I called my Salesman (Jimmy Marshall) and he lined everything up for me. Upon my arrival he greeted me at the door and introduced me to the service personnel who were very courteous and helpful. The Service was timely and thorough.
Everything went great except the walk through. Connecting all the phones was very difficult and I still have not gotten the tv’s to work. I have to go back but someone should have set this up prior to driving off the lot

I took my wifes Yukon into the dealership to troubleshoot why her vehicle is dying while idling. I was told no trouble was found but that I need to purchase a new battery for 200 dollars. Then I was told I owed them a diagnostic fee for the technicians time. I also have an extended warranty and they said that the warranty doesnt cover technician time. They also proceeded to tell me that my Yukon through codes but they were self correcting. I was never told by your employee that the battery replacement could be used as a credit towards the diagnostic fee.
I always have a great experience when I use Fowler. Jim my service advisor does everything he can to make my visit great. Mike the shop Forman also does a great job of making sure my needs are taken care of. I not only use Fowler as my dealership for my service needs I also use them for my oil change service and I always recommend them to family and friends.

Personnel were friendly and tried to understand the issue. Manager provided a loaner car to facilitate the family requirements. It took a complete day to assess the situation and I was able to drive away. Later that afternoon, I discovered that the running lights were not functioning properly. I called and have an appointment for Monday due to my requirements. We will see how long it takes to correct this issue.
My visit was good and great customer service and kindness. I felt that the service rep was honest, and there was no misrepresentation to make money off of customers. Keep the integrity, we as customer dont get that everywhere. And continue to make customer service your number one priority.
Purchased a certified preowned vehicle with a factory defect I was unaware of until a few months after purchasing and this dealership as well as GMC headquarters did not stand behind their product or warranty. I regret purchasing anything from this company. Definitely will not recommend or return. This place is a joke.

Had them top off my def and they left it all down the side of my truck. Had to wash it when I got home. The rest was good service.

*02/26/21I had previously scheduled my GMC HD Denali for a routine oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and requested a diagnosis for the check engine light; My appointment was acknowledge. I get there and Im told that the diesel Mechanic is on a 36 hour job (I didnt know Fowler Buick only had one Diesel Mechanic)and would not be available to do a diagnoses but they could get the remainder of the work done. I was told that the mechanic would be back on 03/03/21 so they reset the check engine light and set me up an appointment for 03/21 and would have me a loaner ready for that morning. The same day I picked my truck up I confirmed with Ben that he had me scheduled and he said yes.*03/03/21I bring my truck back around 7:30 am as scheduled and all the lights had come back on. I get there and Ben has no idea why Im there; he had not put my appointment in the system. But it wouldnt have mattered because the diesel mechanic was still not at work and Ben told me that he didnt know when he would be back. (COVID was not a reason as he was on a 36 hour job that Friday). So Im told that Rogers Dabbs has 5 mechanics and that I might want to take it there. I told Ben if they new the mechanic was not at work why was I not contacted as I could have taken my truck to a closer GMC dealership.I get to Rogers Dabbs and they jump on it immediately; that afternoon they called me back to tell me I needed both knock sensors replaced, a forced Regin and that my air filter was extremely clogged/dirty. I asking him how can this be I just had it service last Friday and every time I have it serviced I get the multi-point inspection. He told me it was filthy; I asked him if this filter being clogged up could have caused the regin or other issues but he said he couldnt answer that for sure. So I approved all of the work to be done and was late for work and went two day without my vehicle.I have purchased multi vehicles from Fowler Buick all the way back when they were located in Jackson and My Mother has purchase all here vehicles from them also. Ive always taken my vehicles to Fowlers service department for years. Ive notice over the last 2-3 years that the service department has gotten worse as it relates to the details and taken care of the customers service needs. They dont follow up with vehicle status calls, they dont honor appointments ( they use to have a board up to track appointments but theyve taken down as they were never honoring it anyway. Its bad for me to make an appointment for my wifes vehicle send her down there and to get a call so I can tell them what all needs to be done even though Ive made an appointment with all the details.I will no longer be bringing my vehicles to Fowler Buicks service department; Ive lost trust in them to maintain the vehicles that I purchased off of their lot and that I pay them to maintain. Mr. Ben Williams is about the worst Service Advisor Ive ever experienced in my time dealing with fowler and not sure if the others are much better. Lastly how can I buy a vehicle off of your lot and you charge me to rotate the tires because I didnt by the tires from Fowler; the tires were on the vehicle when I purchased it in December of 2019. But it doesnt matter anymore as Im taken My service business elsewhere and considering not purchasing anymore vehicles from Fowler.

