptable, now Ill probably be waiting months to be able to sleep on the bed again. Do not take out the warranty, it covers nothing, I have spent thousands of dollars here and they refuse to fix my bed, I am contacting channel 12 for action. Worst place ever. Im sorry I ever went here.

I purchased a bedroom set and kitchen table set i have had nothing but problems with deliveries and furniture breaking and insurence issues...i have had my kitchen set for 3 months and 2 broken chairs already lets not talk about the pieces of furniture that were put together at whatever factory were put together upside down..yes i assembled my own furniture because at the time set up wasnt available i have 2 claims in for my kitchen and am told i have to pay shipping....AGAIN!!!!! I have been calling the supervisor for over a week and nothing back. I was promised a free piece of furniture because it took 3 deliveries to ship a dresser because i kept getting a damaged one.... but instead i am asking them to pay for shipping for my new kitchen table replacement since i have no choice because they dont just replace the chairs...One headache after the other.... And it would be GREAT IF THE SUPERVISOR DID HIS JOB AND RAN THE PLACE...STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER....... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE LET ALONE SHOP THERE AGAIN.. .$3,000 was a waste of money so damn annoyed!!!!

Customer service is terrible. Delivery was terrible, they were hours late, broke the hallway lamp fixture, scrapped the paint on the wall. I had scheduled between 12-5pm it was 745pm by the time the arrived and I had to call the store to see what was going in they never called me. Then the didnt ensemble the couch they left it for me to do. So as I am doing that, I realize the sent the wrong side facing couch, the longer chaise was on the wrong side. I call the store back she apologized, said she didnt even know it came in different sides and scheduled for Wednesday between 12-5pm for them to exchange it out. Wednesday came and went i had to call the store to find out they werent even exchanging the couch because they were running behind. Now the couch is to be delivered between 11-2pm on Friday. Im waisting hours out of my life here and Im not very happy that they do not evenpick up the phone to call us and let us know whats going on. Friday the dont show up until 3pm.no calls i have to call them again. This time the couch wasnt wrapped very well. Had different pillows that what was in the store and what was supposed to come with it. So the delivery drivers are arguing with me telling me I cant keep the decorative pillows because it doesnt come with the couch that they brought me. So I had to call the store to tell them I want the pillows I already have that are supposed to be the correct ones with the couch. Then the delivery driver took pillows to leave me with 3 instead of 4 and was saying I stole pillows to the lady on the phone when in fact I didnt. Im all set with ever doing business with people like them. Accusing me of do ill when this company is nothing but a micky mouse company. Straight trash and Ill never do business with them again.

My experience in this establishment started from when I entered the place. Daramris was kind enough to greet us when we entered and asked if we needed help and she said that we could let her know if we had a question and she would gladly clarify for us. Millie approached us and made us feel at home, with much confidence. When wanting to make our purchase, she was very kind and helpful in letting us know that we were making a good option.
