AutoWorks was fantastic!! Our battery and electrical system was having some issues, and we brought it in to get fixed and they were super helpful and informative every step of the way. We also had issues with one of our windows and our tires which weren’t anticipated but they were very candid about what it would take to fix them and didn’t try to “sell” us on repairs that weren’t needed. They were straightforward and honest and very capable. We got our car back within a very reasonable time. Only using AutoWorks Car Care from now on!

I came here after another shop created a fuel leak on my car, and said I needed a new engine. Diagnostics at AutoWorks said my engine was ok, but that I didnt have a fuel leak. Just got the fuel leak repaired at another place, lucky my car didnt catch fire in the mean time. One bright spot was that they will actually drive you back home if you need it. However, not catching the fuel leak, when they supposedly inspected the whole fuel system was very problematic. I wont be back.

Overcharged!!! Absolutely horrible custom service and communication. Got a different story from each employee I talked to. I came in knowing what needed to be changed (crankshaft sensor) yet they still charged a diagnostic fee(104.00). I was double charged for my part! They explained to me that they use genuine Napa parts and on Napas website my part was $54.00 on my bill they charged me $127.00!!!! Plus another$104.00 for labor which was 3 bolts and putting a connection together. I went here because they told me it would be done that night or the next morning and other shops couldnt look at it for a few days.. My truck sat in their lot for 2 days before I had to call and remind them about the time line they had given me. I would not suggest their services to anyone!!!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I really appreciate getting work done that not only was professional and a great value but the owner, Shaun Martin was so friendly and helpful. He referred me to another business that handled a non-mechanical repair and again, great work and great value.After my last experience with a local chain mechanics shop that made a disaster of my car on a simple, but expensive oil change, I will come back to AutoWorks from now on.

AutoWorks Car Care had my car for about a week and I am incredibly happy with the service I got from them. This is the first time I can say with 100% confidence that I dont think I was ripped off by a mechanic. I brought in an older car with a lot of miles that I was considering selling if I wasnt able to get it to pass emissions. They gave me a big list of what COULD be done and what they recommended, but then they told me the absolutely necessary things that had to be done to get the car to pass emissions. I didnt want to put thousands of dollars into this car because its probably not going to last that long. Never once did they pressure me into having anything else but the essentials done, and Im super happy with the overall experience. They even gave me a loaner car for about a week while the repairs were being done at no cost. They made what could have been an incredibly time consuming and inconvenient process extremely easy and hassle free. They followed up with me throughout the entire process, and always checked with me before fixing something else. When I went to pick up my car, I paid exactly what I had been told and there were no surprises. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you to Thomas and everyone else!

Most recently I went in for an oil change and the comprehensive inspection they did was WAY more thorough helpful than any other places I’ve gone. I really appreciated having a form with photos and info on other things that need or will need service on my car. Never once did I feel like they were being pushy or pressuring me into paying for additional services. Always a fantastic experience.

Absolutely fantastic shop. I had a serious problem with my 2014 civic and, even though I do most of my own service work, had no idea what it was! Took it in for a diagnostic and they were able to tell me exactly what the issue was in a matter of minutes. I told them I was on a budget, and their price and performance exceeded my expectations. DEFINITELY coming back for all of my auto service needs.

Beautiful shop, came in here for a full maintenance, nick and his crew did an amazing job getting me in and out in a professional manner. They did an oil change, spark plugs, and all fluids at an amazing rate. You can tell they know what they are doing. Nick took his time to fully explain everything they were gonna do step by step. Also making an appointment with them is so easy. Nick talks to you almost as if your family and makes everything fast, easy, and reliable.

Took it in for simple maintenance - an oil change and transmission change because we got a coupon in the mail. After driving two hours the car stalled and would not start. Got it started and the engine light came on.Took it back to this shop and was charged to check the engine light and diagnose - was told it was not the shops fault and would cost $400 to fix.Took it to my regular guy across the street who charged me $80 to fix what was actually wrong, the air filter not inserted correctly by this shop causing the mass air sensor to turn on the engine light.You tell me how you would feel? Ill never be going back and recommend you dont go there either..

