Joann and Nori are very knowledgeable. I have been to their store on multiple occasions for herbal remedies for myself as well as my family. My wife particularly likes the colloidal silver for sore throats, and the Doterra essential oils are used daily in our house.

They had exactly what I was looking for, and the women at the counter was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sorry I didnt get her name.
