Spring on Raynor door broke while closing. Garage door installed on Oct 1994 so I got a good deal of worth out of it. Called Raynor and Kaulana was kind enough to realize that this was urgent and scheduled a same day appointment even though it was late in the day (near closing time.)Ronald, the tech, arrived shortly thereafter with the proper replacement parts in hand and proceeded to make everything with the door right.Courteous, proficient and left instructions on how to lubricate the moving parts on the door.Highly recommend Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors for installation and repair. The technician arrived promptly and was very efficient in his work, He also clarified my remote control suddenly stopped working because of frequency interference with a LED light bulb installed in the garage door opener. He fixed it and works fine now. Im glad I didnt have to get a new remote control.

My old Raynor motor lasted 36 years . No parts available, had to upgrade to latest model, which is 3 generations later. Thechnician was surprised my motor lasted this long.This system is so quiet that I can only hear the old rollers occasionally.Technician was very helpful and efficient.

Very good experience w/ dis company. Rafael was easy to work with & very professional & very patient helping us choose da right door for us. Always answered our calls/texts whenever we needed anything.Billy is da man!! Showed up on time on install day & was very professional & is very knowledgeable!! Installed our door quickly & cleaned up area very well!! He explained how to use our door & was able to answer all of our questions!After about a week of use & settling in we noticed a slight noise that wasn’t there when initially installed. Da office sent Billy to check it out to make sure all is functioning properly. Again Billy showed up on time & was very professional. I pointed out da noise to him & where i thought it was coming from. He quickly found da root of da noise which was totally not where i thought it was coming from. He did a quick adjustment & our door went back to operating smooth & quiet!Dis is definitely a great company to use if interested in getting a garage door. Very timely response time. I appreciate this. It was after a long weekend so everyone was busy. My wife was late getting home so Warner and I did everything over the phone. Everything went well.I still may need Ned in keying in 2 clicker controls that are kept in the car. Will try to do it mysel and will call back if I have trouble.

Raynor did the original install of our garage door about 10 years ago. We had to wait about 5 days for a Service Call to replace a broken spring. We had our two car garage door in storage while the old garage was demolished and a new one built for 3 cars. The single car door was installed without a hitch. However, the metal track for the two car garage door is now blocking the door from our garage into the house. Thus far, no solution has been proposed to allow the fire door to be able to swing open. The last I heard from the sales rep was I have to talk to my manager. This was about a week ago...radio silence.Apparently my post above had a positive result! The sales rep called me this morning after being dressed down (not his fault). His manager is out of state tending to his son who is stricken with Covid (get your SHOT everybody). Thus, the radio silence as the sales rep chose to give his manager some space to tend to this distressful personal issue. It looks like a solution is possible, and things are proceeding forward. My fingers are crossed that there are no supply chain issues for materials needed to raise the metal track so that we can open the door. I plan to follow up when Raynor fixes this problem. MAHALO!!!

I recently had a problem with my garage overhead door. I thought I would need a complete new door. From my telephone call and talking to Kaulana, completion of the job by Randel, it was excellent service and I did not have to replace the door. Great staff, excellent work and a reasonable price.

We had some small spots at the bottom of our garage door that looked like rust.We call Raynor Doors to report it it The office staff was extremely nice and professional. They said they would call back to schedule an appointment .They called back within a hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Peter the owner of the company came out himself. He looked at the spots and explained they were from a bearing g that had needed adjustment He removed the spots himself in about an hour .He was pleasant, informative and also very professional.I am a Raynor Door Hawaii fan forever.

Trouble shooting experts. Tried all kinds But a Raynor Tech fixed my problem gate. Call them first. Fine tuning Garage doors are a piece of cake for them also.

Poor customer service and we couldnt even get thru step one...getting an estimate. Strike one: We called to get an estimate, Rafael gave an over the phone estimate without asking or getting measurements nor providing different garage doors available. When my husband gave him the measurements, he asked where he got it. We got it from another garage door company that took the time to come out and actually measure the door. He said hed better come out and take his own measurements. A couple of days later he came, made an off-handed remark and took the measurements. As he was leaving, I had to ask for a brochure and business card. Strike two: I had to call to get the estimate after waiting over a week. The woman who answered said shed make sure hed get us the estimate by the next day. She also said she would follow up with me to make sure we got it. Next day no email (nor follow up phone call) so my husband called and Rafael said he needed the email address but was driving. So my husband said hell text it to him. When my husband started to text him, he saw that he had already texted Rafael his email address but texted it again anyway. Strike three: Over 3 weeks later...nothing!!! We went with another company who was professional, efficient and courteous.Rafael is the Residential Sales MANAGER.

We recently had our garage door resurfaced for rust repair due to the high salt content in our area. This was the second time that Raynor Overhead Doors honored their limited lifetime warranty. The first repair was completed under SERVCO ownership of the company. The repair was satisfactory. However, under current Raynor ownership, the repair was exceptional. Robert Garcia and his tech assistant Kai, meticulously sanded, primed and painted the rusted areas. Robert then applied a new finish coat to the entire garage door surface area and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. It looks fabulous. No drips, no over sprays. Just a perfect job!

The two ladies I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and informative. An appointment was set up for a technician to come out about 10am to fix my garage door . At 9:40 I got a call from technician that he will be there shortly. A few minutes later he arrived ( Warner) - I found him to be very knowledgeable,efficient and friendly. In no time he found the problem- broken spring- fixed it and serviced the garage door .

Raynor to the rescue.....Recently our warehouse was broken into by a flatbed truck backing into our roll-up door. The bottom four feet of the door was damaged beyond what I thought could be fixed. The door slats were off the track and shifted to the left between 8” and 2’ it looked mangled! When I called Raynor and told them what had happened and sent them some pictures, they said it wasn’t that bad and that they would send someone down ASAP. Within an hour I had two techs at my warehouse working on the door! The two technicians were very professional and went straight to work and a hour and a half later they had got the door back on track and rolling up and down like nothing had happened. I was SPEECHLESS and AMAZED! Thank you Raynor for getting my business back on track!
