Boots, riding gear, gloves, helmets and more used to be available in the store as well as a nice sitting space. Since Covid they’ve revamped everything. We’ve literally been sitting here for an hour and 45 min before they brought out a pair of boots for my son to try on. Frustrating for sure! Great products but this new set up takes forever and way longer the the “you may wait up to 45min” sign they have posted. An hour and 45 min, almost 2 hrs wait for a pair of kids riding boots is crazy.Update: still here so it’ll be over 2 hrs. before transactions are complete.They brought the pair of gloves we ordered out before the boots. But someone put them away instead of holding them as was asked. They went to get another pair of boots and instead of leaving the other pair we had set aside put those back as well.Update a few days later:Review changed from 3 to 4 star. Company reached out almost immediately and followed up. Offering a discount and wanted to make sure everything was ok.We appreciate the follow through, I still wish there were a kids/youth section. Adults are pretty good with knowing what sizes they need but kids are constantly growing and need new sizes it would be great to have those things accessible without having to wait or order multiple of them just to find the right size.
I’m not sure if they only sell to mechanic’s, other shops, or people who have shopped there before… but they definitely don’t care for walk ins.Take your business to Amazon. You can find the part on Amazon, order it, and have it delivered faster than they can pull a part from their own warehouse. That’s not a joke. There are literally places in this country that Amazon would have been faster.No customer service, just a bunch of guys that can’t wait for 5pm… they close at 7🤦🏻♂️

This company does not stand behind their tires. Tires are advertised as off road and durable. Their tires are anything but durable. AVOID at all costs. Edit: The company has reached out to me. I will update review once I have a resolution.
Terrible experience even trying to get an order placed. They say that because I was a new customer and was spending over $500 and did not have an account they wanted to make a charge to my bank and have me verify with my bank and do a bunch of extra stuff taking up my time before they would process my order. Evidently buying four tires for a side-by-side is such an unusual experience that I needed to send half a day verifying information and talking to my bank, and approving a small charge on my CC so they could then feel comfortable enough about selling me four tires to actually process my order. I was making an online order to save time and make it easy. Definitely was not that. I guess I could order one tire at a time and that would make them happy. Bogus company with no customer service!Your response makes no sense. You wanted to make a small charge on my credit card to see if it went through the bank, then you would fill my order and charge my credit card. That is EXACTLY what the fraudsters do. They make a small change and if it goes through they make a big charge. You are acting like the fraudsters! Anyway, another online company was happy to take my money and I had the four tires I needed two days later. Now they have a new customer and you do not!
First, we were sent rims that had been previously mounted improperly and the bead locks were stripped, they were not new according to the friends/company we had mounting them for us. Poor and sloppy packaging. Replacement set--only received 3 rims, all of which were also stripped. In short, its been a drawn out, confusing, butchered customer service experience. A special shout out to Wendy. I hear there’s multiple Wendys at the company but if you’ve spoken with this particular woman you’ll understand.I spoke with Wendy, who initially spoke with my husband and bossed him and exhausted him (over 45mins of not listening to his concerns) into finally agreeing just so he could get her off the phone because he was trying to work. When I spoke with her it was terrible. She talked over me, interrupted me, bullied me, laughed at my concerns, was condescending, completely out of control and ultimately I just got off the phone in tears. Shes one of the most antagonistic humans Ive had to deal with and there was no reasoning with her; oddly enough I felt like I was the customer service rep and she was an upset customer. I can see why my husband just agreed to whatever she force fed him, he doesn’t invest energy into people like her. It’s an effective strategy to get what she wants, but really not the best way to run a business.Ultimately, we did not get reimbursed for the entire purchase. We went with method rims from another company, they came packaged perfectly and securely, clearly a brand new product, arrived on time and all in one delivery. We will never use RMATV again. 100% run the other direction and do not use this company at least for online ordering, there are SOOOO many other options. I made a purchase from Rocky Mountain ATV on 12/15/2020. A week later got an email stating that the package had been delivered, but no package was found. Called rocky mountain and they said that the shipping company Ontrack has confirmed that the package was delivered to my front door step and a refund can not be issued. I dont understand how this package could be delivered to my front door when my house is gated. Ive contacted Rocky Mountain ATV multiple times but they keep saying that Ontrack confirmed the delivery and no refund can be issued. They also have now block my credit card and stated if I would like to repurchase the items I have to use wire transfer or paypal. Please do yourself a favor and avoid working with this company. On 8/23/2021 a report was filed to the Federal Trade Commission about this issue and I will be providing updates on this review.

