This establishment is the worst I have ever encountered. I brought in my truck it was running. It had some issues but was able to drive I left it there and went home they called said I need a new starter I explained I recently put in brand new! They insisted and I said ok . They put in a new starter and tested my truck and said it is okay so I headown and when I get there they now informed me that I now have bigger problems with blown head gasket. They worked on my truck 2week before and charge me 600$ and said they tested my truck and did not find anything else wrong .now my truck is not working they took apart a front seat full of parts left in my front seat told me to get a tow. my truck went to this shop running but left on a tow truck in pieces. The personnel working for this shop were of poor quality and not skilled, the made me buy a bunch of parts and then tell me I have bigger problems. And sent me away in a basket case. I do not recommend this establishment back yard service

Never fails they always do good service. I did oil change and it went smooth. Funny thing I bought the vehicle over to Lex brodies for the same oil change they told me that plug was bad need new oil pan and the works. Then went to good year perfect not 1 problem. Thanks guys

I got a flat tire at the worst possible time, I was supposed to be in Waikiki for dinner with family. I called Goodyear Pearl City and April told me come on in. I was having a pretty stressful morning dealing with a tire situation.After going to A couple places to find this particular tire it was nice to walk into a nice clean store and very helpful and efficient person. April was there help me right away. Even came out to take the tire out of the trunk of the car. After coming from Lex Brodie’s and them telling me they’ll try to get it done by closing at 6 PM and a very Rude guy directing traffic there. April was able to work on the tire right away.awesome job April and the Aiea Good year!

The quality of service at Waimalu Goodyear was exceptional. Jessica (CSR) was pleasant at every call even though it was busy. Devin took the time to check my spare at my request. April, (mgr) was so easy to speak to. I went in there buying the economy tire but left with premiums & to advantage of the 6mos 0% credit. The employees are true reflection of her leadership..

The tire I needed wasnt available in store and delivery wouldnt be available for 3 hours, but I needed to get home to install the tire and go to work. April takes the time to explain all procedures and will always recommend the best options for my truck both. She recently helped me purchase a set of 4 brand new tires for my girlfriend’s tahoe. Did all my requests over the phone as I could not be present at the time of my purchase. Sent my girlfriend over to Goodyear waimalu and April took care of everything!! Other than the wait to get helped at the front desk everything went pretty smoothly. Across the street there is a beach/park so you can chill there or go next door and get some food at the restaurants nearby. Good location if you gotta get new tires and blow off some time. Also the prices were cheaper than most the places I called on island but I also picked my tires online so that might have been why.

I showed up to the Pearl City Goodyear during after-hours needing my flat tired repaired. I was amazed that not only did they repair the tire, but they checked fluids and tire pressure as week. And it was all FREE

Ladies beware. I used to go here a lot but the last time I went the technician assigned to my car waaay underestimated my mechanical knowhow. Tried to upsell me on a lot of services for an engine light. Turned out to be a sensor after I went straight to the dealer for a second opinion. Wouldve been a 2800 dollar job after everything quoted on their list. Super unfortunate as I have always had good service here. April is amazing.

I will be coming back without a doubt and recommending your shop in the future. I was able to make a same day appointment for 330pm and was out the door in just over an hour. The office staff were very friendly and professional and the mechanics were on their A-game. The price was very reasonable for mounting/balancing and disposal of old tires. Mahalo!!!

I was about to give up with Goodyear because of the dishonest mechanics at some other locations until I came to this one back in September to get my oil changed. The staff are friendly and not trying to come up with unnecessary repairs in order to generate revenues for their company. The waiting time is reasonable. I dont want to go into detail what exactly happened when I was at other Goodyear locations. But...give this place a chance. Thank you for your honest business. Oh by the way, in the surrounding area, there are variety fast food places such as Popeyes, BK, Taco Bell, Fresh Catch, and Jack in the Box. Withing walking distance is Waimalu plaza and Times Supermarket.

