We were in here for an hour trying to find someone to help. We had multiple associates call over the intercom for someone to come help us. No one ever came. We asked another employee and he said he was going to get someone and they never came. Eventually, we asked a lady who appeared to work in gardening and she was able to help. It’s a nice store and most employees are nice, but good luck getting help because you will have to chase down multiple employees.
My experience was nominal. Lots of items out of stock. Some items I had to buy as a group as there were no individual items to purchase. Maybe It would have been better to go to a proper hardware store.
Has to be the best Home Depot Ive ever been to. The H/D on Long Island should pay a visit and take some notes.
Well-organized. Helpful staff. Lots of pumpkins.
I give the garden center a five. I never go inside, so I dont know how good they are. Joe helped me with mulch, and although he wasnt quite sure about if it was mini nuggets, he tried his best to help me. It is his first day today at HD. Good hire!
I visited this location this summer as I am in the market for carpet. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by Demetrius, a flooring specialist. He answered all of my questions and reaffirmed my confidence in Home Depot. Cemarie, one of the store managers, took service to a new level by offering me a fantastic deal on my purchase. She was also pleasant and accommodating to our family. I believe we received the best service possible with very little wait time. These two are the epitome of a professional team. Thank you again, Cemarie and Demetrius. I appreciate you.
Everything findable and organized. Quick and friendly service. In and out.
Home Depot is awesome they have everything from wood to plants
My wife and I use to go really often however recently there are missing products in the shelfs. However is easy going and personal in the place is really supportive and helpful.
Great customer service from these associates at this store:Brian, Clark, Cole, Matthew and Danielle. Thanks again for your advice and helpfulness.
This location has always had what I was looking for and the employees were friendly, helpful and always easy to find. They have a nice outdoor section with lots of plants.
I ordered mulch and plywood and scheduled delivery a week away. On the day of the delivery the plywood came but no mulch. I had to call the store for an explanation. I was told they were low in stock and had to switch it to another store and it would not be delivered for another week. No one ever called to let me know and the person I talked to at the store said I would have to take an online survey to complain.A WEEK AFTER 1ST POST: Still no mulch or a call with and explation from Peachtree City. I called the Cascade store and they told me it would be delivered from that store in another 11 days. The employee at Cascade was very understanding and pleasant. We will see what happens in 11 days. This is not the first time I had problems with customer service from Peachtree City.
I’ve been shopping from here for a very long time . I’ve never been treated poorly till now . I own a flooring company in town . The girl in the paint department right now was extremely rude . I’d suggest treating people with respect.
Better to look online store to make sure its not a wasted trip
I went to this particular home depot to have my weed eater serviced the technicians were very helpful very knowledgeable they looked at the equipment assessed it and determined that they could repair just waiting for the call to come pick it up.
I went on a Saturday morning and they were pretty busy. They seemed to have been well stocked in lumber. Four stars because nothing about the store, employees / customer service stood out.
Busy on Sundays but good overall customer service. Has a rental section with pressure washer and garden equipment readily in stock.
Purchased some lumber a while back. Went to pull it (4x4pt) and now its all warped twisted. It was in dry storage, but shouldnt make a difference. I cant exchange it because I dont have a receipt. Stuck with 5 pieces now ..
My wife and I purchased plants and mulch for the yard and flower beds. Overall good experience. The guys loading the mulch for the customers, didnt seem very happy, then again there are not many people that like to work .
Its a home depot...Its seems as if you just cant get help in a timely manner within the walls of a home depot any longer. Are the employees just wondering around in a corner somewhere or in the break room chilling or is it there in their cars? Can home depot not afford good help? You know I have had some good help from home depot before...So I have a suggestion, hire more employees. You do know there is a homeless veteran problem.
Theyve got everything. Love it, great service too.
I bought a clothes dryer online 10 days ago. My delivery date was yesterday. I waited all day and about 5:00pm, the delivery driver called and told me he was at the entrance to my road, but could not deliver my dryer because I “live on a dirt road.” He proceeded to tell me that there was a puddle and it was “not a good look.” He then asked me if I could come get the dryer off the truck myself. Since I am a single women with a car, that wasn’t going to happen. I did not get my dryer. And to make matters worse, I wasted another HOUR trying to speak to a someone in customer service, only to get recordings, extensions that no one answered and disconnections. I refuse to deal with a company that treats it’s customers in this manner and have no plans to shop there again.
