I was surprised to read some bad reviews. I have used Dupuis Oil for 34 years! They have always been excellent. Service, pricing and professional service- always. I recommend them to everyone.

BE WARNED: Do not contract this company! You will be sorry. They are terrible, unprofessional and useless. They were contracted to install a Generac Generator. After giving them a deposit and waiting six months they still could not get a generator. I then had to acquire generator on my own and they couldnt get it installed correctly and had to have someone else finish the job. Their solution was to tell me it was not their problem.

We have been a customer of Dupuis for 2yrs for delivery of oil and a annual cleaning. They had serviced the house before we owned it for many years . Had a small drip from the bottom of our oil tank. Called Dupuis to come inspect our tank. Their tech came out crawled under the tank and reached up behind the tank and said there is a leak atleast half way up the tank and cannot be patched because of location, going to need a new tank. Contractors came out later that day to replace the tank, as I was curious were this leak was as the tank was already out and on the back of the truck me and 2 of the contractors looked over the tank and found no leaks and contractor mentioned there was no bushing in filler neck and tank was most likely over filled. As it was wet from filler neck all the way to the bottom of tank where drip was coming from. Dupuis response was tank was old and needed to be replaced and there was a hole. Which hole was not there when we looked over it and by the time the contractors were done with job there was magically a perfect circular hole on bottom of tank. I have pictures of everything. Not where said leak was coming from. Tricked us into a new tank for $2300 when there was no need for it and did nothing for us. If you like getting lied to and scammed this is the company for you.

Ive been a very satisfied customer for 27+ years. When I was a real estate investor, we purchased multiple oil burners in one year only to have problems with defective products. Pete was great to deal with and helped us resolve all issues. Years later when a plumber installed the wrong oil tank in my brand new house, Dupuis again came out and handled the issue. Great customer service.

Very pleased from Mike ( estimator ) to service techs . Replaced existing gas furnace & central air system . 2 day install but had heat same day . No additional fees except permit . Took away all old system . Have had it for 30 days, all working fine

Ive been with Dupuis for about 10 years. Overall a good experience except for the propane side. Last November my stove stopped working and I needed a replacement. Its been 6 month. emailing back and forth with Dupuis and nothing has changed. I dont understand. The oil side good. The propane side...?

Dupuis cleaned and serviced my oil converted to gas furnace. The unit passed the carbon monoxide test I needed to get insulation in my house. The service technician also got my third floor forced hot air furnace up and running quickly (it needed a filter replacement). The service was affordable and only took an hour for both furnaces.

This oil company claims they are family based for years but has NO problem screwing families over to make an extra buck. They are crooks and if Ann is your rep I feel bad for you. Poor customer service and poor representation of a company

Dupuis is the best of both world -- a caring, family-run organization that is also highly professional. No complaints.
