Phone operator is rude and not willing to help with scheduling for an appointment, I requested a appointment as soon as possible due to loss of contracts and was told I had to wait 2 weeks and when I requested to be notified if there is a cancellation I was told No we do not do that I’d have to call day before to check availability then I requested if I could atleast get a set of lenses to hold me over I again was told No! I said You do realize I can just go to 1800 contacts take an eye examination on line and order contacts on the spot her response was, o.k. I then canceled not only my up coming appointment but also me as being a patient, it’s a shame because Dr Klibanoff is very good but if he employs employees like this to represent his practice I’d have to question his judgment

The service itself was great. They were able to get me an appointment the next day with little waiting time; however, I was misled about what I would be charged for. I wanted to get new contacts, which they understood, but after my appointment was over I was charged for a comprensive eye exam.The receptionist said the exam was standard procedure by the Dr., but I was not told of these charges beforehand. I was given a paper stating the price for getting a contact exam, around $125, but I was charged over $200, including the extra exam. I was also told my insurance would not cover the exam I went in for initially, but they ended up charging my insurance for the exam they included, since that apparently is covered.

First time there,and I immediately felt comfortable upon arriving for my appointment. Got paperwork done and into exam room within 5 minutes. Dr and staff are really friendly. Large section of top fashion frames for glasses,like Gucci,Versace,Tiffany and Parade. Will continue to go there from now on.

Literally STILL waiting for my new pair of glasses which has been 3 weeks and it’s normally 2 weeks and then the staff just blaming the reason it’s taking so long is because 4 of July which is ONE day. I’m really starting to think if the people who are making them did they just start not start yet like I really don’t understand. . .

Went to pick my glasses up and i had to wait. They told me to have a seat someone would be with me shortly. I mean come on I only had to pick my glasses up. And yes 20 min to pick them up. Like every doctor their time is more important than mine. They can waste mine but if im five min late for a appointment I get the lecture. Not professional

Went and got a pair of reading glasses which my Dr ordered for me at the time when I had my eye exam done.

Very nice setup. But I went in to pick up my glasses and Im still waiting . . . its been half an hour . . . I dont understand why, theres a total about 3 patients in here. It took her legitimately 3 minutes to give them to me, shake my head. I would not recommend this eye care to anyone.Thank you.

,I had my first appointment with them today. The most friendly staff and doctors you will ever meet. Dr. Mona Klibanoff is who I saw and she is nice and very professional, very kind and everyone there makes you feel so comfortable and welcome if you only need glasses.. She tried to address my severe dry eye problem and thats when things got bad, I think I had five total visits, needless to say my chronic dry eye is NO better..it cost me hundreds to try every preservative free lubricant or artificial tears. My eyes are still not producing tears, I was speaking with a woman at the pharmacy who has the same problem. Its not an eye disease. Its a condition which she gets treated by an eye doctor who has a diagnosis and she tried to say the name of it but wasnt getting it right so I tried googling part of the word but nothing came up..she sees an eye doctor who went to Brown, Harvard, hes the best..hes located where my primary doctor is located..everyone says hes the best but I found out, he doesnt accept my insurance so Im back to square one and I cant even work because of bad blurriness and the gritty burning 24/7.it even wakes me up at night..shes into antibiotics for 30 days at a time and prednisone drops for 30 days at a time..I do not have an infection, its chronic dry eye..stay away. They suck u in with kindness, my glasses are fine but they cant handle anything else..if u have an eye problem, stay away from them..Ive talked to 4 people and asked if anyone has gone there and I was told they r not liked. Dont know what they r doing and one person even said they are not human beings, all about the money..i learned that the hard way!!!. I have to find another eye doctor now that i found out the one i wanted doesnt accept my insurance..suffering miserably with this..

One of the worst companies ive ever worked with. According to my medical insurance, they say they process their approvals wrong. According to the owner of Klibanoff, having to take migraine pills each time you wear your glasses doesnt say theres something wrong with the lenses, and does t consist of a medical emergency even in your wear them to see....drive...ready...work..etc. The minute I can break ties...

Went to this place for an eye exam waited 1 hr 20 min for the optometrist. Simple eye exam cost me 25$ last year in warwick.Klibinoff charged my hsa acct 280 bucks. My hsa paid it like fools. DONT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. TRYING TO GET MY HSA TO GET SOME OF MY CASH BACK..

This is one appointment I dont mind keeping Dr Benjamin has a nice since of humor and the exmaine goes pretty quick .

Called to make an appointment for my son and myself and was told I can only come in at a certain time due to what kind of insurance I had .... So I have to miss a day out of work no thanks on to a new eye doctor !

After almost 7 years being a patient with my family in this clinic, we sadly left this clinic because its staff is disrespectful and they do not provide solutions in their service, the doctors are wonderful but their employees are not, they have a pushy and abusive attitude