Very prompt witb shipping my order. Had a bit of an issue regarding my address, they called immediately and made sure everything was correct. The Allballz fuel pump I ordered dropped right in and same with the air filter and pre filter guard. Ill definitely order from them again. Very satisfied with the online services. On the other hand the price ut location would get a 2 star.
Worst online purchase experience I’ve had. Worst shipment packaging I’ve seen. Packages showed up damaged and replacements showed up damaged. Customer service is a joke. Took over a month to sort out and get what I ordered. they even tried having me destroy damaged parts and provide proof they were completely destroyed before they would replace parts damaged in shipping. Would not allow me to correspond with management until I wrote a bad review. They couldn’t even find their own part numbers in their system. I had to screen shot the part off their website. Incompetent is an understatement. Would not use again.
What in the world happened to Rocky Mountain ATV? They used to be my go-to for almost everything ATV/MC related. Their service and customer service has gone down the toilet. I used to get things shipped to me in 2 days. Now Im waiting weeks! I ordered something from them mid-July and I still havent received it. Theyre blaming the shipping service. Well, if thats the case they need to switch services. Theyre just not reliable anymore. I dont know if its a change in ownership, management, inability to hire good employees or what, but whatever it is. They just lost a customer.
If I could give a zero, that would better describe my feelings. I orderd on line from everything polaris a tusk spare tire carrier. received it from RM Atv. with missing parts,i have spent three weeks with 7 phone calls. today I have never delt with a worse companyin my life.. And I am 76 yrs. old.
Ordering was easy and quick shipping but they use ontrac and the shipping carrier. Ontrac is horrible. My items are in my local city but not delivered. I figured I would go pick them up. Called ontrac and was told I would have to talk to Rocky Mountain as they dont allow pick up. Talked with Victor and was told they will not allow customers to pickup from shippers hubs. So now I have $2000 worth of wheels and tires being held hostage by ontrac and Rocky Mountain wont help. If you want your items in a reasonable time shop somewhere else.

I have been buying stuff from this place longer than I can remember and have always been very satisfied with their knowledge and wide selection of parts to choose from. Recently I noticed a change and most the new people there seem to not be capable of even telling you what a dirt bike is. I wouldn’t put my trust in any of them to give me any advise about parts or gear.
Used RMATV for years but I’m done ordering with them until they use a shipping vendor other than On Trac. Last shipment took 10 days to get delivered. Then I got to watch the delivery driver toss my package at my porch and miss. He actually picked it up and threw it again. RMATV customer service showed no interest in helping out when I contacted them about the delayed delivery.
In person or online the best place to order OEM or aftermarket motorcycle / UTV parts.Knowledgeable staff great customer service and deep inventory!!
Whats not to like? Good prices and good service. The only downside is they bring parts to willcall in groups, so you may have to wait for that part that you just paid for
I set up a dealer account in 2020. Dealer accounts expire if you dont reach a certain amount. So I re set up my dealer account in March 2021 and filed a tax exempt then casually spent about $5000 in 2-3 months (well over necessary amount). They continued to charge my company MSRP and Tax. Claiming they never received the updated information and that my account is not a dealer account. Their website gives no details, I never even received an email update. Now there has been no update on the issue and they will not help me recover any losses from faulty account set up. I keep getting blamed, yet I have email proof of requesting an updated account for 2021. This is a great way to lose local Utah sales in the thousands. As a Business owner I will not put up with operations errors that are blamed on the consumer. Unorganized operations = less sales. Not providing an update on a serious situation gets you a 1 star review, as you deserve.

