Very unprofessional. They took my gun for repair and I couldn’t get in contact with them for two weeks, phone calls went to voicemail and no one was at the shop.

Purchased a new muzzle brake for my AR-10. After building several AR-15s figured it would be a snap. Had some difficulty getting the new brake to time correctly and just didnt have the tools to tighten down the brake. Called up and asked for some help. Very nice and very efficient craftsmanship. Was done the same day. My AR-10 now looks amazing. Wonderful pricing on the work as well. Cant recommend this place enough.

They never answer the phone. When you finally get a hold of someone you always get the we will call you right back with that information and you never hear back from them.They have had my rifle for 1.5 years!!!!! Still not ready to be SBRd because of document screw ups. They sent the wrong documents, they sent incomplete docs, they LOST MY CHECK..... IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE dealing with Dixie precision.Stay far away for your weapon modification needs.

Claimed they remained open till 5:00 no one will answer the phone. After searching for 30 minutes in the wrong place due to conflicting address on google calling the entire time. Finally found the store and 10 minutes before 5 and the window says open till 5:30 which is also incorrect.

I ordered .338 bullets on a Sunday with the FedEx 2-day shipping option. I paid the crazy-expensive shipping charge because I needed the projectiles for a hunting trip on Wednesday. As of that Tuesday they hadnt shipped the bullets. I sent them an email asking to cancel the order due to the delay. Wednesday I got a shipping notice saying that they were being shipped via USPS that day. I finally got an email response from Shelly Britt apologizing that they sent it via the wrong method and that they would refund me shipping (which wasnt a complete fix of the situation). To this date, no refund has been received and no contact has been answered. Im very unhappy with the customer service.
