The best UPS store in the area by far (they are all good, but this one is particularly amazing). Bryan assists me in returning or shipping every time I visit this location and he is always incredibly helpful and kind—I always appreciate the service I get here.

I had a package to deliver and they gave good service. When I got a text about a delivery I went to the Ups store and they helped point out it was just a scam.

This location is our favorite to work with! We have used them for several shipping orders, and it’s always a great experience. We recently placed a last minute print order that was fairly urgent and Bryan, the manager, had it taken care of for us right away. They are all helpful and quick.

Helpful, quick and convenient. They even have post office boxes. Will return again.

I couldnt say enough good things about this UPS location. We own a small business and have large shipments sent out regularly. The employees at this UPS are always SO helpful, and the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. We will go out of our way to come to this location!

I was here on Saturday morning a little unprepared. I forgot to tape up my box and I didn’t have my label printed due to my printer being out of ink. It was quite busy but the owner (or at least I’m pretty sure it was the owner) handled the line well. He was good to talk to all of us in the line while he rushed back and forth assisting various customers. He kept apologizing and explaining that he is never this busy on a Saturday morning and that he had another staff member on their way. I know how overwhelming and awkward it can be having a huge line of customers waiting on you but he showed professionalism by remaining kind and attentive vs. the “I’m busy and I’m not going to make eye contact with the line” type attitude that is so much more typical of those in customer service. When it was my turn, he had me email my label to him, printed it, taped it and I was good to go. He didn’t act disgruntled or say anything snarky about my being unprepared which again, was very professional. It was a good experience despite the long line.

The gentleman who works there is very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. highly recommend this store

We had a great experience with the Payson UPS Store. They helped us print our home purchase closing documents and notarized them at the absolute minimum fee the state requires. Bryan Dinkel and his other employees were very patient and careful while helping us for a long time, despite having many other customers. My wife and I cant recommend them enough!

We had purchased some property out of state. We needed to scan documents and e-mail them. Being of the older generation, we needed help in doing this. Ive been here twice, once to send back a return item and to send off some important paper work. Both times its been a phenomenal experience and I love how nice and courteous the man is. Its always been a smooth experience even when it was a little busy the first time, I gladly would pay any extra money for the great customer service experience I get vs going to the USPS office and getting a horrific one.

Definitely go here for any of your printing/laminating needs. I am a new teacher who has to set up a classroom and I was not sure the sizing I would need for the items to put on my walls. The owner and his wife helped me for a good 45 minutes and they were so patient and kind. I went to other printing places and was not met with the same excellent service and courtesy.

The attitude of the owner is always positive and he is so nice! Bryan is very personable. I love coming to this UPS store more than the other ones in the Valley... Thank you for making me feel welcome!

The workers here are phenomenal. I called from outside the store and asked if they could assist me from my car because I had a sleeping baby that desperately needed a nap. Fantastic customer service!

Had a female worker helping me, and I waited 30 minutes without her saying anything to me or the other customer while she closed up the store. I would’ve appreciated her letting me know she’d be with me soon or the wait time... worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

They refused to ship my firearm parts, even though it was not a complete gun, couldnt have fired even if ammo had been in with it, and had none of the pieces that deem it a firearm via federal law.The guy seemed nice enough, but after telling me he couldnt ship it, he started complaining about how hes invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into this business. Didnt really care to hear his excuses. Then he suggested I go to orem, a 30 minute drive from here.Then I tried contacting corporate. Couldnt talk to anyone in customer service. Im officially switching to fedex.
