The countertop is beautiful and I saved a few thousand dollars.Melanie was super helpful and responsive without the heavy sales pitch you get from nearby competitors. The technician who came to template was right on time, as well as the installers. Everyone involved was pleasant, and the countertop was complete and installed within the estimated 2-3 week timeframe I was given. Very pleased I chose this company!

I am very happy with Creative SC! The whole process was easy and without any hassles at all. I had been looking around for a nice piece of honed Carerra marble and had no luck. I spoke to four other local countertop places and shopped around for a while but was getting frustrated at what seemed to be a lack of help in finding a good piece of marble. Melanie from CSC was so great. She kept sending me different options and she was also very responsive - emails and calls were answered right away throughout the process. Creative Stone came recommended to me by a contractor who has used them over and over. Even during these trying times (pandemic) they were able to give me an appointment to choose my quartz counter top. I chose one of their stock kitchen sinks which met all my requirements. I then decided to have my bath vanity done, again choosing one of their sinks and within a couple of weeks my two quartz tops were installed....... perfectly! Melanie was a great help and walked me thru the process. Their installers were quick and tidy! Would definitely recommend them!

Very Relaxed yet very professional. I love my counter tops! I finally ordered my counter tops after living with Plywood for 6 months - I went in and set up my appointment for the measurements and it was no problem getting the time and day I needed. The Guy that came to measure and create the template was on time even a bit early - he was very professional and asked me some direct questions about overhang etc. He was fast and accurate. I was told it would be at least 14 days before the counter tops could be installed and that they would call me to set up the date. It was almost exactly 14 days and they were able to set up a time that worked for me. On install day the guys arrived on time and got right to work. They worked quickly and cleaned up their mess. The counter tops are perfect, I could not be happier. Ill use them again when I do my bathrooms.

Creative stone did a great job installing my granite. They give you a time frame and deliver.

I went into CSC recently and have worked with them in the past actually giving them 5 kitchen and bath vanity projects in the last 2 to 3 years. Recently just looking to have a small piece of remnant piece of granite in their stock outside. I picked a piece and gave them my template and the co-owner called me saying that he would not honor the price that the office girl initial gave me when I came in nor would he negotiate a price for the piece. He proceeded to point me to other pieces of granite of less quality and then got blunt with me with his attitude. Told me if I dont like it I can go stick it. After some discussion he decide to honor the purchase and cut the granite just to notify me later in the day the piece broke during the [process. I ask if I could see it, went back to their office too see if anything could be savaged and that is when things got nasty.If I was the owner, I would be greatly disappointed that a employee was acting like this in front of a good customer and any customer. They may have good prices but the customer service is lacking.
