Called and had someone come out for estimate on deck expansion, additional stairs and screened in patio. Said we would have estimate in day or two. Called back after a week and a half and lady who answered the phone said she would follow up on it get it over to us. Called back after 2 weeks and the gentleman who came out to our home answered and said Ron was supposed to contact us for second measurements for stair height...he would follow up and get him out. Its been about a month and we have not heard back from anyone....