I like the different set up ....the way the aisle are located....
We used to always shop at Lowes for everything we needed but home Depot is closer to our new home. For the most part happy with this company. The paint department has some horribly rude employees though. Not all of them just a few of the females though. If I see a certain one working, I will wait for someone else to help me.
Store is organized, clean, staff friendly.Great variety.Too bad veteran discount not on everything. They shouldve.
Couldnt an item or help. Gave up, went to another location.
Very helpful.I bought a lawn mower and had no problems.
I love visit to Home Depot
They were out of alot of the items that i needed
Very busy every time I have gone there. If youre looking for tools, garden stuff,or anything else outdoorsy. This is the place.
Had great service today — purchased push mower- was in a box on overhead shelf—employees soon had it down to my cart (purchase weighed approximately 100 lbs). Got to check out with 7 gift cards to process, but Ms Terry took care of it and got me out with no problems. Thanks for all the assistance and patience today!
This is probably the worst Home Depot Ive visited in 5states. The employees are clueless and spend more time talking to each other than helping the customers. No matter what the app says, the inventory is nonexistent for basic items. The store is more geared for people wanting them to do custom installations of expensive items and decor than the every day do it yourself-er. Went in to spend several thousand dollars on all new appliances but no one had a clue as to what was in stock, what could be ordered, or any delivery estimates.
What can I say about Home Depot he tone Depot is a different experience it all depends on the staff they have their most Home Depots the staff is very friendly and informed and sometimes theyre not you just have to take your chances and if you dont like it theres always Lowes and Ace Hardware
Found all my items in record time. Short lines no waiting. Wonderful!
We ordered 40 cinderblocks and requested some helpers to load them in our trailer and we’re sent all over the store from the cashier to the back of the store to customer service and they told us we will get some help and after waiting we decided to load them ourselves. Terrible customer service letting the customers do the workers job. Very upsetting not coming back here again
Usually very busy, but an outstanding staff that will go out of their way to assist you.
This is a smaller store and they cant store anything outside due to stupid Peachtree City ordinances, so frequently, they dont have what I need
Garden center is always my favorite place.
Could have had a wider selection of flowers; great customer service.
Great selection of house plants!
The employees were very helpful.
Excellent…..with a always friendly staff!
We were trying to find a 12 volt adapter and Paul was super helpful in telling us what we needed and why. Super nice.
Curbside pickup has quite a few bugs to work out. Should post signs to come into store
Good luck finding someone on the floor to help you. And whats going on with the lack tile to choose from and lack of mosaic tile??
The store is very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful..
They didnt have the package of XL Gorilla grip gloves. Only the single pair.
I usually dont have a problem but last week was horrible, i waited on a window to be brought out over a hour time is money i should of got a discount
Great selection and extremely helpful staff.
Good product with fine employee service.
The best Home Depot in Atlanta Peach tree City!!! Try it you will like what you see!! They load everything you purchase!
Employee was very helpful I purchased a mower & trimmer... didnt get his name but great employee
Female staff in your appliance section was wonderful.
Busy store but employees very helpful. prices competitive
We were shopping for washers and dryers and Kirk was so incredibly helpful in explaining the benefits of the brands we were looking at. He also helped explain all there is to know about the maintenance of the machines and we could not be more thankful for all of his help. We feel more confident in owning our machines, all thanks to him! Outstanding customer service.
Great location with very friendly associates and top notch customer service. A bit jammed up when exiting to the main road but well worth a visit for the top-shelf selection. Especially noteworthy garden/outdoor department. Adjacent to Walmart and dining options as well as other shopping.
Best home store to go to way better than lowes better quality parts and tools
I am 5 months pregnant and every person that I asked for help just pointed at where I needed to go instead of helping me. I gave up and just got a mop and left. I wanted to open a store card but didnt like the service so I went to Lowes
Well organized. Staff is well informed of location of items in the store and about home projects.
Went in to get keys made. I did one on the machine but had to go to the key center for others. The guy that made my keys was really helpful. He showed me different styles and also showed me an app I can use in the event keys were lost. I didnt catch his name, he definitely made it more informative than the machine!