Never again will I buy parts from these guys again. In the last two years their customer service has gone straight down the toilet. The last two times I’ve tried to order parts from them the parts “miss” their freight trucks and end up delivering a week later than they normally would have.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This has been my worst experience with a company ever and I cannot understand how they have ratings as high as they do. I drove across the country (from NC to UT, over 2000 miles) to go on a 4 wheeling trip with friends and family and was going to prepare further but was informed that rocky mountain would be available for any purchases and could be counted on (he had received many shipments in the past). I got here and made a list of parts and placed an order for over $300 with a Monday expected delivery date. Since my billing address was different than my shipping address I received a phone call to confirm it was correct and that the delivery address was correct. After this again I was informed of the Monday delivery date. Nothing came on Monday. Tuesday I received a phone call from the shipping company that they cannot find my address on Google and they cannot ship it (rocky mountain has shipped to this address multiple times in the past). I confirm the address exists and receive confirmation that it is scheduled to ship on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and still no package so I contact customer service to try to resolve. I am informed that my shipment has been prioritized and has been raised up to everyone involved and it will be delivered on Thursday (package sits in slc and needs to be delivered to ogden, less than an hour away). The dishonest people at rocky mountain claimed they are doing everything possible to resolve my issue. If that was the case they would hand deliver or allow me to drive to pickup my package. All they claimed is that the situation was out of their hands and the shipper needs to deliver the package...clearly I am not speaking with the right people because I did not receive my order on Thursday either. They will repeated lie to me to shut me up. I hope every customer realizes how much they do not care about you! My family and friends have hundreds of machines and I will never use rocky mountain again. Would rather use a company that can actually deliver product that we order and take the responsibility of good customer service seriously. I will be searching for the contact information of the owner to reach out and express my frustration further. I have never been lied to so much about fake sincerity to try to support me while deflecting any support to the shipping company without actually holding them accountable.
1 hour for them to pull one part. That was missing in my will call order., update :they called me to let me they are working on speeding up thw process for pulling orders for local guys. Thx for the call.

This place has been my GoTo for everything for many years. My experience lately has been nothing but horrible! Their level of service has dropped 100 times and they suck bad. I will be sure to find a new place to buy parts!
Personally really like rocky mountain they are on top of things again but from around christmas time to june shipping has really slow but it has been like that everywhere. its hard ordering form here if you are out of the home state though because alot more can go wrong, shipping is next day for me but I usually just will call it since I live 15 minutes from there location customer service is ok it could be the best if the employees didnt have to follow as many policy and procedures. The employees dont have very much right to send stuff faster it has to be approved by a manager before they do anything. people are very hard on the customer service but they dont see the face behind the voice in reality its just a bunch of kids trying to make some money that like to dirtbike or just need money. there warranty and returns take to long but they are basically ran all online so a mistake is bound to happen. people dont realize how good of a company it is just because there shipping can take more than 2 days like its just funny they can ship all the way across the countrie in two days is just crazy fast and people dont realize

Pricing is competitive and they darn near ship the package before I have even placed the order. Seriously. I have seen orders packaged and with tracking number within 20 minutes of placing the order. Revzilla shipping doesn’t hold a candle to these guys
Someone recommended this place, so I went out to get a battery for my atv. I was told that it might take 45 minutes to get it. After an hour and a half they still didn’t have it and didn’t know how long it would take, and I didn’t have time to keep waiting. It’s definitely not worth a whole day trip to purchase from them. I will go somewhere closer to me to get the battery instead.
Ordered a ramp on 3/19 that arrived damaged and without the supplied safety strap. Requested a replacement- finally arrived 4/26- again without a safety strap but no damage. The replacement that arrived came in a box that was likely straight from manufacturer as there was no packaging/padding that came with the ramp. FedEx told me it needs it if I plan to ship it back because the person shipping is responsible for packaging(it just arrived from RockyMountain) so I was charged a nominal fee for Rocky Mountains mistake. Email correspondence is slow and this all could have been mitigated. I do not recommend shopping here based on my experience with them.

