Ranon and Giovanni was pleasant and professional. Ranon did an amazing job on our daughter’s screen protector. Giovanni helped us with phone case questions. We always have a great experience with the staffs. We will definitely return for our next visit.

I brought in a Gen 5 I-pad with a cracked screen and came in to get it repaired. They fixed it up quickly, as it only took 2 days instead of the said 3-4 days. The customer service was very nice, however, the home button no longer works after the screen repair. They informed me of this, and said it would cost extra to repair the home button, even though the home button was working when the screen was cracked. Additionally, the I-pad restarts at night several times because it detects that touch id isnt working. Customer Service is good, but I-pad repairs are average.Edit: The I-pad screen started peeling off at the top, despite the fact I had never touched it. It seems like they didnt apply enough adhesive on that side.Side-note: This is a review for I-pads only. I brought an I-phone X and they fixed it perfectly with no issues whatsoever.

I bought a few used iPhones here, and almost all of them have had issues, but at least they’ve fixed them. I recently bought a used iPhone X, and after a week the battery was dying, battery health was it 80%, so I brought it back and they swapped it out for a new one, which is awesome.But it kind of makes me think, should they have done that before they sold it? I only had the phone on for a week, I even didn’t have a Sim card in it yet, and the thing wouldn’t stay powered on for over a day.When I asked the guy, he said they only get them from a third -party vendor, which makes me think less of them. I thought they refurbished them themselves, not bought “refurbished” ones from a vendor. But at least they took care of me, free of charge, despite me having to drive back-and-forth to get it all taken care of of.All I can recommend to them is, double check the phones you are selling, before you sell them. At least just leave them turned on, connected to Wi-Fi, and see how long they last.

We Got there at 11am, tried to have them fixed mu phone (back screen cracked) they told me to wait couple hours 1-2 hours, so we waited. But all of the sudden went back and ask them if how long more?? They told me that they didn’t start it yet, and Imagine that it’s already 2pm in the afternoon! Its unprofessional, they should told me that they can’t do it in 2 hours, and come back in some other time!

Theyre location is inside DonQaitis.. if you need anything for your Samsung Galaxy or any Samsung devices this is a good place to start. They dont really have any thing for a lot of different brands but they have a lot for Samsung devices and I phones. Apple and a few others. If youre shopping around for a good price, check them out and see if they can save you some money.
