The customer service is terrible and lackluster. I walked in and never was greeted. I was in the store for over five minutes. Neither of the two sales associates asked if I need help. However after had been in the the store for a few minutes I did notice a white male customer being greeted shortly after entering the store. The white male associate offered him help how to find what he needed with the suggestion of shopping online. There was young white female associate behind the register that never spoke to me. I found it even more strange that at one point we were in the same area of the store within a couple feet of each other while she straightened up and restocked a shoe and the female associate never looked at me or asked me did I need help. I was prepared to buy a gift for my nephew but decided not to spend my money where I was made to feel not welcomed. I have been a business owner for over 10 years. I know first hand how important a friendly greeting is for a great customer experience.

The gentleman that worked there was very kind and when I asked for coupons hes have me a 20 of to sign up for text. He also help us save by sizing down from big kids to little and kids for me that turned out the be a 26 dollar difference. Although theres few selections not very big, I would highly recommend shopping with them.

Nice selection of shoes and sporting gear, customer service is slacking. The employees just sit behind the counter, they aren’t worried about helping you. Sunday, February 28th 12:50pm.

Needed one more gift. Got there about one hour prior to store closing and personnel very helpful, and we found what we were looking for. Good visit.

Customer service is Horrific. 3 managers on duty still HORRIBLE. 4 employees working sitting behind the counter with attitudes, not wanting to help customers. Customers literally have to come to counter to receive help. This is the second time i have told them there customer service is Hotrible and they do it everytime i come in.If this wasn’t the only shoe store in peachtreee city i wouldn’t even buy.Need to do some major training overhauls in customer service .

Alex is a great asset to this company . He was able to assist me on two different occasion over the phone. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. He went out of his way to ensure I purchase the correct helmet. I really appreciate him contacting a different location and providing the correct merchandise number. This guy is the epitome of customer service. He is awesome!

This was my second time there and still no acknowledgment whatsoever. No one there never wear a mask. If you want customers service I guess you have to ask for it. 😂😂😂😂.

I would like to be able to give this a better review, however, I dont think they ever keep more than 1 of each size shoe that they sell on their wall. Its convenient...and they do have several items in each sport, but its over priced clothing, rarely a good sale, and very limited selection.

Ok place they dont sell much needss sporting goods stuff. if u need sportwear or shoes then come here