Great prices! Next closest price was $15 higher. Shipping was amazing! Ordered 2 dirt bike tires and 2 tubes on Thursday 1-21-21 at 4:54pm with ground freight. The parts arrived Saturday 1-23-21 mid morning via FedEx.Payson, UT to my house was 540 miles. Pretty impressive.
It seems like almost everytime we do a will-call order( so we dont have to wait an hour at the store), we still have to wait a very long time when we show up to the store to pick it up. It seems theres always some issue and it takes them over 30 minutes to get the order.

If not your paying to ship it back to them for a refund that will be processed at their convenience.UPDATE: RMATV Received the last of my return last Friday, I have confirmation from FedEx. Called today to see why I have yet to receive my refund yet. Yea their saying they haven’t received it in yet. A WEEK LATER. seriously ppl get your act together!!
Long time customer of RMATV, spend $6,800+ with them over the past 8 years for my family of 4, will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.Ordering online and receiving orders usually goes fine, but if there are any issues, the ONLY contact info available is their customer service department which is awful to deal with. Long hold times, no managers available, reps are very limited in what they can do. Its unfortunate as the great experience with RMATV and all the great things they do (helpful youtube videos, great website, highway sponsorship, etc.) just falls apart with any attempt to contact them.Why hide behind your customer service department? Why not put some real contact info up on your website to allow your customers to speak to someone that can resolve issues?
I ordered some tusk paddle tires on line. They showed the tire with the wheel but when the tire arrived there was no wheel. All other tires they show with the tire only. I feel like these tires are misrepresented. I told a friend about the paddle tires before I realized the wheel was not included. He looked at the deal and felt the same way so he ordered a set also. If your not selling the wheel with the tire that’s fine, just don’t display it like that or say the wheel is not included.
I have purchased many things from this company and in the past the customer service has been really good. I ordered a package about a month ago and they used ontrac to deliver the package. I tracked the package on ontrac and it said the package was delivered on Thursday, it most definitely was not delivered. I called ontrac and they said they would investigate and get back to me, they never called me back. I called rocky mountain atv and they said they would investigate and get back to me the next day. They never called me back to follow up. I have called every couple days to see where my package is, and they tell me the same thing every time. I have now been contacting them for the last 2 weeks, still no resolution. I really dont think that I will purchase from this company anymore because they use ontrac.
Ordering from this company was one of the worst experiences of my life. I placed an order on a Friday and on Tuesday received an e-mail saying there was problems with my order. Mind you, at this point they had already taken the money out of my bank account for the order. I called them back and they said they couldnt ship my order until I verified my billing address for my credit card. After verifying what my billing address is for the card, they said it doesnt match and that I would need to talk to my bank. The employee told me that Rocky Mountain ATV/MC does things weird in processing orders and payments that caused me to be suspicious of this company. Being very frustrated, at this point, I asked to speak to a supervisor since they had already taken my money and the money had been cleared by my bank. While waiting to talk to a supervisor, I talked to my bank who confirmed the billing address for my card was the same address I had given them. Instead of a supervisor coming on the line to talk with me, it was the same incompetent employee who said her supervisor looked at the address and they couldnt verify the billing address either. I was told my zip code verified but not the billing address so unfortunately they couldnt ship my order. The company offered to do a conference call with my bank, (are you serious over a $87 order). I again asked to talk to a supervisor. After waiting another 5 minutes another person came on the line, who didnt identify as a supervisor, and said they couldnt do anything for me other than having a conference call with my bank or running another $87 through PayPal (which I dont use). I asked for my money to be refunded immediately and I was told it would be refunded within 1-10 business days. I ordered the same parts from another company for $2 less with the exact same card with no issues. I use the card I used with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC in hundreds of online purchases a year and have never had a problem. Do not purchase anything from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC their employees are incompetent and business processes highly suspicious.Update: My order number was 17364779, just in case Rocky Mountain ATV/MC tries to discount my review by saying, we cant find your account like they have with many others who have left negative reviews.

Rocky mountain used to be great but everytime I have to deal with them lately it has been a huge headache. I had issues with a package that I never received and they wouldnt do anything to make it right until I made a bad review and then they finally refunded me. I decided to use them again thinking it was an isolated incident and I ordered a fuel tank from them and when it came it was different than the picture and not what I wanted. I can understand that stuff happening and it isnt the end of the world and I had other stuff I needed so I scheduled a return and put together a will call order with them for some other stuff and when I showed up they said they didnt have my order and if I wanted to, I could get in the other line and have them put the order in and wait another hour to get it. Super frustrating after confirming with someone on live chat that my order was submitted and would be put together. The drive out there is a little over an hour and wasted a good chunk of my weekend.I left empty handed and will be buying my stuff somewhere else.