The cuatomer service is always great and excellent! The mechanics get your car in and out as fast as you can. I highly recommend this place than any other in the 5 mile radius. Fixed my tire, patched it up in less than hour!

Goodyear was able to install a new tire off of a walk in and also helped me file a road hazard claim for reimbursememt of the damaged tire. They took numerous pictures and filed a report to the claim service manager. The team at Goodyear here saved me over $175 dollars!

At last hour of work day, my battery “died” for the last time and I got my last jump! Grrr.... I was frustrated at the car and myself for just a tiny bit of procrastination. Based on a recommendation from a competing business in town that didn’t have my battery in stock, I got on highway and drove out to Pearl City Goodyear for first time and hoped for the best. Folks, I feel that’s what I got: the best. The best last minute “service with a smile” after what must have been a long day for everyone. The best warranty, stress free “while I waited” repair. In and out in less than an hour without an appointment! I am very happy I chose to go there with all the choices there are! Will definitely consider this location for other services when needed. I noticed they do safety checks here also. Alrighty then: see you all sooner than I thought!

Took our car in for new tires, also thinking we needed new brakes. Turned out our brakes were still good. Was so impressed that they were truthful with us and didnt replace brakes when they didnt need replacing. Told us everything they did on the car. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend this place.

Always great service. Got my oil changed and all of my tires inspected and filled up. Recommend making an appointment the last few times I have gone they have been able to schedule me something the next day or two.

On March 12, 2018 I had an appointment 12 PM and was already running late. I made a call and told the Sales Associate Anthony if I would need to make a reschedule. He said its fine to still come in but informed me that it might take longer then my scheduled time cause of my tardiness. When I came in, my car was taken in right away. This was for alignment and State inspection. Anthony and the technician Dean kept in touch with each other and in return Anthony kept me informed with issues that my car ran into. I call this kind of service world class. Not like many other service places where they throw a sells pitch. Not only what I need to get done but why. And also tips and advice about parts I may need in the future. Thank you Anthony and Dean. This may have been my best experience at any auto service shop. Cheehu Goodyear Pearl City 😎👍

Terrible customer service went in to get tires replaced and to alignment. They forgot to balance my tires and broke my hub cap after breaking hub cap tried to say it was already broken. Didnt wanna fix there mistake until I complained about it. Had an appointment at 0900 in the morning when i came in they said i had no appointment but there work on my car right away and it still took them until 4:30 PM to finish. Was waiting there all day with my son

Went for a safety check without a appointment, took about an hour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I read Goodyear in waimalu five stars Ramon the manager here is it really cool bradda, and friend.

Giving one star because we went in just for a change oil and check air on the tires. Car has 35000 miles. A month later, the car started leaking oil. Looked like old oil. Come to find out when we went to Hyundai dealership to get the leak checked up. They said they didnt drain the old oil and added a quart or so just to fill it up to the proper oil level. So new and old oil got mix and clogged something and created an oil pressure leak. My concern here is that it was just a simple job and couldve been prevented if that worker knows how to properly change oil. I dont recommend here and not going back again due to bad experience.

Front desk was very kind & provided excellent customer service. However, the technicians in the shop was very unprofessional. I caught & captured a video of the staff today playing around while the tires were rolling & hit a white Lexus car that belongs to another customer. There were black marks & minor damage to the bumper. Technicians did not even bother to fix the damaged bumper. Horrible scene.

Store was pretty busy, so a considerable wait. The staff was awesome. Very polite and professional.

They took my car to diagnose it. I got it towed out of the place, and turns out my car wont start. They said they think I have a dead battery when I had just bought one a couple months ago. My car was able to turn on when I dropped it off to them and now it is not, and they left the window down so I cant even roll it up. They said they couldnt think of a reason why it wont turn on besides that its dead. They gave me my car back more messed up than I left it to them. Horrible.

Took about 45 mins for them to even look at their paperwork and notice mistakes on it, another hour for my car to move out of the parking lot to get worked, now at 2 hours past my appointment work was started, I hope you have all afternoon to do whatever work you need done!
