I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped me I’m pretty sure it was Sam.... but whoever the manager is of this store did such a good job at helping me and my grandpa and set us up with such a good deal and was very knowledgeable, personable, and you could tell this guy really cares about doing a good job for his customers and cares about having a relationship with the customers. Long story short AT&T made a huge mess of my DTV account. After numerous bad phone calls with ‘customer service’ I walked into the Payson store #s586 and met Sabrina. She worked with me for over two hours to get it fixed. She is the one who figured out what happened. She actively worked to fix the problem, get all the things up to date and working the way it should have been set up months ago. Ms Shanerika with Customer service center in Texas was on the phone with us for over an hour to fix and refund overpayments for seven months. Huge sigh of relief for having walked into Sabrinas store, her persevering with me and suffering through my tantrum with the ‘customer service’ person who was useless. And the last three that I had to talk to. Thank you !!! For putting up with me and figuring out this crazy mess. ATT don’t ever let her quit.

When asked to put a mask on I told her that I was medically exempt and she would not help me until I was outside the door she was very polite but made me stand out in the cold to get help. It was maybe 40° outside. I will always drive the extra 10 miles to Spanish Fork. They were great, very helpful!

After a disastrous experience at the Spanish Fork location I went to the Payson location for an awesome experience. The sales clerk was great.

I bought a new phone best buy and I had to take it to the AT&T corporate in Orem,Utah.They were suppose to transfer all of my information. I stopped in Payson at the AT&T retail store after i left your corporate store in Orem. Sam was helping me. We discovered that your corporate store did not transfer anything.What a mess !!Sam spent an hour plus helping me to getAll of this problem solved.I recommend the AT&T store in Payson, Utah and working with Sam. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Thank goodness he was there when I stopped.Whatever you pay him he is worth more !!Thank you !!

My phone stopped working without reason and i couldnt figure out what was going on. I went into the store and Sam went to work. He started looking on my account and figured out somebody stoled my IMEI number and bought a different phone on my plan worth 1100.00. Sam helped me call the fraud department to get things squared away and helped put a new SIM card in my phone and get it turned back on. Becausd of Sam I saved 1100.00 dollars! Thanks so much!! This is why i have been a customer of ATT and why I will forever keep returning!!