Went down and got everything I needed quicklyand efficiently, the employees were nice and helpful, all in all 5 outa 5.
Purchased a brand new 21 yz250f took my rear wheel off and went and got a different tire mounted onto it. Told them specifically to be extra careful since it is the blue wheel and to make sure to use rim protectors to ensure that it wouldn’t get scratched. Sure enough when I showed up to get it they had 3 huge scratches on it. They refunded the $25 mount and gave me a $30 gift card. $30? Really? Common if it was already scratched I wouldn’t be to upset but it was a brand new wheel and all they did was a small gift card. Would not recommend taking new wheels in that you don’t want scratched.
Will call is a complete joke now.I oredered 3 parts this morning by phone, to be picked up in will call. They said it would take them 45 minutes to pull the order.I arrived at the Payson location about 45-50 minutes after placing the order. I waited, and waited, and waited, and kept asking if it was ready yet and it was finally ready 50 minutes after I got there.
This is the best place to get ATV accessories, they have the best selection and the best pricing. They give you cash back on most purchases with free shipping on orders over $70 and they will even do free return shipping for clothing to ensure you get the proper size. They will also give you money towards your next order if the price drops on what you already purchased by crediting your account. I strongly recommend shopping here.
So far pretty bad experience, had to confirm a small amount of money on the card I used (like you would have to do with a financial institution) and then come to find out the 2-3 shipping method they advertised has turned into 7-8 days. My package wont be here in time for the trip I ordered it for.EDIT: While the package did arrive after my trip and the security procedure for the purchase on my card was strange and annoying. Rocky Mountain did reach out to explain and apologize, which I appreciate and respect. I have changed the star rating from 1 to 3.
The absolute worst warranty policy I have ever heard of. I received a pair of gloves from a family member for xmas. Upon receiving the gloves, I noticed the stitching was coming apart. I filled out a warranty with them, with pictures, and order number, and everything they requested. Upon receiving my warranty request, they said they would like to get the gloves back, but the person that submitted the order would be the only person that can submit a warranty. So I would have to pay to ship them to my family member, then they could submit the warranty, get the replacement, then ship them to me. After paying all the shipping, it defeats the purpose. Absolutely idiotic.Update: They came to an reasonable solution to this issue. It took over a month of back and forth. But for this reason I will change to a 3 star.
Recently had a terrible customer service experience with Motorsport. I gave RM a shot. Very good decision on my part. I ordered the same exact parts I was going to be waiting over 6 weeks for from Motorsport. And they were at my door in 3 days. I don’t know what took me so long. But here I am to stay RM ATV.

My husband loves this place for all things dirt bike/snowmobile/atv! They seriously have everything! We always plan to stop here when we are in a road trip heading past. If you call your order in ahead of time, you can pick it right up without a long wait.

Only giving two stars because I wish they would use someone besides OnTrac to deliver packages. Three times now they have left a package outside after hours even after notes have been made to only deliver during certain times or leave packages in the back. Have had to request replacements with no luck, since Rocky Mountain ATV is the supplier and not the shipper, its out of their hands is what I was told. Love their stuff but hate their delivery system.Edit: I did receive my package after contacting OnTrac and Rocky Mountain ATV.
I am very disappointed I placed an order and paid for over night shipping when I checked tracking it did not show so I called and was told I would have it by end of day. I checked tracking again still not showing called again and was told that their was a problem I asked if I could pick it up myself and was told that I could not but I could pay again and they would ship out and I would get it by Thursday so now and have to cancel a trip

