This place is awesome for getting beauty products. The check-out process is fast and it is well kept up. The prices are reasonav.

Worst experience ever! Sales associate kept my husband waiting for an hour to complete a simple exchange from a product online. I called the store before my husband arrived to be sure the store could perform an exchange and ensured they had the product in stock. After being there for an hour or more she said she could not perform the exchange and the manager would not be back for four days. The entire time she kept walking out of the store for several minutes at a time. After she finally called the supervisor and she told her how to do the exchange she still would not do it. She deliberately kept my husband their knowing she wasnt going to do the exchange. I have never in my life did a bad review on someone but this is simply intolerable. She didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. My husband kept telling her if you cant do it thats fine we will just do the exchange elsewhere. She would not give him the curlers and let him just leave before he wasted an hour. Unfortunately, I wasnt there and he didnt want to be rude and take the curling iron from her. I spent $40 on a pair of curling irons that clearly stated the exchange policy online and on the receipt. I usually purchase all of my curling irons and hair products in Sallys in Jackson. I will never again spend $1 with Sallys.

The two women that were working there today ( 2/12/18) were so rude & hateful that I actually felt like I was back in grade 7 with all the bullying!! I will NOT go back to this store; they were unwilling to help, and they were making fun of one of the customers.

I know not everyone is going to have the vest experience or not everyone is going to be friendly but with myself working at a fast food place Im used to rude customers so if it takes a little while Im fine with it but Ive never had a problem and I always have good experiences here and I will continue to shop here so I always recommend this place to my friends

The cashiers/workers are not nice at all. Will go off on you for refusing to let them sign you up for savings as she said.
