I had hit an owl a couple weeks ago about 6am. Destroyed my headlight and cracked my bumper down the front. Required a whole new bumper that would have to be painted to match. They were the first I called as I’ve heard good things. Cannot remember the gentlemen’s name I spoke with, but very nice and straight forward about the damage. Kept me informed on when they could get it in. After parts came in, took a day to repair. Looks like new. Definitely recommending.

Didnt have what I needed but was willing to give me information on where to go for it. The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful.

If I could give it a zero I would. I have taken my jeep in for the same repair 3 times and trying to get them to repair it again for the 4th time. Wont return my calls wont answer the phone ever and when I went in they said they would call me the next day and never have.

Used to be better but I felt disrespected at my latest experience, got there to pick up all kinds of spare pieces of my door all over the floor and on my seat. Not detailed at all inside. Monte would have done better just saying, not impressed.

The Guys at Payette Collision Center are some the nicest, most competent individuals in the business. My parents were hit from the back while driving my truck. It was an older vehicle, but it was perfect for my needs. I asked if they could find a way to repair it instead having it totaled. They did an awesome job keeping the cost down and giving back my truck in perfect working condition.

PCC does excellent work. Highly recommend them.

Only gave ir 4 cause didnt get to see their work..my jeep was totaled.but they were recommended and i found them pleasant to work with..

The team at Payette Collision is simply amazing. The repairs on my car were done car much sooner than I was expecting and they even vacuumed the inside! Hopefully I will not need any more body work done to my car, but if I do I will definitely be taking it back to this shop!

UPDATE-Earlier review which is now beneath this one still stands. But I would like to add that I referred someone to them and we went there with insurance paperwork and everything in hand they came out looked at it and this is the fourth day after that and they told us they would have the quote within a couple hours or that same day. Very disappointed in their customer service on this one and I doubt we use them again.Great service. Very clean and nice job. They were on schedule and there were no hidden extra charges at the end. I would use them again. They also came and picked up my vehicle for me.
