Me and my boyfriend on the road, decided to stop here, and as always this store never disappoints me, I just never have enough money for the sales but love looking at the new fall line up.

Called and asked. What is the return policy for watches. The lady said 30 days. I said ok thank you.. I drive 2 hours an i get there and was told i wouldnt be able to return it due to the fact i had links taken out of it. For one they make these watches for the size of Godzilla. One simply has to have links taken out. Second she didnt tell me that while i asked on the phone! So 4 hours of driving for no reason except them to waste my time. So the 400 dollar watch is 9 days old and doesnt work what so ever! But now i am stuck with a piece of metal. Walmart takes better care of their customers than a big name brand place! I was told i should have been told about the links at time of purchase. Nope no one said a single word! An a MK store is the one who removed the links for me. How dumb is that!!?!??!?!?! I do not recommend that 400 dollar smart watch! Its junk. Should have went to a gumball machine an purchased there!

My friend and I visited the store in Pearl MS today and were treated like second class citizens!! I have never been treated so badly ANYWHERE!! So we walked next door to COACH where we were treated very nice and we both bought a purse and wallet!!! Just think its terribly wrong to treat people that way!! We both had plenty of good money to spend there!! But didnt BC of their attitudes..

Everytime Im in that store I feel so welcomed and appreciated which makes me feel good about purchasing anything there...the store stays clean and beautiful and the staff is always attentive and awesome!!!

Great ppl & purses

Poor customer service. No greetings upon entering the store. I made the third customer in the store. There was 2-3 sales associates working. As I was browsing the store still no greeting or asking if I needed assistance. Wow. As I was looking through the wallets a male associated asked if I needed any assistance and I stated no. He was behind the register as I entered the store. I appreciate him asking but I was on my way out the door. Dont think I visit again. Ill just shop online or go to another MK outlet.

I love this store! Usually everyone is very welcoming! Ive had one bad experience there. I came in during a sale and was looking for a certain purse. This older lady was helping someone who had the exact same purse I wanted and she whispered to the person she was helping that she could get her an additional discount so the purse would be such and such price. My son was standing beside me and heard her as well. She had the last purse on her shoulder and when I asked about it she told me she was holding it for someone. After someone helped me I asked how much the purse would be! It was the exact purse on her shoulder just a different color and I was told a different price. Well I let them know that she said it was going to be this price and my son agreed that he heard her. She turned to my son and said something smart. She was very RUDE TO HIM AND ME!!!! I WAS VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED! She would be the only reason I dont purchase anything else from them. You would think a person her AGE should know better but apparently not!

Absolutely LOVED this place! But what female doesnt love a great purse outlet? The saleswomen were all extremely helpful in helping me find the right purse and the best deal. I will definitely be revisiting this store again!

Becca, the store manager is far beyond helpful, professional, and courteous. She went out of her way to assist me with an out-of-state order 2 weeks before Christmas. Her patience, understanding, and desire to ensure exemplary customer service proved to me just how deserving she is of the position which she currently holds and those above and beyond it. I hope that her regional and area managers and vice presidents are aware of just what a rockstar of talent she truly is. I will actually do more business with this store, even though it is three hours away by car from me and another store is only 45 minutes. There is an awful lot to be said about true customer service, especially in this day and age.

My friends in other city wanted me to help them buy something in mk. i went there around 1130. that was week day, no customers there. i took some pictures sent to them to pick what they want. and went out wait. they wanted some more pictures so i went back. guess what, the store manager told me i went in and out and disturbed their business which barely nobody was around there. this was first time ever a store manager told me this in any stores. also she said you did not have to buy anything after i told her somebody not in this town needed pictures to choose what they wanted to buy. terrible experience, i definitly not buy nothing from them no more.

Not exactly sure how to feel about my experience today. It wasnt bad, but something was a bit unsettling about one of the employees.It felt as if I was invisible to this certain employee. He was the only guy (black) I saw when I walked in and he had a sweater draped on his back as if he were going to be a spectator at a golf tournament (just trying to give visual on who said employer is). I started to inspect a potential purchase and thought that he would eventually ask me if I needed help. He didnt, he spoke to the lady next to me. After a while I went anoher direction and a very pleasant older employee assisted me. She was very nice and informed me on a sale that was going on plus additional information. Why didnt the man bring this to my attention? I was standing right next to him. After I left her presence I went to check out something else in his view, and again I felt invisible because he paid me no mind. I had been in several other stores before this, and he was the only person that gave me this vibe.Its hard to explain the way I felt in the moment because it didnt seem as if he was trying to ignore me. It was simply as if I never grabbed his attention as a potential customer. Maybe I wasnt wearing the right attire, or maybe I just didnt fit the typical customer. I couldve purchased several of those bags at full price, but I didnt feel like a valued customer at that time. Therefore, I went to purchase from another store.I still gave 4 stars because everyone else was nice and warm to me. He was trying TOO hard to please other people that he made this one person feel unwelcomed.Someone needs to talk to him about common respect for all customers. A simple acknowledgement of my presence wouldve remedied the situation.
