I had a great experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage at Crosstown in Peachtree City, GA. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. Using the app to make the reservation greatly simplified the process. I will definitely return if I need another rental.

It was very easy to reserve and pick up our truck. The price wasnt outrageous and we even got money back on unused boxes.

I have had my things in storage for over a year and every time I have come in everybody has been fantastic! When my daughter needed a storage unit I went there with her and they were equal is kind and good to her! Today I moved my last things out of storage and I want to give a big shout-out to Michaela, Daniel, and Dave the manager on duty! They were all such a blessing! Thank you!

Dave, Troy, Alex, and the other guy (Joe?) were AMAZING! They were so helpful (Dave backed my car into the dock for me after I struggled a bit) Troy had the best customer service and told me about the storage specials AND gave me great advice about pulling the trailer. Joe was super sweet and very funny...I would recommend anyone needing storage or moving supplies to shop here!

Shout out to the U Haul fam for a great moving experience. I called to reserve a little 15 foot van, upgraded to a 26 foot supermover. 10/10 would rent from this location again.

Excellent staff, super friendly and extra busy. They need to hire help, this is one of several Uhaul locations Ive been to recently and they were all over worked.

Do Not rent from or use this place at all! The “manager” or “owner” - couldn’t get a straight answer as to what he was but doesn’t matter, his name is Jeff Fowler. He got nasty with my husband and cussed us out due to his failure to communicate professionally and there being a misunderstanding. Then he Fraudulently tried to charge us for gas, saying we brought it in with an empty tank But we have proof of us gassing the truck up right there in town prior to drop off. He tried to charge us for cleaning even though we did all do that ourselves. Their storage deck door fell on our truck and he refused to discuss us needing to file a claim for damages. And then he threatened to mess with our stuff we had stored there and when I asked for clarification on what he meant by that he told me to Get the F@&$ our of his stir and have a nice F@&$ing day. I got him on camera saying this and am currently working with corporate to deal with him. Also had to get our family lawyer involved in the event anything is wrong with our household goods. Claims to be prior military but highly doubt it with as unprofessional as he is. If he hates his job that much then he should just quit or corporate should fire him with as horrible of a human being as he is.

I rented a truck here. It was a very quick and convenient process.Bringing back the truck was a breeze as well.The customer service was fantastic!Definitely recommend this 5 star operation!

I’ve used Uhaul for every move I’ve ever done and have recommended them for years but....Our experience working with this location went well at pickup but when we were ready to return the vehicle, realized that the mileage on our paperwork and the actual miles traveled were not adding up and the amount of gas needed to match our paperwork was more than we would have used.We discussed this with the manager and understood that it could have been overlooked but Dave stands by the members of his team.This is a great quality but as the customer just know it could be at your expense. Customers deserve the benefit of the doubt and we have paid an extra $50 because we didn’t check behind the uhaul employees.Would not recommend this location because this situation was poorly handled.

Fourth rental from this location and they are fantastic. Everyone has been very helpful and the equipment is top notch. Highly recommended!!

I didn’t rent directly from them but I dropped my truck off there and was charged a fee that was clearly not not fault. I contacted Michelle the manager there and she personally went out to look at the truck and stated that the place I rented it from didn’t clean it before they released it to me. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was penalized for it. She was very helpful and I appreciate her customer service! Please trust in Michelle for all your moving and storage needs! YOU ROCK!!

I think the woman was having a very bad day. She decided to charge us $100 to clean a truck with a bit of mud just because it had been raining. I guess I’d hate my life too if I had to clean up trucks. Luckily, we have pictures to prove she was just being nasty and taking it out on their customers.If I were the owners, I would never employ someone moody and who lashes out at their customers. We ended up doing a 2 day rental with Penske since we have a big move. What a difference in customer service, professionalism, and class. Penske was great and the truck drove better too!

Do not get your hitch here. I have not had it on a year yet and the electrical wiring is no longer working. The bolts have come loose. Not good!! I should have known better when it took them 6 hours to install it. In a good note very friendly staff

Grear customer service..The bathroom was beautiful and made you feel like you was home. I have to say this is the cleanse bathroom I have seen yet in Georgia..Good job to the staff and there store manager..

The manager here seems to not know what shes doing. Ive also seen her (several times) pass the buck to her employees. If you need a U-Haul, I would suggest a different location or go when she is NOT there!

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT after doing business with this Uhaul location. In addition to my rental fee a $70.30 charge was placed on my card. When I called the woman who claimed to be the manager she denied she had made the charge. I went there and showed her the statement on my phone. She made no appologies and wouldnt do anything to return my funds and told me to go thru my bank about the matter. Im still trying to get it back.

Friendly staff and helpful brought the uhaul truck back with the same amount of gas I was given with it they charged me 30 bucks for gas

They will never get anymore of my money or business . Not only did the associates at the location lie to me about the rental they overcharged me and didn’t reverse the charges. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!
