I decided to give this cute shop another try since I havent been in in awhile but now I remember why I had not been back! Today I went in and two ladies were working. Neither of whom said one word to me the whole 20 minutes while I was there. I entered and looked up front, then moved on to jewelry and baby things in the back. I looked at some cute apparel in the very back of the store one associate even came back to get something passed by and said nothing. I looked around near the cash wrap and checked out some home decor, smelled a few candles,then looked at the Brighton selection! Still NOTHING! I was also the only customer in the store. Ive been working in Retail Management for a very long time and I have NO idea how they can keep their doors open in this environment with absolutely NO customer service awareness! It really makes me sad. I wont be back. Dont think Im missing much!

How wonderful it is to walk into a store to visually see all the wonderful merchandise available for my home and also for gifts. It feels like the buyer went shopping with me in mind. The staff knows their product and very helpful. They have so many things that I didnt know I wanted until I saw it displayed which made my mind wander to say yes I need that today. I learned they have been a local treasure for many, many years. So thankful for this beautiful store.

Worst customer service ever . Return policy is terrible ! owner manager is very rude and impossible to deal with. Sales people act like you are bothering them. Never shopping there again!!!!! Really no star at all!

Thursday, November 12, 2020, was my second time shopping here. My first shopping experience was great! However, this time was totally different. Sales person, 246838 spoke to me in a condescending tone, unpleasant and asked to see my license after I gave her a credit card with a EMV chip. My first visit to the store, I was not asked to show my license and my purchases exceeded the price I paid this day!! It has been years since I’ve been asked to show my license. Really? One Magnolia Lane has very beautiful and unique merchandise; however, they have lost me as a customer!

A beautiful shopping gem in PTC. I can always count on OML to have unique gifts for children to adults. Specialty clothing and accessories brands and a wonderful selection of gift giving ideas. I recently purchased a fun puzzle and a jar filled to make special tea for a friend. Always a wonderful experience.

The store was nicely laid out and while shopping the owner was very friendly and talked to me. She told me if I needed anything or not happy with anything, or had questions regarding the doll house I was eyeing at all to call etc. I can’t even describe how friendly she was.Unfortunately, during the time we were gabbing I grabbed the wrong size on an item. I got home and realized my mistake on the tutu and headband and called the store to make an exchange (still in bag with tags). I did not get an answer for almost a week and was told sorry no exchanges due to Covid. Completely understand stores having policies but I honestly don’t remember seeing signs with this information regarding exchanges and can state with 100% certainty was not made aware at the time of checkout.Again nice store. I love to shop local and don’t mind spending more to support local business owners but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

One Magnolia Lane is unique in this day and time because their customer service is superior. The owner and staff always go out of their way to make sure that their customers find exactly what they want. If its not in the store, they will try their best to special order it for you. I am a long time customer because of their merchandise and their great customer service!

A honest review of store and staffStaff seemed to care more about their personal conversations with each other than the customers walking in the door.Store it’s self is nice and has a easy layout to look around however most items in the store it’s self is extremely overpriced for what they are. Trying to mark up items you can purchase else where far cheaper. The cute feel of a small boutique doesn’t make the items in the store more expensive then what they are actually worth.

One Magnolia Lane is absolutely my favorite gift shop in Peachtree City. I can always find the perfect gift for every special occasion there. I love their shoes, jewelry, and Peachtree City gifts. The anonymous google reviewers negative reviews for One Magnolia Lane certainly dont sound like the same place where Ive been shopping ever since it opened in Peachtree City. Return policies are clear. Ive never had any problem returning or exchanging something. If people dont agree with the policy, they can choose not to buy there. The reviewer admitted they knew the were not abiding by the policy. Small businesses cannot always afford to be as lenient as large companies. I find it very difficult to believe that management would not be receptive to any legitimate concerns. I have bought a gift that was going to someone out of town, and I asked ahead of time if there was a problem, could I bring it back a couple of days late, with no objection! The owner and staff are always accommodating, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Nobody has ever treated me like a criminal! Employees have always gone the extra mile for me. This past summer, when I lost a snap on ornament from a brand new pair of Lindsay Philips shoes, I called to ask them to hold a new set for me to purchase. When I arrived several days later to pick them up, I was given a replacement ornament free of charge. Go to One Magnolia Lane, and judge for yourself. Youll be glad you did!

Horrible place to shop....the sales people dont seem to remember the high dollar spenders that have purchased many Brighton products. They follow you around as a criminal. The owner is HORRIBLE, we could only hope to see this store sink because of lack of business. Keep up the good work Ladies. Country Collectible has a great selection and are fantastic to work with.

I love One Magnolia Lane! A couple of months ago, I started working there, but before then, I always went to One Magnolia Lane for gifts. There is always the perfect gift for everyone I know! There is gifts made in Georgia, Vera Bradley, Brighton, Spartina, Judith March, etc. As for customer service, I knew I would love working here because the girls I interacted with were always so helpful and attentive! And now that I know them better, I would say everyone of us is friendly and just want everyone to find that perfect gift! Many people dislike the return policy, but as a small business it is difficult to have a return policy like Walmart or even Vera Bradley itself. For the holidays, the return policy is extended so that gift recipients can exchange gifts if they choose. There is also complimentary gift wrap to help relieve stress over the holiday. Anyway, I believe that each of us at One Magnolia Lane love to help people find the gifts they want. We always try to be friendly and helpful. Just remember that we are people too! Anyway, I have always loved One Magnolia Lane and always will!