Took my car for an oil change. The service was quick. I dropped it off so I can go to work. I received a call from Jackson letting me know it was ready. He also gave me recommendations on other items needing to be addressed. I let him know I would have to wait to take care of some, others I would take care of myself. There was zero pressure from Jackson. I really appreciate that! Shaun and team are highly recommend.

I came in for an oil change but had also run over some debris earlier in the day. They took a look and fixed the small bumper issue for no charge. I love this place!

Shaun and Thomas were wonderful to work with. They called us often and kept us informed. Our repairs were more extensive than we originally thought, but when we went to pick up, were still charged $300 less than we thought because it didnt take them as long. The lobby was clean and inviting with snacks and toys for the little ones. We will be back!

Shaun and his team got our 2011 Camry right in and was able to get the sway bar links fixed as well as a few other maintenance items. He told me it would be done by the end of business and they delivered as promised. I highly recommend AutoWorks Care Care!

Only place I will take my old high milage car. Old cars can always use this or that but I never feel pressure to do every bit of maintenance, I just get the minimum to keep it going safely. Nice facility. Friendly people. Fast, fair service. Only drawback was that they accidentally shredded the out of state registrations for both my cars. Fortunately, it didn’t make a big issue as I had to get them registered in Utah and the DMV was able to sort it out without the registrations. 10 bucks to get duplicate registration sent though. Would have been nice if the company had offered to pay for duplicate registrations in addition to the apology. in their defense, I didn’t ask them to pay for it and didn’t let them know it cost money. This should be a standard customer relations approach—something to offer to make things right for a big mistake like this. In 24 years of registering vehicles, I’ve never had any problems with my registrations for an emission test 😏

I called for a quote on a problem that had already been diagnosed and my car is currently immobile. I was refused a quote although i knew exactly what I needed. Then after telling him I was looking for the best deal. He said I could just take it to one of those mexican shops if I wanted cheap. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and rude.

These guys are awesome!!! I had a transmission go bad and not only did they give me quote on a new one but they also called my cars dealership and it ended up being under warranty. Very trust worthy and they take care of their customers, even if it results in them losing a repair like this one!!!!

I went in 3 months ago simply because I had a voucher for a free oil change. The staff was warm and friendly. The service (not just the oil change) was fantastic. They get customer service. So many others have lost that concept.I went in on Monday to get the 3 month oil change. I walked in and they remembered me. I was shocked! They surpassed my expectations again. A customer for life! They explain everything. The go over what needs to be done and show why. I appreciate that. Its not about being shady and charging for services not needed. I love this place!

Ive been a customer since 1999 when Shaun and I were both a lot younger. I still bring my cars to Payson even though Im no longer in the area. Shauns guys do excellent work and are fair and honest. They dont recommend repairs just to pad the bill. If they recommend something i know its because it is needed.

My car broke down and we were a long way from home being from Oregon. AutoWorks Car Care was recommend by a local. The tow truck was 2 hours late picking us up and then on our way there they smashed my towed car into 2 other cars!! I called AutoWorks and they kindly told us not to worry that they would wait for us till 6:30 even though they close at 6. Two more hours and the police took us to AutoWorks and then our car showed up a little after we did. It was too late to get a rental but one of the guys (Kevin) lent us a car for the evening so we could get to our activities that night. We had a great time at a local play and found a hotel with a pool and were able to forget our cares for a while. We got our rental the next morning and were able to drop off the nice vehicle Kevin loaned us and they stored our car till insurance decided it was a totaled.All the guys there were super nice and kind and supportive at a time we really needed it as we were strangers in a strange land. If I ever move to Utah I found my new auto mechanics for sure!!

