Customer service is always inconsistent. I always feel like I’m being closely watched like a hawk in this store, especially when they run to the back room when I enter like they are headed to watch the cameras. They apparently assume only a certain caliber of people are suspicious given all of the natural hair care products, satin caps, and relaxers are all on the same aisle as the cash register. They don’t make their customers feel welcomed.
The costumer service out of a 10 a 2 I had to ask for help and when I did she had no idea about the product I was looking for. Not only that she was in a big rush to get back to her phone. Also when I came in she looked me up and down. What that was all about I dont know. So when another couple came in I notice her approach was totally different from the one she approached me. The service matter but not mine. Lol kids today get it together. Master your skills in your choice of work dont make your company look bad. I save my money and more time going somewhere else where Im treated respectfully. Hopefully Britney can learn from this constructive criticism and do great in customer service next time you never know who you will come across always bring your best forward. You have a guest or customer treat them as so.
Easily the most upset I’ve ever been with a place of business. They suggested hair dye to me that came out the completely wrong color on WHITE hair. Bright yellow came out of orange dye on WHITE hair. When I asked about returning it, I was told no because it had been opened. I returned the next day to buy bright pink of a different color brand that I have used before and know works well. They sold me expired product. But guess what, I knew it couldn’t be returned because it was opened. So, I work hard for my money, I’m not wasting it, I try it. It doesn’t work. I go back and ask to exchange it for non-expired hair dye and was told no because it was opened. I will never be back. I will never suggest someone go here. That is unbelievable bad business to not correct a wrong you did to someone. The same lady was there each time that I went, the manager.
Ive had a difficult time trying to find Wella Light Auburn liquid hair color in Newnan. The Peachtree City store has provided on several occasions and I really appreciate them!
Staff is wonderful!! Great customer service and they took a product return i had a reaction to and gave me store credit. I replaced it with another product and bought something else too. I am always satisfied with my experiences at Sally.The overall store chain could improve by carrying more natural/less toxic products.
I love the associates that work in this store. They are super helpful and customer-service oriented. Erica has helped me tremendously with my natural hair journey, being honest about what would work and what would not. I love her because she is not always trying to sell me a product. If she doesnt think it will work in my thick curly hair, shell say so. And she is often right...lol. In this way she has earned by absolute trust and confidence. She is a model for Customer Service everywhere.
I dont know why Ive never shopped here before. I recieved the absolute best customer service! I was on a mission to bleach my natural hair for the first time...so I walked in and was immediately asked if I needed help by Brenda. I told her my desires and she literally walked me through the store making sure I had everything I needed and addressed all my questions and concerns. Wonderful! Genuine customer service and I will definitely return for all my hair care needs! (Not sure who the other lady behind the register was...perhaps the store manager... She was also very informative and sweet) Thanks ladies!
They have everything I need to color my hair with professional products that are great for my hair and allow me to create a custom color. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I come to this Sally’s often cause it’s close to where I live. Today on 06/20/2019 at 4:16pm the manger on duty took it upon herself to follow me around the store. She went to one aisle over and peeped through the aisle at my daughter and I. As I’m trying to decide what color hair dye I want. She then proceeds to go to the back I guess to watch the cameras to see if we were stealing. I then move over to another aisle to get other haircare products she then comes down that aisle looks down into my purse as my purse was open enough for her to glance in. Now this is my 2nd time experiencing this with the same manager, I just overlook it the 1st time. FYI if I can’t afford what I needed rest assured I definitely wouldn’t haven’t entered the store and definitely wouldn’t steal a damn thing from anywhere. This location does not have to worry about getting my business anymore, I’ll just shop elsewhere for my haircare needs!!!!!
My children and I were just followed so closely by an employee that I turned around and asked if she needed something. She claimed to be searching for foil for a customer (no one else was in the store) in the nail section. It’s 2019–enough.

Ok, I went there today, because I wanted to dye my hair for the first timeI did not know what items I needed, and the worker there helped me greatlyand at great price I bought all the product I needed to dye my hairand BAM! when I got home today, and dyed my hair perfectly!way cheaper than spending money on salon to dye my hair!its the best