Nice Employees, its a little warm but it has such good goods and services that I can forgive them. Sometimes the internets a little slow but it works good enough to open up the app.
I make a point to look on the Home Depot website to see if what I need is in stock before I go to the store, and then I go to the store and what I need is still in the overhead or the employees cant find it, so then I always leave empty-handed. Very unorganized and poorly managed.
You can always find something to buy at the Home Depot.
We were buying a door and needed the 2nd door which was above on a shelf above. Had to search for help. He came back and went up to new people that just arrived. They we just looking and had not decided what they were going to do. I mentioned we just needed another door and he said he had to help the other customer first. He then proceeded to take several phone calls and went to check on things for the people on the phone. Could not even be courteous enough to call for another person to help us. We left without buying anything and will shop where staff is more courteous in the future. Very disappointed. Willing to wait for our turn but when phone calls take priority over in store customers that is just rude.
Me on phone to Home Depot after pressing 2 for lumber dept: Hey do you have pointed fence pickets (go into great detail about exactly what Im talking about, based on items on their website).Store associate: We have pallets full of those...yes...yes...exactly the ones you are talking about.Drive 1/2 hour to store.Store associate in lumber dept: We absolutely definitely do not have that kind of fence picket. We have nothing even close to that. One day Amazon or some other marginally competent entity will open a brick and mortar home improvement store. They will eat your lunch and I will dance on your grave.
I can always find what I need in this store
The day before the 4th of July was truly a busy one. I used to app to find everything I needed before I came in, rented my ladder and checked out in tool rental. The normal checkout lines were long but moving pretty efficiently.
Tired of having to always ask for service or suggestions. Found my area, and they were out of the toggle switch I needed. Go local instead.
When I go inside I really love getting wood..if you know what I mean.
They always have what I need!
Wonderful, brought freezer out loaded it up, never had to get out of truck. 5 min tops.
Typical Peachtree City store. Limited selection on most of the products Im looking for. Im better of going to Fayetteville or Newnan.
Young lady stop what she was doing with being asked and began assisting me immediately. After checking out 2 young men immediately began to help me load my truck. Outstanding young people working great to see!!
Ok
I pretty much live here. Plenty of times Im buying large amounts of lumber, concrete, etc, and the guys working there are always helpful getting it loaded with a forklift, making it as easy as possible for me..
Friendly and kind staff, very helpful.
Very hospitable..great selection. Fast check out
Peachtree, Wages Drive and McDonough are my goto locations ( 20-30 miles) from home because I can count on the knowledgeable associates, customer service and variety i cant find in the 5 stores closest to me: Riverdale, Jonesboro Rd, Fayetteville, Lovejoy, Cascade or Morrow. And though it is a bit of a schlep I rarely leave disappointed, empty handed and never offended.Am still waiting for a satisfactory and consistent response from anywhere though re: Darice 8 unfinished wood letters. :-/ in store inventory does not align with online shopping quantities and frequently items are not in store and havent been replaced when I go to buy the 5 it says the locationhas in stock in-store. Ive spent months trying to get the letters b, c, i, m, o and w so Im resigned to stock up on the rest of the alphabet while its on sale...
Nice and clean store but I didnt find everything I needed
Got what I needed. Need more associates to assist customers
Nicest home depot around.
Great clean store with a lot of help
Pickup of online orders is consistently very slow. Returns that take a long time are taken care by same cashiers. Pickup that should take couple of minutes turns into 15 min wait.
Seems like a smaller store but its what you would expect from HD
Always helpful employees
Store is ok. No problems. The customers however were mostly tradespeople not wearing masks or social distancing. Theyre just picking up job supplies and not really worried about the Covid situation. Take your mask if you are concerned.
Absolutely the worst customer service, every single time. No one ever knows anything
Somewhat typical Home Depot experience. Area is nice, and store is clean. Though it can be hard to find someone to help you at times. So, if you think you may need help you may want to consider going during the week between 10-4.
The Home Depot in Peachtree City is the only one I ever cared to go to! Humble people and good service
The staff here at this location is prejudice against brown and black people.
Always a great visit. Employees are always helpful
