I havent decided whether I love or hate this store. I love that my kids love it. I mean they LOVE. IT. And i love that we can afford anything they fall in love with. But those THINGS add up!!🤣 ok, with self restraint, I love it. Clean, happy atmosphere and really friendly, approachable staff!!! Heres a pic of my youngest. He couldnt believe he found a narwhal. Somehow we made it out with only two.

Store was clean and very well organized. Could use more inventory as some shelves seem to be short soon to be empty.

This is my favorite 5 Below near me. There’s one closer, but I choose the PTC location because of their inventory and organization of the store. The staff members are excellent at helping one find items AND answering questions with no signs of irritation. There’s never a ton of ppl inside and parking is always available.

Great store! Bought a planner that easily could have been $10-15 at target for $5 and I love it and use it everyday. Also... best staff ever they found my wallet I left there overnight and kept it behind the counter for me when I was in a total panic! Thank you so much!

Every time I go into this store, I leave happy and with a handful of great items! Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm, Welcome to 5 Below! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well organized which made it really easy to find the things I was looking for. As a teacher, it was great to buy supplies for my classroom at an extremely reasonable price. Never will I go anywhere else for school items!

This is a great option for last minute gifts, household items, party favors, and more. Its easily my kids favorite store. The price is always right, and the quality is usually pretty good.

I love this store!! They have so many fun things to buy and look at! The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I needed to buy Christmas gifts for my family and I received a lot of help from them. I was very impressed with the store and customer service. I will definitely be shopping here more!

Employees are always pleasant. The store is always clean. This is one of the few places you can buy big league chew bubble gum.

Love this store. Yes for the absolute amazing prices but mainly because of the people working there. I have been in some stores where there is no one to help you. And if they do they’re less than excited too. Here oh my gosh. I feel the geniuness in everyone that works there. Wanting to help you. There to make sure your experience is a good one and you find what you need. Very friendly and down to earth. Not stuffy or too busy to help the customer. It is fun to take the Grandkids there, and let them pick out something. They also have a lot of different candy, and PEZ dispensers.

Five Below is like a teeny bopper Dollar Tree. You can score some real nice stuff there. 10/10

I loved shopping at 5 below. That had great customer service and the store was very neat and organized. The prices were really cheap and within my budget. I worked highly recommend this store to anybody.

Very clean and easy to find what I needed.

Overall, the store is well kept and items were accessible. Only concerns were the checkout clerk bouncing a ball while ringing up customers and the womens restroom could use some serious attention on a regular (based off the appearance when I attempted to use it).

Best place for pool floats

Bought some cheap charger cords and multi plug. Tool the new wires on a trip only to find one of the wires and the splitter intermttant. Thought it might be operator error, but verified when back home that the cable is bad. Probably should stick with OEM charging equipment.
