My husband and daughter have both received first rate service with the eye doctor and the glasses side. The staff is very helpful, and really know their stuff! They were very cautious during Covid, and we felt safe the entire time.
Customer service is terrible. Sam could work on being less rude and helpful. Called back the next day and it turns out she just didn’t feel like doing her job. Someone else answered and was able to receive some help.
Everyone is really nice and helpful.
The manager is always rude and disrespectful. Has been for years. He has been reported to corporate by customers. We will never go there again even though we like the employees.

BE CAREFUL!! Bad information on lenes being told that they no longer made lenes without anti-glare. NOT TRUE! Good way to try and make more money on her sale. I ask for a different Tech.Lousy service by Vision Center Manager telling my husband, which by the way, has worn glasses since 3rd. grade, that he is wearing his glasses wrong!!! This was his THIRD time back for this same nose pad adjustment!!$300.00 for this?? THINK NOT!! There ARE others that will love our business!!!
