I bought two gallons of husky premix. The cans had corroded on the bottom and leaked in my shed. They replaced both cans no questions asked. Much appreciated

Was placed on hold for 30 minutes and no one returned to my call. Called back multiple times before someone answered. My mom dropped off her mower 2 weeks ago and still not serviced. If youre looking for fast and dependable service....this isnt the place. They used, were busy excuse so obviously no commitment to customer. If it wasnt for the fact that they sold Gravely, I wouldnt even rate them 2 stars.

Terrible customer service you can call they will tell you Ill call you back no return call. I too my trailer there to get it welded they kept it a month. Go pick it up after they call and said it was ready. But when I got it the same part they were supposed to weld was still broke. So brought it back the kept it 2 more weeks. There excuse is we are busy. If you need service this isnt the place you will lose your customers waiting on your equipment.

TERRIBLE customer! They have had our mower in for repair for over a month and still could not provide a date when they would start. I asked to have my mower returned so I could have repaired somewhere else, they replied sure, you come in and pay the 30 dollar pick up fee and you can get your mower. DO NOT go to these guys!!!!

Everything about this business has been positive so far, I had been mowing our grass with an old pushmower, I guess my age finally caught up with me because the last time I mowed I realized I cant mow with a push mower anymore. So I decided to find a good price on a well rated lawn tractor. I started communicating with Stuart who is in management @ the business. He was / is so cordial and personal when dealing with customers, he takes the time to answer any & all questions and at least for my wife & myself made us actually want to make a purchase there.. Which we did.

A very nice young lady named Leslie helped me decide which lawn mower to buy and I am very very pleased with my choice. I got to drive the mower all around the parking lot and it was a lot of fun.

Showed up at 2:00 on a Saturday and they locked me out. Their stated close time is 4:00. I won’t go back.

Family now has two Gravely zero turn mowers. Revell in Pearl is the best place to go for sales, parts, and service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are open all day on Saturday.
