They did an amazing job on my cake! Went above and beyond. They added so much character into the cake! So impressed.

We ordered a big cake for a birthday celebration and we were highly disappointed in what we got. The icing on the cookie cake was not proportional to the size of the cake and was not what we ordered. I was embarrassed to even put the cake out at our gathering. When we complained all we got told is “we are sorry” and that “the decorator is not here”. The customer service was horrible!!! When I asked for a manager to speak to about the issue, the employee hesitated. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with The Great American Cookie Company in Peachtree City and would not recommend going there for a cake.

Order a double doozy cake 2 weeks in advanced Called 2 days before pick up to confirm. Was confirmed so all was well. Then show up and am told they “lost” my order. Wow!

I ordered 30-chocolate chip cookies for my daughters birthday to share with her classmates. Something very simple. I got to the store not only was it not ready, but no one knew that the order even existed. I got very lucky that they luckily had made a fresh batch of cookies an hour or so ago. The manager was more than willing to quickly get them ready for me. My daughter was with me that evening when we went to pick it up. She was very sad. I even knew the names of the Individual who I spoke with. We have enough things happening that has limited on what we can and Cant celebrate due to the pandemic. I respect that totally. For me, my daughters birthday was very important specifically, when I called and spoke to someone and placed my order the day before.. the three stars are only for the Manager.. thanks to him, my daughter was able to enjoy the cookie with her classmates...

Very friendly in here these two young ladies were. Very helpful too. I had points they helped me get the app on my phone to use my points. Cookies were great as always, lots of nice options too.

I ordered my son a cookie and asked that they make it mostly White writing upon picking it up it was mostly blue writing. Young lady attempted to scrape the blue writing off to correct it and hopefully saved my sons birthday gathering however she was picking up the trash can and touching it repeatedly with her gloved hand. I asked for the manager and brought it to his attention. So my sons birthday gathering will be totally ruined without his cookie cake. This unsanitary practice is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. Hopefully no one else will have to suffer this experience.

I was so disappointed in the birthday cookie cake I ordered. It was barely decorated, and the cake was as thin as a pancake with maybe a handful of chocolate chips and tasted like raw dough! When I cut a piece, it was so thin it hung limply. I had to use a spatula to lift the pieces so I could get them on a plate! This is not the quality I was expecting…the last time I ordered a cookie cake it was a thick cookie with lots of chocolate chips and lots of decorations and icing. It was a cookie CAKE, not a cookie pancake! I have no idea if this is a reflection of the chain, or just the PTC store, but I will not be returning to this store!

If y’all close at 6 now because of the virus it should be on the website, I drove 30 minutes just for y’all to be closed ? Be fr and do better .

How can a store have a sign on their counter asking customers to leave a review when I am continuously greeted by undesirable teenagers and a cookie store without cookies. I have given this location multiple chances and I am let down every time. If you’re going in wishing to purchase a certain flavor, chances are they will be out and the ones they happen to have tastes like cardboard. Also, expect to be served with little kindness and conversation.

I have been ordering cakes from this location for years. I dont write reviews, but the customer service here is the worst Ive ever dealt with. The store has drastically worsened in the past year. The cakes Ive ordered have been terribly decorated and for $30 plus dollars, should be amazing everytime. Yet there is ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE in the work and the young employees couldnt care less if you are satisfied or not. This store is also NOTORIOUS for running out of cookies??? Its a cookie company! I called Friday, Jan. 17th to order a cookie cake. The people working that day would not help me or even try to help make the cake I wanted...Can I fax you a picture of the cake..no fax, can I email you a picture, no, can I send you a text, no. Click. End of my business. Fortunately, just down the road is the new FAYETTEVILLE location at Summit Pointe. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were EAGER to help me...something PTC is lacking.

Hello I recently came into your Peachtree city location in Georgia. I brought in a flyer for fundraising on my service dog. I am raising money to fund training a service dog for my PTSD. When I walked in I politely asked the ladies at the front desk if I could put a flyer on the counter. One of the ladies asked me why I needed a service dog so I respectfully explained to them why I needed one. While I was informing them, they kept questioning me and eventually denied me and said that they would just take it and throw it away. On my way out of the door, they were laughing and mocking me. While I am only 17 years old and I can understand why they would think I would be scamming them, I am not. I gave a generous amount of valid information and taught them to the best of my ability. I feel violated and harassed. I was made fun of for my mental disability. This may seem little to your company but it really will backfire considering we get all of our holiday cakes from you. If they werent able to put it out they couldve simply told me no or take it and just not put it up. I will never be shopping from Great American cookie ever again due to this experience and I will definitely inform my friends and family about the disrespectful workers. There is no point In Sending coupons either because my mind is set on the fact that your employees are disrespectful and degrading.

Do not order from this place!!i ordered a week in advance. They told me it would be ready at 12. Went to pick it up at 1:10 and its not ready. The lady tells me they only have one decorator. Ok if you know this in advance why wouldnt you call your customer and let them know their cake will be an hour late! We were late to our own party!

Kristy was too kind in her review! This cookie was supposed to look like Minnie Mouse. The only thing that came close was the bow Minnie was wearing! We all laughed and laughed at this portrayal!!! I want to print a copy of it just so when I need a laugh I can look at it! If you can only do certain images, don’t tell customers you can do something that you cannot!

Ordered giant cookie cake a week in advance. Had someone pick it up and it wasnt even made so it was thrown together last minute. Then they spelled the name wrong so they had to scrap it off and rewrite it. It looked awful and I am not exaggerating...but it taste good!

This location makes the absolute worst cakes. They dont trim the cookie cakes, the cakes are thin, and they absolutely dont pride themselves on decorating cookie cakes.

Awful. I ordered a few days in advance and set a pick up time. When I got there they didnt even have the cookie cooked. So they had to bake it and then they broke it and tried to cover it up because they thought I couldnt see what they had done. Then they only gave me a discount of $2.00. Worst experience Ive ever had.

Great to just run in and grab a quick snack.

Was verbally attacked by one of the workers. Never going back again. Was accused of stealing a cookie.
