This is always a great store! Our associate Christian was fast, courteous and ran my items through and had them in perfect bags in my cart before I even looked up from paying.

I was very impressed with the customer Service I received from Tom. I was looking for bed skirts, he immediately stopped what he was doing and brought me to the. I then needed further information on a product which wasnt registering. Instead of pawning me off on someone else, he quickly stepped away from what he was doing and totally resolved the issue. I dont normally shop Target as Ive experienced poor customer service in the past. This was just a necessity stop, and I was pleasantly surprised. Due to Tom, I will be back! Thank you Tom!

Stopped in this past Saturday, even though the parking lot was crowded it wasnt reflected in the store, thats clearly a testament to its space and size. We went looking for desk items and unfortunately they werent in the school/office supply section they were just past the hangers. It took awhile to locates, because desk organizers and deocr should be in Office Supplies. Other than we had a great experience. Shout out to the Gentleman who escorted me to my car and helped me unload when the torrential downpour started. That was excellent customer service!

Second time an absolutely terrible service from this location. From Customer Service to a drive up order both have been terrible. I will definitely be using the Newnan location they do a much better job.

The customer service is great! The prices are as better. I find exactly what I cant find in other stores and if I do theyre too pricey, but I realize Target has the same product I look for for less. Love it! Then when I got to the register to wait for my turn the girl employee was so humble and attended very great to check me out quickly without hesitating. They are trying to keep up. Associates were posted at the checkouts to facilitate the flow. Almost no Hot Wheels in the toy dept but they also had them at all the checkouts. Boo. Pain to shop them there.

Ease of placing my order was awesome! Cant say enough about customer service. As soon as I arrived my order was being carted to my car. Will definitely do this again.

We ran into a problem at checkout and Tom (the manager I believe) came to assist and was able to resolve our dilemma. Even though it was partially our fault Tom was very gracious and patient and took the time to help us.

I went to your store at 1209 N Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree City, GA 30269 and bought Mayonnaise on 15 November 19 . After coming home ate some of it afterwards I found it was expired on 25 January 2019. I went to store and returned it on 16 November 19 so that no one else buy it and they can remove it from shelves.I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with your service. They returned my money and gave us $10 gift card . I am not after money otherwise I could have sued Target, rather I want you to be more careful because people trust you.

When canvassing the display of the PS5. The tall black hair young man that works at the display and the cell phone booth was too busy talking on personal calls and not wearing a mask. When I attempted to ask him a question he walked away and proceeded to make another personal call. Awful Customer Service.

This is a nice store but they never have anything in stock. Especially when it comes to drive up. When you are looking on the app it will tell you they have it in the store then minutes later you will receive a notification stating that one of your items they did not have. I don’t understand why they are never fully stocked. The staff are nice but they really need to have more things. This has happen to me too many times.

Our country has been made to adjust to difficult time. During this Covid pandemic weve had to learn to focus on safety. I live in Fayetteville but I traveled to the Peachtree Target because my sister loves shopping in Peachtree City. Well I have to say shopping at that Target was a very happy and positive experience. EVERY EMPLOYEE that day was so helpful and smiling. They all had their mask on staying safe and not complaining. They were focused on stocking the shelves and keeping the store neat and clean. Check out was quick and the cashier specialist was super friendly.I took the time to tell the Manager on duty that day how wonderful my experience was on Sat July 4th. The entire store gets my Above and Beyond award. I appreciate your smiles, helpfulness and being so positive during a time where so many people want to spread negativity. This is my new Target Spot.

This location is very clean and organized! Most importantly they have the most helpful staff I’ve encountered in a long time. TAMARA, NESHA, and AUSTIN!!! I drove all the way from Columbus Ga to this location because this was the only Target with the stroller I wanted from my Baby registry. All 3 team members were beyond patient and helpful! In the midst of Covid 19 and the chaos of frustrated shoppers they made this purchase a breeze. God bless them!

Can I just say that Penny at the PTC Target is like THE BEST. She is always super friendly and helpful with everything from returns to online orders to suggesting products for your needs. Today took the cake, though. I picked up an online order using the drive-up service—which this location has running like a well-oiled machine, might I add—and when I rolled my window down, there was Penny with a smile and complimentary bottled water because it was “a hot one today”. I mean, holy cow. There’s customer service, then there’s customer appreciation. Penny nails both!

This target is really nice, They have a pretty wide selection of items. They also have low prices in the food department, For example you can get pasta for 85 cents, while at Wal-Mart its a dollar. They also have cute small items for decorating . But when it comes to clearance, some things can me marked wrong. Overall its a good store

This is the worst Target I have ever been to. The food place in the front is never open when it should be. I was just there and there were hot dogs on the roller but the lights were off. Some manager cam by and said they will open later maybe around 4pm. ??? I called one time to make sure they were open so I could bring my kids up to eat and shop. They said the food place would be open till 8pm. We went straight up there. Took us 15min and the lady was shutting it down. I was like I just called. And all she could say was sorry I have to go. How can a business run this way and why is the store manager getting away with this from corporate?

Saturday was my day to go everywhere so why not add Target to the list. I was supposed to be going to Kroger but of course we spotted this Target and since we were looking for hubcaps why not check here. As soon as I entered the store the door checkpoint alarm system let off a very loud noise. No one even bothered to look my way so I kept it moving.The store is very clean and orderly. Well organized and very quiet. Why is it that Target stores are quiet. Its almost as if you walk on pudding in that store. The floors make no noise. Shelves are neatly stock with merchandise on sale, clearance and even discontinued closeout items. I took my time looking for closeout and clearance items. I had a ball doing that and found some good stuff. The cashier was uber friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the place.

Did some last minute holiday shopping here, and I thought it was going to be frantic. On the contrary, it was wonderful. Tania was on the floor and helped me find a toy I had forgotten the name of and Justin went above and beyond helping me find more challenging lego sets for older kids. Then, Rochelle made some cool judgement calls to keep the line moving in the cashier line. I just wanted to give these folks a shoutout, because it could have been a rough day, and then I would have been on here complaining. Good customer service isnt common. Spread love people. Thanks!

The staff is super nice and helpful. I love the Cartwheel app and all of the opportunity to save money. Having a variety of vegan foods is a HUGE plus.

Let’s just say Keisha isn’t so friendly at Target. I order items on the app to pick up after being in traffic for an hour. She did not greet me... I greeted her... (customer service 101) then was told that I need my I.D. that was in the car. I get the I.D. because that is the “policy”. Even though I ask if she could just see my email or the app that can verify me. Not sure how that couldn’t verify me enough. Right before getting my things she asks to see the email... then shows me where it says bring I.D. My apologize if I over look emails when the app clearly says just show bar code. Hopefully if this happens to another customer you guys will find another way around the I.D. ***I was just picking up snacks***

I LOVE Target!!! Prices are great, the stores are not too terrible large, selection is great and I can do my grocery shopping and household goods shopping in one convenient place. My go to store for everything.

Walmart does this much better. Walmart has a dedicated resource to assist with in-store order pickup and the goal is to assist customers within 30 seconds. At Target the returns person / cashier is also the person to retrieve in-store pick up orders. I had to wait for this person to complete a return. Thank goodness that there was only one person in the return line in front of me. Anyways, it was very frustrating to have to wait. Again, Walmart does this much better and Target should benchmark the Walmart process

When was the last time y’all wiped down the tables in the Starbucks? Nasty. Otherwise? Great store, very welcoming
