Walmart groceries have great prices but 2 out of 3 times my order is canceled or delayed. After placing an order for groceries to be delivered tonight. I just had to make an emergency run to the store for kids lunch supplies. Still don’t know if the order is just late or canceled.

I was buying a expensive bottle of perfum for my Wife. I ask for help checking out at self serve. I never have used it and Woman standing there working said just go and checkout. I put the purchase of $100 or more right there on self and walked out. I refuse the support WALMART or any other retailer that disrespects their customers likethis!!!I remember when The Customer Was #1. Not anymore 😡😪😢

This Walmart is usually pretty good. The employee nice and polite. If your looking for a particular item that more than you buy, good luck! The one and only gripe I have with this store is there are always empty places on the shelves. They never seem to order enough of the everyday essentials we all purchase! Hopefully they will figure out how to order the required amount of items to keep everything on the shelves in stock.

I really enjoyed shopping at Walmart cuz they had what I was shopping for as always and I was able to get in and out with no problem and thats especially good cuz Im disabled and its always nice to be able to get in and out as fast as I can and not shopping all day.....

Too many associates working and cant get any assistance on floor, too much stock stacked uneven on pallets, in the way, blocking easy access to aisles, not enough cashier registers open, causing an extreme backup, management doesnt seem to notice or open other registers. self checkout attendants constantly on cell phones, oblivious to customers entering checkout ares. this is a Big Problem. are they paid to assist customers or be on cell phone. cell phone usage should be off limits while on clock. seems to be a corporate mandate.

This is a good store. I understand that each store has things the other dont, but theyve always got things I need and want. I love Pearl Walmart.

I’ve tried to give them a chance, using grocery pickup weekly for the past month, I’ve had three HORRIBLE experiences out of the four total trips where my groceries are “ready” but when I arrive to pickup I’m waiting for an hour. I would absolutely encourage you to NEVER use the pickup option at this location unless you have all the patience in the world. If you’re brave enough to the use pickup option here, check your bags! After waiting for an hour, my orders were incorrect or something was missing.

Didnt have everything I wanted but Im not blaming them. Everything is short now.

DEAD forest of plants in Wal-Mart Pearl Garden Center. See attached image. I dont know who the store manager at Pearl, Mississippi is, but theyve lost a huge, expensive inventory of plants - especially pricey roses - by just failing to take 15 mins. to water them.And on the middle of MAY! What a sorry management style this place has. Its an embarrassment to the corporate name of Walmart. Cant imagine this forest of dead plants is the image that they are trying to foster. This probably cost the larger company a fortune and is certainly telling customers to just get on over to Lowes or Home Depot instead. Those roses go for $40 each! What a shame and embarrassment! Clearly they dont know what they are doing.

This Walmart is one of the best Ive been to. My sister and I cannot find our favorite hair products anywhere but here, so were always making trips here. Also, I make dresses and I found the loveliest fabrics in the crafts and sewing department that Ive never seen anywhere else! And Ive never been to a Walmart where there was actually an associate available to cut the fabric, not to mention a very nice one! She was running between departments and she did not seem bothered about helping me with the fabric at all, which I appreciate. As long as they keep our hairspray in stock, well be repeat customers for years to come!

Not always exactly the same but on that day the cashier was very nice and got me out quickly.

Modern and updated with a large variety of merchandise, lots of parking and checkout stations. I would have given it a 5, but they do not enforce masks for the protection of customers who have the common sense to know that covid is a real threat.

This place is AWFUL! You have to check yourself. 100% of the times Ive been in the last 3 months they will not take cash. Man watched me check and bag my own stuff then when i was done chased after me wanting to see my receipt. Uh, no.. You cant. Go away stalker!

Its Walmart, pretty much all the same. They hate the customer, care only about money 🤑 .12 checkout lines, only 2 open. Try to force self checkout down our throat.

Asked for help several times and none was given. Store is unkempt. Carts had trash in them, yet they are offering masks (SMH).

The most horrible pick up experience I have ever had in my life. The pickup person was so very rude and very bad attitude. I waited a hour for one item that I never got. Cars pulled up after me and received their items with me still sitting there. Called the number for pickup they would never answer at all, even went in for a manager no manager there. This is the most horrible walmart I have ever been to. Walmart just lost a loyal customer.

This store is constantly out of the needed items on my list. I have talked with two different managers on two separate occasions to complain. Each person told me that the low stock and zero items on some shelves was due to covid, however, that cant be true, because other Walmart stores in the area are stocked. I have started shopping at Kroger more often to get the items I need that Walmart doesnt have. Kroger does not seem to have any problems in keeping their shelves stocked!!

Walmart is walmart.. but they need to hire plp or fix the self checkout to accept cash ..

They really need to do a better job of helping to keep the social distancing. I give them 3 stars, I dont feel comfortable going here with my parents. But, you cant beat the prices... so I still shop here. Im just extra careful about washing my hands etc.....

