Great product, professional service, i wil return

Make sure to read the other reviews for this company. This was one the the worst business experiences I had in business. Dave is very dishonest so make sure you have everything in writing with him. Do not trust a word this guys says. We still havent got our title after paying for the home. This company over promises and underdelivers delivers.

The beginning of our experience was good. Staff were pleasant and informative. But as the delivery date of our home drew near the communication from this dealer went horribly. We had to call them to inquire what was happening next, but they never knew. They blamed a lot on manufacturer, busy time of year, and so many more excuses. You would think being a dealer for Cavco they would have a good relationship and good communications....not so. If they tell you 30 days to get home expect longer. Also quality is not at told either. Still waiting for almost a month for warranty repairs from Cavco. The contractors they use to install home did not have the best of customer service...do not let contractor work with county/city inspectors without you being present. I wish you the best working with Silver Ridge and Cavco.