BEST SHOP EVER!!! My family and I were driving through Utah and our car broke down. We had it towed to this shop. They had the car fixed within a matter of a few short hours. The cost was very reasonable. I wish we lived closer, I would bring all my vehicles to them!! Very friendly staff. I cant say enough good things about Auto Works. They totally saved our vacation!! Oh my goodness. If I could give 6 stars I would. Kevin Going and team are absolutely incredible. We were on our way to St George for a soccer tournament and had our Check Engine light come on right before Payson. This was on a Friday at 5:50pm. I opened the hood and saw radiator fluid everywhere. At 6:03pm I frantically called the first mechanic that popped up - these guys - and they answered! Kevin said they were just finishing up for the weekend but to stop by, theyd wait for me! They diagnosed it and said it needed a new radiator cap (losing pressure) and possibly a thermostat. How was I going to get my daughter to St George for her tournament the next day? Not to worry, Kevin offered a loaner car, and only asked I bring it back with a full tank of gas!The next day - SATURDAY, A DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE OFF - Kevin came in with his mechanic Kevin and they spent 4 hours fixing it! Then we took care of everything over the phone and I picked it up on my way back that night in perfect shape (and dropped off their car in the process)!Wow, wow, wow. This kind of customer service goes so far beyond the norm, these guys were honest and kind and deserve every kind of good accolade that comes their way, and we couldnt be more grateful!

My all around experience was amazing.they generously offered me a ride home, and when my car took longer to finish they gave me a loaner so I could go to work the next day. I was with a friend heading towards Provo when the engine light came on in our Mini Cooper. I called Auto Works Car Care from the road. We were advised that we could safely drive the car to their shop . They were waiting for us when we arrived. Thomas Price guided through the process of what was needed to repair our car. He couldnt do enough for IUs while we were there. He made sure we were comfortable and had refreshments. When it was determined that our car could not be fixed until the next day, we were were offered a loner car so we could go on to Provo and return the next day. Ive been here a few times so far. Last time I had fuel leaking onto the engine and the service was great and reasonably priced for speed of the repairRound 2: my starter went out. I believe the experience will be equally great and Ill update my review accordingly.

They always do a good job and are dependable and get things done promptly.

Jackson is upfront and able to clearly describe what is recommended and why. Another great visit. They actually had planned on doing a more extensive service to our motor mounts. Turned out that the mounts were still in good working condition and a new bracket was installed instead at their recommendation. It saved about $500 and still fixed the problem of a heavily vibrating motor.

Did my interlock business here and they were exceptionally understanding and helpful. Very reliable and flexible as well. Awesome service and plus one to the honesty and ethical prices that Ive seen in a couple other reviews.

I’ve had my cloudy headlight covers on my 2009 Altima buffed before but there was still a ring of the old cloudiness around the outside, they were still somewhat cloudy and became completely cloudy within a couple of months. I wish I could upload a picture of my sparkling clear headlight covers to show off the extraordinary looks-like-brand-new job Auto Works Payson did!!! Truly impressive! Thanks Auto Works!

We just moved into the area and received a gift certificate for a free oil change. Not just a coupon, but a certificate that paid for the entire service. Even at their original prices, their oil changes are much cheaper than Jiffy Lube. I was very impressed with their service and friendliness. I will no longer be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. Loved this place!

I started going to Autoworks Car Care pretty close to the time they opened shop. I know Shaun personally and know most of the techs in the shop. I know they are honest and I trust them with all of my vehicles. Anytime I bring my vehicles in, I know that they will do an excellent job.They take the time to listen to me explain the issues.Needed repairs and pricing are always discussed before work is done. I know that when they say a repair should be done now, I should get it done. They truly care about my safety. But, they also let me know when a repair can wait. I have not experience that with other shops.They don’t give up on a repair no matter how frustrating it might be. I will be honest, this last repair, I had to bring my vehicle right back after a repair. I had a loud squeal noise. When the repair was done, I drove it home and the noise happened again as I drove into the driveway. They worked hard to figure it out and warrantied parts out they had just replaced. It was not a fact of bad work, it was hard to figure out what exactly was making the noise. I can understand that. They stuck with it and my vehicle is running great with no squealing noise.They are awesome.
