My overall experience was awesome!!! 👌 Justin was the technician that came out to install my equipment did a wonderful job! He was very nice and informative. The guy(I forgot his name) that was sent out to help with the install was wonderful 😀 also! He took his time and was very helpful with all of my questions and things I didnt know. Two wonderful guys! I would recommend them to my friends and family. 👪Also, Heath, the gentleman that came out to give me my quote was very informative and a very nice man. I really enjoyed my overall all experience with ADT. And, Im feeling safe!

ADT does not have top of the line equipment. The staff is not even aware of what they offer. The doorbell camera has no special features they only offer internet cameras no POE cameras. They use plenty of 3rd party companies to build their systems. ADT do make their own systems too but their features and technology is way behind the competition. TRY Vivint, or Simplisafe. If u must do ADT try there ADT blue security services.

Gave me expert service. Very professional and curteous. Told me about things that I really needed.

We ordered 3 cameras from ADT for about $375. They took 1 month to come to install them. When the technician arrived, he could not get the cameras to work. Therefore, he did not put them in. We called and emailed them to cancel the service several times within the first 3 days because we did not get what we ordered. Instead of them cancelling the service, they left it active in their system and refunded us $106.54 because they were taking service and installation fees out of the $375 even though they told us that they would refund the full amount. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. Do not do business with this company. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Showed up early and did a great job. Nothing but good things to say about ADT.

I love my ADT system. I would hate to leave my house without it armed. It gives me such a great feeling of safety. I can pull up my Pulse app and know with confidence that my home is being monitored. The camera shows me what is going on at the time and if I have an event the camera records clips that I can view from my app or my laptop. I test my system regularly so that I know it is communicating and that everything is working properly.

Cost of service is high for a 3-4 day delay in dispatch of a service tech and robo calls telling me I need to go to the web-site to re-set the system.

I love my ADT System. Stephen Mason my ADT Sales Rep did an excellent job providing customer service.

Put you on hold for a very very long time. Takes 10 days to come out an resolve issue. If not resolved another 10 day wait. Supervisor not helpful at all.
