Not crowded. Eric approached me and was super helpful. I ran out of professional hair color. Even though they didnt have the brand that I use (Redken Color Fusion), he was able to recommend me an Ion color substitute & 20 volume developer based on my answers to his questions. Ill be back!

Went in for bleach, developer and semi-permanent hair dye. Good stock and variety of products. Friendly staff.

Was greeted when I entered and asked if I needed help looking for anything. Nearly everything I needed was out of stock, but I noticed they were restocking so I figured Id ask if they had what I needed in the back. I was told that it was possible they had it but they hadnt put it out yet and it might be out later in the week. I dont quite understand why they couldnt go and check if they got it on the truck and get it for me. Im just a little disappointed. Ive never had a bad experience at any sallys before and the guy seemed polite enough, so Im only taking one star off. Will return another day in hopes that they have what I need.

I’d like to personally thank Miss Topanga for her 110% customer service. I was looking for a particular item which was not in stock at the time. I expressed to her how it was the only brush that could go through my son’s long THICK Samoan hair which he never cut from birth and he’s15 years old now.Miss Topanga not only took my number down, gave me the SKU#, assured me a follow up call as soon as it was stocked. What really surprised me? She contacted me several days later to say that it is available at the Hawaii Kai store and she reserved it for me. WOW! Only a top notch customer service oriented worker would go out of their way like this. It means allot because she could feel my pain to get a brush. Please whomever is her supervisor? This needs to be documented in her EE file and give her a bonus! I’d come back to Sally’s just to buy something with that kind of service. Thank you Topanga!!!#more than satisfied customer ❤️

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. The way they run the pearl city location is completely unprofessional. They have 2 people working and they don’t answer their phones at all. I’m really angry because I need some products from there and I’ve called all day long because they’re only doing curb side pick up. From my understanding, you buy on the phone and pick it up, but they can’t even pick up their phone. I probably won’t be shopping at this location again.

Always a fun place to go but customer service was bad today, maybe a bad day for This person, stinky attitude.

I went in for a recommendation and told the employee my situation. The employee gave me a recommendation and it was horrible. Had such a traumatic experience. Went back to get it worked out, the employee is so incredibly un knowledgeable about the items in the store. Do not work with John. You will regret it! I have already sent an email to corporate about the experience. If I could give John himself a negative rating I would but that isn’t an option. (Just to clarify, my issue isn’t with the store it’s with John)

Does anyone know if they are really open for curbside pickup? Ive been trying to call and It either rings and gives me a busy tone or just flat out busy tone. Please help in any way possible? Also I cant order the things I need on the app so no help there.

Has what I need a little more than half the time. Never get asked if I need help. Should rethink were they are putting the discount rack at. Makes it hard to get around the corner on that end of the isle. The 3 stars is only for the product availability.

Everything you can ask for in a beauty supply store. I like the Generic Brand Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Wild Ginger conditioner. I used to buy it from Super Cuts with the promotion they have. However, the generic brand works the same, smells the same.

Atlanta was awesome. She was able to help me get exactly what I needed to bleach and color my hair.

Go there often. Not consistent w/cust service. While a 1 or 2 will go above and beyond. There are times when the other employees will pick and choose who to help or jus flat out ignore. But products are worth it esp with the prices and deals

ZERO STARS This store made my husband and I extremely uncomfortable. They kept following us on each aisle after we told them we didnt any help. My husband I got fed up and wanted to go. Hawaii is extremely racist.