Went to every Walmart from Laurel Mississippi to Jackson Mississippi looking for the Samsung 65-in television everyone said that they had them in stock but none of them had them in their store come to find out they are limited stock is the one display that they were talking about but they wanted you to come to the store and they tried to sell you a different brand a different model save your money save your time and your energy go to Best buy

The customer service is always impeccable and the lines for checking out are never long because of employee efficiency. Also, you can never go wrong with the short stop by Subway inside for a quick bite to eat. But I think the best part about this branch of Walmart is the iFix and Repair cell phone store they have inside near the customer service desk and money Center

They are unpleasant. They act like its a problem to help the customer. When you say something to management they act like your the problem. Ive never seen a more disrespectful place in my life.

Janis and Johnny need to retire their retail career! So I go into Walmart this morning at 1230am because I just got off work and desperately needed to find a gift for a Secret Santa party that was given to us the last moment! I found a nice hunting knife over $60 and had a young lady employee named Erin... she gave excellent Customer Service as she followed me back there from the toy department. She paged an told me to get her if no one comes in a few minutes. Few minutes went by and I had her come back.. she paged for managment this time and then told me get her if no one responds in a few minutes. Once again I go back and tell her... she said she would go to the front of the store and look for a manager for me. Here comes Janis and Johnny walking side by side. They start off by telling me no firearms at this time and pointed to a sign.. just as they were about to walk off I a stated Im not asking for a firearm, I want a pocket knife! With an attitude they proceeded to tell me that its locked up until 8am. I need this for the party tonight! I asked if everything was off limits..scopes, deer cams etc? With an attitude they told me Yes it has an alarm and turned around and walked away.... nothing said after .... maybe we can help you find something similar, have a nice day... nothing! I spent $88 but after writing this and attaching photos of the sign I will be returning this soon!

I luv Walmart. Practicably everything I need an want, without the huge prices an constant aggravation. Employees are polite and helpful. Always smiling.

Its Walmart. Everybody hates it but we all keep coming back lol. Mask mandate but nobody monitoring it. Not doing the 6 ft rule. Things are always in the wrong place so its hard to know how much things really cost.

Didnt mind shopping at this location.. However, more than 1/2 of the individuals was not wearing any type of facial mask.And, this is why the state of Mississippi is so infectious right now with th disease. You may not like it but ALL STORES SHOULD RRQUIRE MASKS!!!!

The people thats supposed to greet u and speak just stand with they hands in the pocket and stare at you when u walk in.Ive heard a lot of them using foul language and when u ask some of them for help the have a attitude and its mostly the African American females. They just there to get a check not do any work.

Walmart is my one stop shopping store. I can get everything I need from the same place. From personalized birthday cakes all the way to new tires. The service may not always be the best but having to only go one place makes up for it.

New Electric Shopping Carts are a plus.

This Walmart in Pearl could not do much oil change because they previously broke the tool used to remove my oil filter and noone had ordered a new one..........So they could not service me....I find that irresponsible and it inconvenienced me......

Do not order for pick-up unless you order 2 days before you actually need the groceries. I have ordered 3 times and once I waited an extra hour and half. Yesterday I ordered for pickup at 6pm. I was sent a text at 6pm that my order wasnt ready yet. I was already there by that time so thinking it may be an extra hour. I went to Dollar Tree. When I went to Walmart an hour later I was told it would not be ready until the next day. I did get my groceries this morning but they should have let me know when I placed the order that it would be the next day. I am done with Walmart. I am going back to Kroger where they always have your order ready when they say. I have ordered from them for a year and never had this problem.

I left deodorant in a basket in parking lot.Call back lastnight 4 x no answer or today 3 x not answering the Phone period. Very unsatisfied Customer. I stay in jackson, ms,Pearl, Ms.Is 20 Miles.

The store in Pearl is the one closest to me and they keep the store stocked and the security is excellent along with a courteous staff.

This Supercenter had everything I was looking for.

This is a decent Walmart. It is a super center so plenty of variety, and assortment of choices for your shopping experience. I love the discount isles but not all Walmarts have them. This one does!

I really appreciate the measures they have taken in regards to social distancing. The store is so clean. The last few times I have gone in the store they have had everything in stock that I needed. Mr. Chuck in electronics is an awesome help and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. And I really like the online shopping experience as well. They are very prompt and organized when bringing your orders out to you.

It would be nice for the employees to put down their cellphones and restock the shelves! Every time I go there the aisles are full of product on pallets and shelves are bare. Employees that I see are on phones and socializing with each other and not doing their job. Poor supervision to say the least!

I moved here from up north. I have seen their grocery pick up with 15+ people and you always get in and out within minutes of your arrival. Here you sit in your car for 40 minutes. Regardless of how many people there are. It is a joke. I have tried it multiple times and it is always almost an hour of me sitting there. I am so unimpressed. Dont bother with grocery pick up.

Its convenient. Has anything from shampoo,paint, automotive or food. One stop shopping.

Okay, they were out of a lot of items I was looking for. Staff was helpful in looking for stuff, for me.

Ran into just get a few things. Other than the parking lot being Pact was pretty good. The item I was looking for there was in stock. My time in the line was not very long overall a good shopping experience.

An employee who attended me was so angry, it was not nice, her name is Kim and she is a Rasista, she did not want to give me money that was deposited by Wester Union, she asked me for social security time after time, I had already indicated that I did not have it and she continued screaming out loud it was humiliating all the people on the line were listening it was horrible
