I always enjoy traveling to this Outlet. There are a good number of stores, but the Outlet doesnt stretch out too far. You dont have to drive around to different sections. Plenty of seating areas & overhead coverage for hot summer days. They do have a small food court, but other restaurants are extremely close around. There is also a hotel located at the edge of the parking lot and others near. However, I am disappointed that they no longer have the Converse shoe store.

This outside mall was awesome. Loved everything we saw. Only draw back, not all the stores were open.

Well my boyfriend is a truck driver so we were shut down at the Loves Truck stop across the street. Came to find a pair of shoes. The womens bathrooms needed some attention. Dirty and broken bathroom stall. The shoe stores did not have a good selection and over priced even the ones that was suppose to be on clearance 😒

My go to place when I need the things I want. With a multitude of brands I desire and ease of getting in and out I chose the Outlets of Mississippi

Im glad Pearl has this outlet but more needs to be done to attract people. Too many blank stores .the leaders need to make this place competitive to rival DogwoodI do not like the way the stores are for shopping because it is a lot of walking and no close parking. When you have a disability it can be tiring to get to the shops spaced so far apartOverall its an asset not being utilized by City powers that be. It needs to be busier than what Ive seen I would rather spend my dime on Pearl businesses rather than drive past to better offerings such as dogwood or the Renaissance.

I enjoyed all of the stores I shopped at.. Quiet and not a lot of people.... Little walking distance but overall i if you want a shopping experience with not a huge crowd and that is a place to be.

Very nice place to play Pokémon go while your sisters go and shop. They do also have a hot topic which was fun to look inside and see what they had. They also have a park for the little ones so I watched my little brother while he played.

Great mall with excellent selection and variety. I loved the Nike, Poland and Forever 21 stores!

My grandson, daughter and son had a birthday party at E-Plex (at this location). Theres many different shops and the atmosphere is wonderful!! (Simply electric!!!) I recommend that EVERYONE visit at least once.

Good place to shop with varieties. Its hit and miss on paying actual outlet deals. Overall, its clean, people were great, only a few food selections. Military discount 💯 😁

Such a clean place to walk and the store variety is nice. A great balance of sun/shade walking and a fun place to window shop! Highly recommend if youre looking for an outdoor shopping experience around an hour and a half :)

Stores are still overly limiting the capacity. Most sales personnel are nice, but some were really rude. Stores, in general, are kept really clean. Will be back, but a few stores wont get my business.

I love it here. Im vacationing with family, and they had all the stores we wanted to visit and some extras. I love the Coach and Michael Kors stores particularly. I will definitely come back here again.

Ive never shopped here before as Im from out of town, but I quite enjoyed all the different stores. I had never been to a Doc Popcorn Shop but I stopped there & they have all these wonderful varieties of popcorn, it was like popcorn heaven! I have to add being a Chicago native I know good popcorn (Garretts anyone?) so this is high praise indeed! Even during these uncertain times I was still able to sample the popcorn & the clerk was really nice. They also have a Coach Store & a Nike Outlet which I will be returning to. All & all I truly enjoyed shopping here today.🥰

They call it outlet. The prices were the same or in some instances a little higher than regular store prices. I would go back. I know not to expect great deals.

Not bad. We went on a Sunday so a lot of stores were closed. Found a few good deals at Under Armor. Raining day so the turn out was low.

We decided to try the axe throwing at Black Axes in the Outlet Mall - it was fun but too expensive for only 30 minutes & their was a very rude guy that worked there, acted as tho we were a HUGE inconvenience, didnt get his name but he was heavyish with a lot of hair - the girl at the bar was super nice!Wouldnt recommend & wont be back!

They should just close. Some stores was norepinephrine open. Ghost Town.

They have an awesome soda shop and an egaming cafe along with the usual shops like MK and the lot

Levi Strauss store is really helping customers save money and it was greatly appreciated!

This place has really grown over the years. There’s such a wide selection of things to do. It’s more than just regular shopping. There’s an arcade, a virtual reality arcade, a burger joint, a store to buy various hot sauces, designer stores, shoe stores, a Break It room (where you just break stuff Lol), & even a Throwing Axe store to idk .. throw some axes 😅 It’s more than a regular outlet mall.

Gaming center offers different events for youth that are definitely worth their cost.

Only a handful of interesting options and the prices are high no matter where you go in the mall. Still a great place to go with my sister though.

This place is awesome! Im from Meridian Mississippi and Everytime I want to get a short distance away, I plan a trip to the outlet mall. I love the selection of stores and I love that there are attractions for my small children as well. My 5 year old loves the play ground by the food court.

My kids and I had fun. We walked around for roughly 2 hours and towards the end, we enjoyed the Christmas stuff they had up. Perfect for taking some Christmas themed photos. We also enjoyed the kids play area. That was fun too.

I attended a birthday party in one of the spaces that is being rented out, it was amazing! Large enough to social distance and still have a good time!

Plenty of stores ranging from childrens to womens; mens to tools. Theres a uniform store, as well as big name athletics. Also a good amount of places to grab a quick snack or have a meal. Maurices is my favorite store there and would recommend it to all women and young ladies.

The last two times we have visited this facility we have noticed it has started to run down. Restrooms were filthy, toilets would not flush. Hallway leading to restrooms had not been cleaned in a good while. No security, did not see any sign of cleaning staff anywhere. Its sad to see another shopping facility in the Jackson area being neglected.

Bathrooms were terrible, especially those by the food court. Stores are okay...didnt really find anything amazing.

I know that store hours at certain department stores and malls have changed due to the pandemic, however when I called asking for hours of operation I was informed that they closed at 9 pm. It also says on Google that the outlet closes at 9, but they actually close at 7pmPlease update in Google and on your voice-mail. I burned gas for no reason.

Great place for discount purchases. I mainly go for Pepper Palace and Under Armour.

So many things to choose from to do. Even axe throwing. Take your time and walk thru. Find all the hidden gems like the candy store with all of the retro candy. Awesome stuff!

I love the outside walkways/breezeways that allow you to be in fresh air. All stores have signs displayed nicely and over their entrances.. I truly enjoyed spending time there.

Lots of shops. Place to eat snack then shop some more. Gaming center with VR and other online gaming opportunities. Fun little place to do alot. Bring your wallet my trip got expensive quick due to my many many shops I supported! Check out the map on arrival and plot out or youll end making multiple laps to see it all. I didnt see the outlet key untily second trip to car. Worth a visit if in town!

It was insanely hot the weekend we were here. That usually means edgy people shopping, but NOPE, everyone was hot and polite! Wow! I love the semi-circle layout of themed breezeways with awnings. Every store employee I spoke with was polite and helpful. I defintely want to come back!

Wanted to eat at the food court. Only 3 restaurants were open and 2 were chinese food (walking distance, only 1 restaurant in the mall -like really? Really?). Everything else was under construction....what a waste of time. Nothing to attract customers.

This is a great outlet for one stop shopping! You can find pretty much anything you need for any occasion here! They also have several shops if you need a quick bite while you shop!

When I went it wasnt crowded and people were careful and wearing masks. Stores were not crowded where I went.

We visited this mall driving on Interstate 20 near Jackson, MS. Great selection on shops. We did not have time to visit all the stores so another visit is necessary.
