Well organized and welcoming. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It’s smaller than other stores, but still has a good variety of items. Prices are pretty good too, especially if you have an active professional license.

Drove 25 mins there during business hours and the store was closed. Four other people walked up at the same time as me. Super frustrated. Signs on the door state that the store is open during Covid19

All the ladies are so helpful and friendly..my wife sends me to Sallys at least once a week and I never know what anything is..but these ladies always know what Im trying to explain..this ladys whos comment is below mine obviously doesnt know what the hell shes talking about ..

Always love to go in and get my pink moisturizer sometimes they do not have the big bottle that I need but they have a little bottle that helps moisturize my hair

Seriously 10 times better service than the Springville location. The girls here are so nice and helpful and never act like you are putting them out by asking them to do theyre job. I had to go here tonight for something that they didnt have in stock in springville and the experiences were night and day different. Will be going down to the Payson location from now on!
