We have multiple storage units here. Came by at 9:55 to drop one single thing off at our unit near the entrance and the manager got in front of our car and rudely waved us off. Not even a “hey good to see you,” just got in front of our car like we were crossing into N Korea. I guess business is so easy that they don’t need to treat their customers with any courtesy. Where I come from, if any customer (let alone one that pays you $500/mo) comes in just before the shop closes, you welcome them and make a genuine attempt to help them out. Period.

Very very fair with us, they seem to be competitive in pricing and they arent trying to lock your stuff up if you dont pay or are late. Theyll work with you. Its an honest business. Thats about the best you can say in my opinion since so many arent these days.

The employee at the counter was not friendly, not accommodating, and lost our business not just for today, but any future day. We need a place to store some items, but her rude actions dont warrant my business or anyone else for that matter.

The staff is friendly and helpful! Secure, modern, and clean! Location is easily accessible!

Great prices

Ive been a customer with multiple units and have many family and friends that use Mount Loafer for their storage needs as well. I just noticed the negative reviews and I completely disagree. Ive consistently had years of great service and a family feel. Id like to give a great big thank you to the Mount Loafer storage crew!All that said, storage units operate in a delicate emotional space for some people. The business of being involved with peoples personal belongings must be very difficult at times. Many people may not understand and take offense.My opinion and advice for someone considering any storage option would be to educate themselves on the agreements, expense and penalties/risk involved. Ive done that for myself and I found Mount Loafer to be a great value and easy to do business with.

Staff is very nice. Storage units arent too expensive but they do have mice as most do and mine leaked a bit but its ok otherwise.

Very sweet lady at the counter. Helpful and kind. She helped me get into my storage unit when the computer system wasnt working and taking payments

These guys will over charge you for everything and they dont let you know in advanced. Use any one else but U haul.

Horrible experience (I’m about to get wordy)I rented a truck from them that was at 5/8ths of a tank full. I returned it after use and I had to calculate my own fuel consumption because it wasnt full when I rented it. I based my calculation on 6 miles per gallon; I had traveled 60 miles so I put 10 gallons of fuel in the tank.The next day I received my invoice with a $66 fuel charge. I called and tried to dispute the charge but wasnt given any help. The lady on the phone even went so far as to indicate that I had sneaked the truck back late but been caught by their security cameras. She also told me that she had to clean the truck for me and been nice enough to not charge me a cleaning fee.I stopped by and spoke directly with the lady working at that time (same lady that I had spoken to on the phone); I even went to the truck with one of the owners/employees. He verified that they had inaccurately read the gage, and that it wasn’t any dirtier than the other trucks, but also wasn’t cleaned recently (she had lied to me). When I returned to the office I was kicked out for being difficult. Before being kicked me out I was given the corporate number and told to contact them.I did contact corporate and they contacted the local office for their side of the whole mess. When talking to local office they were told that I had been threatening. I had never raised my voice with anyone, I was frustrated and that was obvious, but the only threat that I made was to leave bad feedback on Google about them. Being obviously frustrated isnt being threatening.They seem to have no problems with accusing their customers of being deceitful, lying to make themselves look better, and over billing. There are other options in Payson for storage and truck rental. I suggest using someone else.
