It was my first time ever visiting an oil and vinegar specialty shop. I explained to Lorri that I basically knew nothing, and she walked me right through a short education. Even said when I came back, they would assist in showing what pairs or combines well with other flavors. I havent been THIS excited about my salads in a long time. :)

Poor customer service!! Was greeted... never asked if we needed assistance. The woman working actually walked passed us in an aisle she said excuse me but didnt attempt to ask questions or sale us anything. This place is NOTHING LIKE The Vinager and Oil place in Covington Square. The service at Covington Square is unmatchable! They should train Branch & Vine employees how to treat customers. I will never go back

Awesome selection of oils and balsamic vinegar, plus other ingredients to enhance your cooking experiences! Bring an empty bottle back and get credit towards your next bottle. Ability to sample the products is a great way to sell!

I love this place! If I have out of town guests we usually make a stop here as there are so many tasty options they can bring home with them! Very helpful staff; the hardest part is deciding on what to get!!

Stopped here for a last minute bridal shower gift and the woman working was super helpful and even wrapped the gift.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and their products are top notch.
