Not recommended for service. Was told it was be a 6-8 week wait for my jet ski to be fixed. When I took it to them I told them I thought it was the drive shaft broke. I was told eight weeks later it was the wear ring. I had replace right before the drive shaft broke last year bye. They fixed and later called back and said it was the drive shaft. Another 3 1/2 weeks have gone by and it is still not fixed. Always and excuse about parts or something. Going on 12 weeks and I can not get a straight answer from anyone there or a call back. I have to call them. Would not recommend for any service. Since apparently keeping a mechanic is n staff is an issue with this company. So expecting another excuse come Friday when they said it would be ready. We will see. I am coming to get it either way. Do not trust

Neither of the ladies in the store could really assist us with questions on the can am x3 we were looking at. They knew the price and we were referred to the guy standing behind the counter who was being snide to a customer on the phone. After 20 minutes he acknowledged the fact that we were there and I requested to test drive the x3 I had been looking at and was told that I would not be allowed to test drive it. Who pays $35,000 for a vehicle you cant even drive across the parking lot. The other dealers had no issue with test drives so we will be purchasing elsewhere. Also the guy could not be bothered to take the phone away from his ear to talk with us. Truly a poor experience.

Karlos was my sales agent and working with him has made my first time buying a Ryker Rally 900 a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I need in making the right decision in purchasing. I did get to meet some of the other team members they were upbeat, and friendly. I got a great deal on a 2020 RT Limited last year, thats where the good news stops. The service has been a nightmare. The bike has been in there now 4 times (twice under old and twice under new ownership) for the same issue and they have made every excuse known to man to fix a WARRANTY issue. Love the RT hate dealing with these folks especially the service person Sierra who never returns calls.

We made a trip down from Cleveland MS to check out the Kawasaki Teryx 1000 trail edition.Karlos made our experience very enjoyable and smooth. He is very knowledgeable about they’re products, with great customer service. We are coming home with a new toy! The only reason I gave them 1 Star was because it wouldnt let me give them zero stars. I really hate to give any place a bad review because I have been in Retail my whole life but after I took my Kawasaki mule there for repairs 3 months ago and they never even started on it and every time I called, they never gave me a return call with updates. I wouldnt take my bicycle there for repairs. If your crazy enough to buy anything here, pray to GOD it never needs service or repairs.

In June of 2020, I purchased a 2020 RXTX Seadoo jet ski. I had a wonderful buying experience from Carlos, but the service has been a disaster! I used the jet ski very few times and took it in the fall and had it winterized. Since pick up, it has been parked in the garage. 3 weeks ago, I put it in the water, the service engine light came on and it loses power at 40 mph. I took it back to them on a Friday, 3 weeks ago, Cierra told me it would be ready on Tuesday. Since then, I get the run around, that is when I can get her to answer my call, and then she says she will return my call and does not. Today, I drove an hour and a half there to find out the problem. Cierra was not there, but at 1:30 (while we were waiting) they rolled it back there. Keep in mind they close at 2! The mechanic comes out 15 minutes later and says he can’t find anything wrong and there are no codes showing. We left there and carried it back to the water. Guess what! SAME THING!!! The jet ski ran perfect till they winterized it. Very disappointed in Cierra and the mechanics team. I will definitely not do business with them again! The sales was great, but if you can’t get your purchase serviced it’s no need to purchase from them.

Tried to bring in my 2016 Can-Am Outlander XMR to get work done. Was turned away because I didnt buy it from them, even though I said I wasnt in a hurry and knew it would probably need either engine replaced or internal work. Will not be coming back. Also lost possible sale because I was interested in the side by side out front. Will be contacting Can-Am and if this is acceptable by them I will not buying any other Can-Am products either.

I have been calling in regards to my warranty since last year. I recently called Again last week and this week and Dean has given false promise of returning my call within two hours...we’ll I guess she died because two hours were two days ago. Carlo has a don’t care attitude & Freddy doesn’t return calls. I will never recommend this place of business to anyone. Extremely poor customer service skills. Recently, I’ve filed a complaint against the business with the BBB & am now in litigations. There doors need closing.

Helped with questions and gave me best deal on my 2019 can am renegade 1000. Called 4 other dealers and they were best price and gave out the door price. Had dealer in Hattiesburg gave price then went in and they jacked up over 2000 for freight and tax left and went to these guys. Would highly recommend.

I took my bike to their shop and keep having to drive up to make sure my bike was serviced. Then they didnt even solve the problem. I was told it was my chain and sprocket. I got them to fix that, but my bike is still not running right.

Couldn’t get bike worked on cause I wasn’t a vip customer and didn’t buy the renegade from them so I asked them to program a key and they call themselves doing that but still didn’t work said it was programmed just need battery charged. They didn’t have time to charge it but I could buy a new battery. Took home charged battery and key still don’t work. But all lights come on bright no battery issues. Would not recommend buying from these people or letting them work on your stuff. They need to be closed down or under new management. If you go there after reading this you are crazy also.

Paid cash for a new sea doo. Rode it 1 time and back in shop for 6 weeks due to it having wrong program in the computer. Also got some attachments put on and did not get the discount promised at time of purchase. Service people are nice enough face to face but you can forget any returned calls happening. Sad this place is only dealer or service for a Can Am / Sea Doo product. I got a new 4 wheeler 2 weeks ago and even though I like the Can Am Outlanders, I went with a new Honda again. I know it wont break and if it does there are places to fix it if I cant. Everyone who I have met who deals with this place has all had a bad taste left in their mouth from the poo burger sandwich they have for you here. Buyer beware, take some mouthwash with you.

Terrible business ethics. Work performed was inadequate (recall work) and when I took it back up there with video proof, they charged me to look back over and verify that their work was performed correctly in the first place. Would be better off buying a monkey, training said monkey to work on motorcycles, having the monkey fix your bike before taking it up there. Would give negative stars if possible. Go somewhere else.

I came into the store with the hopes of learning more about bikes and possibly making a purchase on an entry-level cruiser. From the moment I walked into the store I immediately encountered customer service issues from all levels of staff, namely their sales manger, Ben. He payed little attention to my questions and concerns and often broke away to speak to friends and joke with others on the sales floor. I have had some bad customer service experiences in my life but this one takes the cake. I decided leave and go check out Got Gear Motorsports in Ridgeland where I received great customer service, they also had a very extensive selection of bikes to choose from as compared to the stock at Jackson Motor Sports.

I bought my jet ski from here back in 2012. This year I was having problems so I took it to them. We discussed the issues before I brought it in. When I got it up there they said it was for sure the ECM, but they could not work on it, and I would have to take it some where else. So I had to travel all the way back to Jackson pay them a repair bill for looking at it and take the jet ski to a knew location. Meanwhile I bought a 400$ ECM for my jet ski and took it to Got Gear. Got Gear fixed my jet ski by just replacing a fuse and spark plug. So JMS had me buy an expensive ECM that I may not be able to return, pay them unnecessary money, and wasted my time.
