Jennifer Dente was a tremendous help to us. We were 1500 miles from Peachtree City with the closest Ethan Allen a five hour drive away. I picked the couch I wanted and Jennifer helped us pick the fabric by looking at our paint colors and the art work that was going to be in the room. Believe me, for the money we were spending I was terrified to purchase sight unseen, but we knew if we waited to get to Georgia before we ordered the couch wouldn’t arrive until September. So, we trusted Jennifer and had faith it would all turn out well.Our sectional arrived today and it’s perfect!! Love the fabric and the size/configuration size fits our room perfectly. The customer service here is excellent! If you’re a novice when it comes to furniture and such, they really take the time to help you. And they really help you design a whole room, an entire space, not just one piece. My designer Nan was lovely! I am so excited that I went with with Ethan Allen in PTC for my recent furniture purchase!! My furniture is built for a lifetime, and I’m so pleased with this investment. Well, I had a bad experience with online ordering and trying to get a hold of somebody and customer service I was on hold for more than an hour and then called a local store sorry to say they were very much help either. I finally got in touch with an interior designer (Jena Collett) Who in a while and beyond not only contacting me by email but also by phone. She made my new order painless and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for her I would’ve probably canceled I went elsewhere. I have yet to receive my new piece but once he comes in I will send pics an updates

Two weeks after purchasing ($2,200) coffee and end tables my tables started peeling, I shared this information with the sales manager, store manager and district manger nothing happened. Aftr many attempts the district manger promised to replace or refund my money. That was discussed in September it is now December and I havent received anything! I have purchased furniture in the pass from Ethan Allen in Paramus, NJ and had a great experience. Very disappointed and disturbed by this treatment.The tables were returned but I had to drive them back to Atlanta from North Carolina to get a full refund. Unexceptable!

Love Quincy bed and mattress that we ordered from EA. Jennifer was SO helpful and patient with us in picking out a mattress. I cant say enough nice things about the service Jennifer Dente provided me when, at 10:00 on a recent Sunday night, I was online in Kansas City, MO trying to decide on a pair of nightstands to go with an existing EA bed. (I didnt feel comfortable going to the store in person.) Before giving up I clicked on the pop-up to speak to a design consultant - and Jennifer entered the chat.She then called (after 11:00 p.m. her time!), walked me through nightstands that could work, and explained that she could order them in the finish I wanted (not just the website colors), and I placed my order. I later realized another choice was a better fit and sent a text asking if she could change my order. Jennifer sent a reply at 5:20 a.m. ( ! ) and updated my order.Jennifer made the online process so incredibly easy that the next time I need just the right EA piece, I will email her again - from my time zone!

Design consultant, Charlene @ Peachtree City’s design studio is the epitome of an exceptional consultant. She listens, suggests and responds day or night even if the store is not open. I downsized a few years ago. It has been a difficult transition: however, her on-site visits have really helped me in making those difficult decisions. Charlene is truly an asset to EA. Given her warm personality and talent, I sincerely feel that I have found a Design Consultant/Friend for life.

I absolutely love my new bedroom suite! Inger came to my house and measured my room, wrote down my thoughts and wishes for my room and then came up with a plan. I went into the store a week later and we walked the sales floor picking out furniture. She encouraged me to keep my bedroom neutral and spa like using all the same wood tone. I chose the rye wood color and absolutely love it! In all I bought a king size bed, 2 chest of drawers and a double dresser to match a media piece I already owned. Inger is truly a joy to work with.

I cannot be more enthusiastic about the help I received from Charlene. She was terrific. She took my ideas and was able to pull together the different ideas I had to make a cohesive look. I have worked with designers in the past who tried to overwhelm me with their design sensibility. Not so with Charlene, From Ethan Allen I bought 4 chairs and an accent table, but Charlene took into consideration my other existing furniture. I have an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen. Although the seating area that Charlene was instrumental in pulling together was one component to the overall look, the entire space looks like it was created by a knowledgeable designer. I am an impatient shopper. It took all of 20 minutes to decide what I wanted in a customized leather recliner. Jena was very efficient and professional. I am very pleased with the results. The chair is very comfortable, and the color is perfect. Excellent service and follow up.

I came into EA looking to replace my leather couches. Jennifer Dente was the designer who approached me and helped me through the entire process. She was patient, thoughtful, and really listened to what we needed for our home. With dogs and kids in our house, Jennifer helped me pick durable leather for our new couches as well as fabric for our ottomans that not only looked great but would withstand the craziness in our home. Jennifer took the time to follow up with me by phone and email and went as far as to give me her personal cell number for any questions. In addition, she came out to my home and measured our space then put everything into a computer rendering so I could see what the new furniture would look like in our existing space. Jena helped my husband and me select a traditional sleigh bed plus an adjustable mattress and box springs. Of course, that meant a new bed cover with new pillows and pillow shams. We love the overall look of the bed and how it looks in our bedroom. Also, the quality and price of our purchases was excellent which describes everything about Ethan Allen. I’ve looked for over a year for a certain couch and matching L shape couch in leather. Personally we like upholstery better, but with three dogs, we’d have to clean the couch very often and buy a new on in three years. So we saw a style that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Finishing touches superb, highest quality leather. If we had to do the measuring and ordering on our own, we would have bought more then needed.Inge from the Peachtree City store came by several times and convinced me she really ordered the right amount of pieces. After delivery, everything looked just like we wanted.Ethan Allen offers great service. Not once did she try to sell me coffee and end tables, although I needed new ones as well. She offered some advice about lighting and colors to add.Overall, a great experience. Would definitely buy there again. And btw, we’ve had our leather couches now for about two months, I just wipe it with a dry cloth, not a scratch from the dogs yet. If they slipped in the house with clay feet, a lightly moistened rag will wipe it right off.
