This is my second horrible review of this company. They deserve zero stars for horrible customer service (aka none), no answers, no updates. Nearly two weeks to drop a package barely 2 hours away? No, more like held hostage. USPS didnt have it, said it was still in this companys hands. Billie (razors), Bark Box, and Entertainment Earth need to DROP Pitney Bowes! I sure as hell dont believe my package left PB 09.23.2021.

Wish I could give them a 0 stars. Worst shipping company EVER!! Takes 2 weeks just for them to update their shipping status! Savage X needs to drop them!

Victoria Secret needs to drop them as a shipping partner they are here in the same state as I am Georgia takes over a month to receive a package they dont update shipping status for two weeks

Absolutely terrible. All of Pitney Bowes machines are down half the time or more. I will never use them again . Ever.
