The employees were rude as hell, but I stayed anyways because the kids were looking forward to it. The treats were awesome, though. Will be back when new employees arrive.

The chocolate covered apples were awesome and frozen yogurt was good. Make sure your ready to pay though. We got two apples for 5.00 a piece = $10.00 (good price) and 2 yogurts without toppings = $16.00 (not good price) making my bill $26.00. Dont get me wrong - it was good but Ill stick with Braums frozen yogurt $1.89 large cone. I got just as much frozen yogurt as I did at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

Frappe was good. So was the Almond Bear. We waited a very long time for the frappe, though. There wasnt a line or anything, just took her 10mins to make it.

Great dessert and froyo shop! Love the location at Outlets of Mississippi. Go-to place for delicious chocolates. I also like that you can mix and match different treats.

The frozen yogurt is extremely overpriced, but the coffee and other treats are good!

I come here for the candy apples. The caramel with nuts and the cheesecake ones are my all time favorites. The apples are always nice and crisp, caramel has a good amount of butter. Theres a good variety of different caramel apples.Service is good, place is clean located in the outlet. Check their page for $5 Weds

Closed up coffee section of the shop 2 hours before closing. Went here on a Sunday at 5pm. Store was open till 7pm. They declined to serve and coffee or espresso drinks as they said were instructed to clean up early. Wanted to like this place, ended up taking my group and $30 to Dunkin.

I think that jd from Hattiesburg should AVOID writing reviews! I stopped by the RMCF around closing time one evening & the 2 young ladies working were busy cleaning up for the evening. I asked for their suggestions and they recommended several items. They told me how their products were prepared & suggested I try the chocolate covered cheesecake. They encouraged me to add toppings if Id like. Both young ladies were polite, respectful and not one second did I feel rushed to leave because of closing time. Customer service is what makes folks return! Thanks gals, you have a customer for life.. And the cheesecake was heavenly!

Why the candy has a nice taste to I do have to say that I was shocked when the girl told me $10 for two medium size pieces of candy no ma’am. I will make the candy I want at home. It is way over priced on most of the items.

My husband and I both ordered frappes. The order board states that they both agree supposed to have espresso in them. They were horrible. The store was packed with customers, but they didnt have the staff to handle their customer base. All the tables were filthy, and garbage littered the floor. I would pass on this place.