I tried buying from them but its more trouble than its worth. My last order had gallon jugs of oil smashing pleated oil filter elements which were replaced after sitting on the phone then sending pics to prove what they messed up on. This time I used the drop down menu for my model but ended up with the wrong part. They wanted me to pay $8 to return ship $15 worth of filters. I’ll just throw them out and go back to Amazon or stop at the dealer
Absolutely horrible experience with this company.. Made a few previous orders and everything went smooth.. but after my latest one, I almost don’t even want to shop online anymore. First off, they shipped me my order using the wrong method in which I had to pay at my door to receive the item, when I had already paid for the shipment beforehand and was promised by RMATVMC no further charges would be due.. but lone behold... to make matters worse though, it took me months to get a refund for the shipping payment, it was almost as if they didn’t believe my story when all the proof was in the order history. It felt like they were trying to make me give up. They would say they weren’t receiving emails and all that jazz. To top it ALL off.. when I complained about the inconvenience to their customer support, all they were willing to do was give me a 10$ off coupon.. I asked to speak to their supervisor Savannah, and all she would do was double it to 20$. It took me HOURS of emailing over a couple months time to get my money back, I felt that was worth a 10% off rather 10$ off.. might be time to find a new parts site.
Stopped in, ordered a bluetooth stereo for our SXS on our way out for a ride. Gave them the make, model, and year, waited an hour as expected for them to pull the order, when I got to our location to install and opended it, they hadnt gotten me the correct mounts for our SXS . Over an hour wait that day. 1 1/2 hours online chat delay to try to arrange return that never got finalized before I finally had to disconnect, on hold over 30 minutes when I tried to call, finally had to hang up. 2 hour drive for in person support is my only hope I guess. I think they are too busy and possibly too rushed and careless with their orders for my business any more. Used to be a great place....

I have spent far too much money with them. They usually have great customer service. But my last encounter will be my last. I purchased a winch for my Rzr and got it mounted and was about to start wiring it up until I realized they sent me the 2500 lb instead of the 3500 lb winch. I then took all apart and boxed it up again. Called customer service they said they would send out the CORRECT product when they received the WRONG product. They sent a fedex label, and I dropped it off at the kinkos/fedex location. They refuse to open an investigation with fedex. When I call fedex they cant speak to me since I didnt pay for the label. Then CS rep asks for my receipt from fedex. Well at this time of the return (8 months) fedex was not issuing paper receipts because of covid. They said I will get a email with the receipt and tracking. I never received anything, in fact I never was asked for my email once I left I realized. So now I think whatever account created the label probably received the email. Now I have no choice but to dispute it with my credit card company.**UPDATE** Chandler was very helpful and did the right thing. He almost immediately called and emailed me back to confirm my address to send out the correct product right away. This is the customer service that I have been used to with RM. I received the box just a couple days later. Thank you Chandler. I am updating the review from 1 star to 4 star.
Bought a sprocket for a bike based on the websites fitment indication. Took it home and installed it to find out that it rubs on the chain guide and the rim cannot be moved far enough back (without an oversized chain - i.e. not stock) to fit the bike. They wouldnt let me return, exchange, or get any credit to my account even though the website said it would fit my bike - which it does if you modify it with an oversized chain - but there is no mention of this on the site. Just says it fits - which most people would take to mean it fits your stock bike - and it does not.
The shipper that RMATV/MC uses is useless. RM shipped the products out in a timely manner. Ontrac let my package sit in their shipping warehouse location for 13 days. I begged RM to help me get my package many times by email and live chat to no avail in getting my package. This is the second package that has sat at Ontrac warehouse over a week. Dont expect to get your package or any kind of customer support with free shipping. As long as RM uses Ontrac I will not buy anything from them. If you need your items in a timely manner use a different vendor. Ontrac does not make RM look good at all.
Not a lot of products for you to see, but they have many items in the warehouse. Good prices and knowable staff.
Super disappointed with the customer service received. I order some gloves from them, they came and looked like they would work so I tried them out on a short ride(15 minutes) and found out the gloves wouldnt work with my touchscreen due to the size(they do have Mult-e-touch™ smart device functionality) Tried to use the fit guarantee to get the right size and was told I cant due to them being out of the original packaging.Back to Amazon I suppose where I can actually exchange the items I order.Edit: Was contacted by RMC so that they could simply re-iterate what their return policy was. Not sure why either of us wasted our time for that to be honest, I already knew WHY you wouldnt return it telling me again doesnt change anything.
They use to be good but their customer service has gone down hill and they seem happy to tell their customers that yeah 50 day wait time from orders online is an acceptable time frame on a purchase of well over 900. I honestly am starting to consider a different website. After so many years of shopping with these guys and thousands of dollars spent, I am not interested in doing business with people who dont give a F about the commitment they made to their customer. Quick to take cash and never ship the items.

