Dr. Rowley is so caring and really listens to any concerns or issues. He got to the root of the problem I have had for a very long time. Every other eye doctor I’ve gone to has shrugged me off. I would highly recommend Apple valley vision if you want a professional and thorough experience. They went above and beyond my expectations.

My son was having pain in his eye and when I called their office, they got my son in immediately (during his lunch break)! Dr. Blake quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond getting him the proper medicine and treatment he needed To heal his eye and for relief. He (and his staff) were very professional and concerned about e health of his eye. I LOVE these guys!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They dont listen to your needs & push the more expensive contact lenses on you. Took over a month for them to order in the contacts I originally asked them for. When I went in to pick them up, they were the wrong lenses. When I asked for the correct lenses, the lady condescendingly said they were the correct lenses. I needed new contacts so I bought them. The contacts are scratchy & hurt my eyes.

Fantastic customer service. Doctor was friendly and very knowledgeable about childrens eyes. From start to finish a very positive experience. From the moment we walked in it felt like they knew us forever, they addressed the children directly by name and made sure they understood their care. They excitedly encouraged my son as he learned how to put in and remove his contacts. They made my daughter feel special about her first pair of glasses, and helped my teenager find an work with her individual style. I definitely recommend this entire office their hard work is appreciated.

It was July 23rd 2018 when I went looking for an optometrist, first suspected retinal detachment. Being the day before a holiday no one wanted to see me except Dr Rowley. That night I was operated on and they saved my eye. Im very happy with Dr Rowley.

I have been in here a few times, and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Dr Blake is very knowledgeable and really tries to make my glasses perfect for me, even though I am very picky. Give these guys your business!

I grew up with cold sores on my lips but in 1980 after a MD treated me for a scratch on my eye for four months I was sent north to an eye specialist and he diagnosed me with Herpes Keratitis (Cold Sore on the eye)and by then it caused severe damage to my right eye. Dr Steven Blake has fitted me with glasses that correct my vision to almost perfection. For me I didn’t think I’d ever see as good with my right eye. And most of all when that horrible pain comes into my eye he is there to treat it quickly! I love Apple Valley Vision.

Dr. Rowley does a great job and has the most up to date equipment. We are happy with the treatment we get there. It’s conveniently located and we love their new building.

Dr. Blake is seriously the best! I had a recurrent corneal abrasion after my PRK procedure last year and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Blake has been BEYOND AMAZING! He diagnosed my son with an eye disease. Couldnt imagine having a better doctor. He has made sure my son has gotten the best care possible with top named doctors. He has been here every step of the way. It has been a scary experience, and he has calmed mine and my sons nerves on several occasions. He asked me to personally text him when my sons eye procedure was complete to let him know how my son was doing. He answers every single text I send him. Every time we have had a concern, he has made sure we are taken care of physically and emotionally. He cares, and he knows his stuff. Hands down THE BEST doctor Ive worked with. Dr Blake is amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly! I finally have contacts I can wear after 9+ years of glasses! Definitely go to Dr. Blake if you need scleral lenses. Mine finally fit like a dream and I’m so grateful. Normally I don’t post reviews but I’ve been to so many different eye doctors and been disappointed. $500+ for sclerals that never quite fit me right from other eye drs and I could not wear them for more than 4 hours at best. Dr Blake took time reordering lenses to get them perfect! I can wear my contacts all day with zero issues! I also got glasses from them. Highly recommend.

Front Desk was nice and wonderful letting me know about my insurance because I was not aware of my benefits (in 15 years never had to use our eye insurance). Dr Blake was fantastic with my 10 year old daughter and he was very informative and did a great job explaining everything to me. The man who assisted us ordering glasses and paying was my favorite!!! I knew he was super busy however he was present in the moment with us and made it about my daughter and that meant everything to me! Thank you for excellent service!!! I definitely will recommend Apple Valley Vision.

I have to say I was actually really nervous for my first eye exam, but when I got there and talked with Dr. Blake it was one of the best experiences Ive had at an office. He was very informative and nice. I would go back there in a heart beat. Explained everything I needed and asked in a very friendly way. Their selection of glasses is phenomenal as well!

The entire staff, and especially Dr Rowley are professional, they know their stuff, and have consistently and repeatedly helped ensure my eyes and vision keep working. I recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks guys!

My other doctor retired and I was looking for a new one. The Apple Valley Vision staff were friendly, helpful and experienced. They really are up on the latest technologies and techniques. I learned new things and felt confident in trusting them with my vision. They are 20/20 in my eyes.

The variety and quality of Apple Valleys equipment is top notch. I found Dr. Rowleys knowledge of my eye condition (amblyopia, aka lazy eye) to be second to none. Ive been to 7 different eye clinics and Apple Valley was, without doubt, the best experience.

I totally loved my experience at Apple Valley Vision, and Dr. Rowley. They were all very friendly and professional, but not so professional that I was uncomfortable. I appreciated the most that the doctor didnt make me feel rushed to get out of there, he even asked me several times if I had any questions. That made me feel like he cared, or at least that he wanted to make me feel like I was as important as the next person.

We love Dr. Rowley; he is a fabulous doctor and has great bedside manner. He is more than willing to help us get exactly what we need, and not just what is most convenient for him for instance. I have to agree with previous commentators, he may very well be the best optometrist that we have ever had. Keep up the good work doctor!P.S. A previous commentator had lots of negative things to say, Ive decided to not even dignify that comment with a response, because frankly it doesnt even merit that. Suffice to say it is simply a typical case of Utah Valley cheapskate drivel.

I was in pain, didnt push, but when they saw it was urgent squeezed me in right then. Im so glad, an hour later Im feeling relief after two days. Thanks for prioritizing and being proactive with your clients needs. I hope others didnt get put out too much, but Id wait for them if they needed it.

Ive been going to Apple Valley Vision for several years now and have always had very positive experiences. Dr. Rowley is very knowledgeable and I feel he keeps my best interest in mind when recommending anything. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and very friendly. Dr. Rowley cares about each of his patients and is very amiable. When I was trying contacts for the first time as a mature woman, he put them in and took them out a few times. His office staff also assisted me when I stopped by the office when I was having troubles. He is a problem-solver and truly wants to give you clear vision so life can look as great as possible!

I came here a couple years ago and really liked Dr. Rowley, the front desk has never been terrifically friendly but I could get past that since I liked the Dr.I came back a few months ago and the experience was awful. Dr. Rowley was trying to sale me on everything and I was looking at a $3200 bill. I decided to try another eye Dr and get a second opinion. The new eye Dr informed me of an astigmatism that I had in both eyes that Dr Rowley never found because he was to busy trying to convince me that I had dry eyes and needed a very expensive procedure. I was also told that I have two completely different prescriptions in each eye which is also why contacts were not successful at Apple valley vision because Dr Rowley got my prescription all wrong.The staff is also very incompetent. The lady that has been working the front desk for years didnt know what a deductible was and she was very rude to me and frustrated because of my insurance provider.I do know several people that are happy with this office but I will never go back into that office. Precision Vision was competent, friendly, honest, and professional, none of which I received at Apple valley.

We have been coming to Apple Valley Vision since we moved to Payson last year and have been so happy with the staff and service at Apple Valley Vision. Very glad to have such a great Dr and eye office so close!

Dr. Rowley is probably one of the best, if not the best optometrist in Utah. He also has some of the most advanced equipment for treating tough conditions like dry eyes.

The doctors are ok, but the wait time on glasses is WAY to long .And the receptionist is so rude!