Bought a new 2500 Denali with a 6.6. It has been using oil since i bought it they have made me go 14 months thew a oil consumption test... they have concluded 6/60/2020 that i have a issue. every 1000 miles uses 1.5 to 2 quarts of oil .their solution is to give me $20,000.00 less than I paid and trade it In..... bought it in Feb 2019.. suggest you look for a Toyota or doge sorry I USED to like Chevys.........

I continuously leave Fowlers service department feeling like they ripped my wallet a new one while they CYA and put on an upstanding face. They create new problems or never fix my original problems. But theyll give it a shot for another $110 hr. Same parts are even cheaper at RockAuto.com. I wont use Fowler Buick GMC anymore. Tired of it.

Was in the market for a brand new vehicle. We to Herrin Gear and the young conceited sale manger in the used car department didnt want to make an deal on an used car. Went to Folwer Buick and met Mr. Steve New who was my salesmen and he was able to make a deal on a 2021 vehicle for the same price that Herrin Gear wanted. I also want to say thanks to Mr. Robb Colson who was the sale manger that approved the deal.
Great experience! Very polite and courteous. They quoted me the wrong price (which was a LOT cheaper then it listed) and stuck with it. They told me there mistake but will honor the quote if I wanted the car. Severice department is 5 star as well.
Took my truck in for an issue with the steering making a knocking noise and the shop fixed it as expected.
Service was fine, just didnt expect thr need to wait on truck due to funding of a warranty, that I purchase from same dealer.
My service adviser was excellent, had great service and got me out quickly.

Was way over charged for services my wife took tahoe in and they only had it for total 4 hours and done 2 recalls and a/c repair during this time somehow was charged for 7 hours on 3 hour job amazing only paid 3-400 more than should have.

We have purchased personal cars from Fowler Buick since 1986. We have also purchased most of our companys trucks for employees from Fowler. We have had excellent service each and every time. Raymond McClure, now retired was an excellent salesperson as he is an excellent person. Sam Heath, just cant say enough good about him, he goes above and beyond helping us with any needs we have either purchasing vehicles or service after the sale. We have recently started working withZeb Cook, salesperson. He seems to be following right along in Raymond and Sams shoes, we are very happy with Zeb. Fowler Buick must have very good hiring skills.Kudos to person that does the hiring!!!

I really appreciate the staff being warm, friendly and prompt in providing service. The gentleman who wrote up my job invoice even checked to see if the service was included in the covered maintenance period because my car is relatively new. Also, the customer lounge is nice, comfortable, and bright so reading or looking at TV is a pleasant experience while I wait. I dont know of any mechanics here in Mississippi, so I trust Fowler Buick to get the job done right.
I’m not one that typically writes reviews, however, I was well pleased by the customer service I received by the service department. While taking my Denali in for just a recall I mentioned a few other things about the truck. Mike McCollum, the service advisor I had, went above and beyond by taking his time answering all of my questions, diagnosing the problem, and finding a solution. I fully trust that I was well taken care of. I’m sold and will be back for all my future service and accessories. Excellent customer service by an excellent service advisor.

If If I could give zero stars I would because I’ve never been so humiliated and disrespected by anybody in my life. I was actually planning on buying a car through them. I drove a total of 10 hours since I made the drive from Louisiana 2 different times. The second time, I showed up with a cashiers check for $10,000 for a car that was $10,999. I had the remaining $999 in cash but before I even had a chance to say that the guy starts yelling, cursing, and just walked out of his office. I really liked the car and wanted to buy it but after being treated like that I didn’t want to do business with the anymore and I suggest you do the same

Stopped to look at used vehicles with my husband. We found one we really loved and was excited about. When it came to the finance part they acted as if they didnt want to help. Gave us the amount they wanted, period and told us to go talk to the bank. Didnt do anything to try and see if they could help. Very disappointed!!

I made an appointment for a 1:00 p.m. oil change around 10:00 a.m. on the same day. I arrived at Fowler Buick at exactly 1:00. I was out and shopping before 2:00 p.m. Great Service!
I had my OnStar assist me with making an appointment on a Friday. The service attendant had a large workload so I agreed to make my appt for Tuesday instead. When I arrived to the dealership, they had no record of my appt. The serviceman was rude, did not seem interested in helping me, and proceeded to tell me it would likely take all day. Did not offer me any alternatives such as a rent-a-car or a ride. I was so dissatisfied with my service that I decided to have my car fixed elsewhere. My 2013 is paid off and I was going to buy a brand new vehicle, but I definitely will not be returning to Fowler to do so. I highly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle here. They have no respect for the customer.
Fowler Buick GMC is the best place to buy a car or get a repair from. If you want to get a new car but dont want to pay the price dont worry about it. Even if you cant afford the new cars than you can buy a used one that is no where near close to being expensive. If your car is being worked on you can come up here and they will give you a new rental car for no charge. This place has a breakroom, coffee room, and a waiting room with a tv. I would recommend coming here if you want to get a new car.