Painless return. Yeah right. They send wrong part then tells you take pictures to prove it. And then you have to wait for them to respond.By the way this was my first order. And probably my last orderUpdate. Their fitment guarantee is not what they say. I have to pay to send it back then I get my money back. I sent pics with the windshield not fitting g correctly.
TL;DR: Wasted 2 hours just to wait 2 months for fork seals. Support Bills Boneyard.All I wanted were some fork seals and oil to repair my old 1980 Yamaha TT250G. What transpired was 2 months of waiting. In all honesty I could have seen my fork seals faster if I would have applied for a job pulling parts instead of actually buying what I needed that day. Initially the trip was great, the guy at the counter was helpful and made sure I was getting everything I needed. The transaction was completed and I was told that in about 45 minutes they would call my name and give me the $12.00 seals. So I waited and enjoyed the Colby Raha and Twitch youtube vids that were playing on the flat screen. After about an hour, a line encompassing the entire store had formed at the will call desk. Later I was informed that I needed to be in that line to receive my little seals. I dont know why the guy didnt tell me to wait in this line. I have nothing against waiting in lines and wouldve happily obliged. I left soon after empty handed, dazed and confused. A few weeks later they called me wondering if I wanted the seals shipped to me. I thought that would be great and CONFIRMED my address with whomever called me. Cut to 2 weeks later I get the call that they were shipped to the wrong address. Then about a month later they finally turn up. All I can figure is that unless youre going in there to spend big $$$$$ on light-bars and rims for your 2029 RZR dont expect anyone to value your patronage. I guess it was my mistake for trying to fix up my little KSL special instead of buying neon grips, helmet, and a new engine for my CR500. If I had any advice it would be to head on over to Bills Boneyard, try ebay or just fly to Japan, find the engineer who designed the part, train at his dojo for 2 years, and then make it yourself. I can almost guarantee it will be faster than a trip to Payson.
This place has gone down hill! Extremely slow shipping. I ordered my stuff and it’s been over a week and still no word on when it should arrive. Customer service agents are absolutely no help! I will be taking my business elsewhere!
Ordered a tire online and got fantastic speedy service.
I purchased quite a few OEM polaris products from them and when they were delivered they werent even in a box and adges of the plastics were protruding from the bubble wrap. I started to ispect everytin and there waminor damage tothe plastic peices, a scuff here and there. Not a huge issue for me since iwas planning to do much worse to it on my first ride.Then I opened up the box containing the smaller items and the tail light I ordered had a broken lens. I called the sales department and they said there was nothing they could do to help me that I had to work with the warranty department. This isnt a warranty issue this is a fulfillment issue, after all i dont remember ordering a broken tail light.I sent the documentation they requested to the warranty department and then waited...... and waited.... no response from them for 2 days. So I took the only recourse i had and called them and said I refused the shipment due to poor packaging since fedex only gives you a few days to decline the shipment if it is left at your house.Funny thing is if you look at their EZreturns they advertise on the website they wouldnt even accept the packaging they sent me. We cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes but is not limited to scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any signs the product has been mounted. yet they send me scuffed up improperly packaged items and expect m to accept them.Be very careful with this company they like to do what they want and make you jump through hoops. There EZreturns are really not very easy at all and they definitely dont understand the difference between a warranty issue and a fulfillment issue. To top it off they probably only pay maybe $20 for the broken part and now they have lost a customer for life.The return was delivered to them 4 days ago and I still do not have a refund on my card and they told me it can take up to 10 business days. Buyer beware.
These guys are great. I have been buying parts from them for over 20 years. Usually have the best prices and almost always have the parts I need in stock. Love their online instructional videos.
