They took the order for a long time, carried it for a long time, carried the bill for a long time. The order was brought first to my girlfriend, after a long time they brought mine. We ordered baked rolls, which were brought cold, and a hamburger (well, lets just say, everyone has their own tastes, but I didnt like it). The waiter, having heard our question about the temperature of the dishes served, clarified that the rolls should be warm and that was the end of his actions. He offered to invite a manager, but we never saw him.

At the end of my call, he asked me “Do you have a current or a specific time?” To which I asked a counter question, “What time is it now?” The answer was simply stunning, the dispatcher answered me “The nearest.” To which I was simply overwhelmed and I had to ask him a completely detailed question “What does the current and the nearest one mean, is it 5, 10, or 20 minutes, or maybe 1, 2 hours?” To which he answered me for one hour. thats how I made an order with difficulty over the phone. But that didnt end there. I made an order at 19:00, so at 20:00 (+/- 10min.) I should have been brought the order at 20:30. I of course I understand that you can stay late due to the fact that there are a lot of orders, but to stay late for a maximum of 5 minutes. but not for 20 minutes. Then why ask time at all, lets bring it whenever we want. As a result, the food itself is excellent, but the staff after quarantine became very poor.
